I'm trying to create a test service, using the example request in the docs here: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/working-with-apis/managing-services-and-subscriptiopns/creating-a-service.html.  Using postman, I'm sending a post to (changed the org ids etc.): https://mc.adobe.io/1234567890ABCDEF@AdobeOrg/campaign/profileAndServices/service/with a json body:  { "label": "Test Service", "messageType": "email", "name": "test_service", "start": "2020-07-28" }  I've got the right headers of the authorization and x-api-key etc.  However, I'm getting back a 400 error:  {"error_code":"400051","message":"No match in backends for the given tenant id."} What does that mean? How can I approach this? 

Hi Team,I have installed AEM 6.5 OSGI publish on linux server and applied patches on it. All the details are shared in doc attached.After installation i am able to open /aem/start.html once. After this i am not able to open it. If i restart the server i will be able to open it again but only for the first time.I am also not able to open adminui.Regards,Harendra

I don't know if this could be changed, but I would like to edit with normal mode. My AEM Editor has been like this ever since and now I'm at applying CSS in the WKND tutorial so it's pretty weird. Thank you!

Hi, Is there any way to calculate deduplicated visits using a classification field as the dimension? For example, I want to get the total deduplicated Visits for the Product1 (classification field): Dimension Product SKU -> Classification Product Model Product1/A  5 Visits -> Product1Product1/B  7 Visits -> Product1Both Product1/A and Product/B in 4 Visits of 12 -> Product1 How can I get the deduplicated total (8 instead of 12 Visits) for the classified value Product1? 

Hi, We are extending the AEM Social Sharing core component to implement Linkedin and Twitter links also. AEM Core component uses for OG Tags (og:title, og:url, og:description, og:image) for facebook implementation. We have different parameters appended to URL for each social site.  In og:url we are putting the URL along with the parameter to be shared on facebook. But linkedin is also picking up the same url. We need different URL for linkedin. What can be the done to share different URLs on facebook and linkedin for same page.

Hi Team, I am facing a strange issue while connecting to external SFTP via file transfer activity.    When tried to connect and fetch the file from SFTP it worked fine > then tried to again download the same file [no deletion of file was done, file was still present in the same location]- it threw error, but then after few minutes when tried again without any changes and it worked. This is not a random behavior and happening every time i am trying to download a file from SFTP whereas uploading to sftp is working smoothly Has anyone faced such issue or any related issues, please let me know what should be done for such scenarios.Thanks in advance! 

All,  I created a Javascript where I ran a xtk.QueryDef and pulled in a "Date" object.   I see the @mailDate is now converted to a String. My issue is, I need to be able to use the date in an "IF-ELSE" statement, and perform calculations on the date (i.e - add months, add year, etc); I need to create a Start Date mm/dd/yyyy and End Date - mm/dd/yyyy - and then be able to compare those dates to another date field in the workflow.   I've been racking my brain on trying to convert this string to Date field for me to use, and I can not seem to get it done - not with ParseInt or FormatDate (this actually looks at the string and returns the wrong date). I was trying to do the coding in a Javascript and then pass the values on to an Enrichment as an instance variable.  Right now it looks like I will need to use consecutive Enrichments to get the final Start and End Dates I need; unless someone can give me some guidance on how to get this

On Adobe campaign Classic , can i extend the nms:eventHisto table and save additional columns that might be passed by the source system. There is an XML column , but I still want to extract out and place this as a regular column that i could use. Please note that this i want to do on the campaign side and not sure how or will it impact anything with message center. ThanksChez

Hi Team, I have a  problem of not loading my clientlib while page is still on create state. Once I have added granite.ui.quickactions category to  client lib it is getting loaded to the page when it is still on create state.I got the clue from this forum with the help of Anudeep_Garnepudi.Here I have some problems1) granite.ui.quickactions is compatible with AEM 6.52) Since I have added granite.ui.quickactions category in to clientlib folder , can't I specifically put where that client library is getting loaded ?3) though Clientlib is getting loaded still my js is not firing while page  is on create state. After page creations everything works well as expected4) Is that fine to use granite.ui.quickactions category on purpose of loading a clientlib on page creation ?

Hello all,   I'm struggling with a Marketo/Dynamics native integration. Dynamics uses lookups for certain fields - like Country - and we see GUIDs instead of friendly values on synced down persons.   Any idea why these fields are not editable from the detail view UI? I can change them through Smart Campaigns though.   And secondly: Although we read these GUID values from CRM, we can't seem to insert a lead correctly into CRM with these values. Is Marketo not supposed to insert with the lookup IDs?I've read through this forum and saw a couple of threads regarding this issue - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/marketo-to-dynamics-hows-that-working-out/m-p/67721#M34836 - but I haven't seen a solution. Hi everyone, We are trying to implement multiple target activities for client's App, but we are facing issues with the response and reporting part. when a single XT activity is being deployed the report and responses are fine ,but as soon as we deploy and make multiple activities for app with different audiences in use we are not able to see any response on the backend and in another scenario the responses are there for the first activity and not for the latter created activity and vice-versa. kindly let me know what can we do to achieve multiple target activities for app without facing such errands. will be grateful to your feedback and support  Thanks

 I want to notify some specific channels for specific events in MS Teams, Some of the basic events,When a page gets publishedWhen a code is deployed or package is installed I want to post a message in MS Teams if any one of the event happens in AEM instance. Hello, We are using variables in our "Alert" nodes and it seems that they are working fine if the variable is within the xtk:workflow table. We use for example<%= instance.label %>.On the other side we would like to add some other data from other tables such as nms:operation. I have been trying to do that using <%= instance.operation.internalName %> without any success.Is it because the tables are on two different dimensions? How can i solve this issue? Many thanks

I have created a variable,var NovDate = new Date();  This date is in MON DD YYYY Format. I want to convert this to YYYMMDD format. If I write the function : var NovDate = formatDate(NovDate, "%4Y%2M%2D%2H%2M%2S"); , I'm getting an error as below:  JST-310000 Error while compiling script 'WKF5041/start' line 6: NovDate.getDate is not a function. Please assist.

When I am using tabbed content, it doesn't let me add new tabs. I currently have to copy an existing tabbed content with four tabs already in there, and then rename them. Am I missing something about adding new tabs if I create tabbed content from scratch?

Hi,Not having done this previously, I need a little help adding a new domain to our instance to send from and reply to. For example, if I need to add  @myNewDomain.com, what are all steps and considerations to add the domain to send from our instance. The other domains were setup by the previous developer, so I'm new to the process. Does this require coordination with Adobe, or can this be done without contacting Adobe. I apologize for the ignorance on this, I've been asked to do this quickly and unsure of all the steps involved as far as dealing with the external server url of the app server, mirror page server, etc. Any help much appreciated!JohnnyBravo
