I've got a live chat widget dropped on our site via Launch rule. I would like the script to be active during our support hours only. What kind of condition could I use to restrict firing this rule during during our support window? (8 AM to 8 PM CT) Thanks! 

Hi, i have a special question and i hope that you can help me. I create a rule and i used 'DataElement Change' to set up it. I would like to add a condition to say fire this rule only when there is no other rule fired I don't know how to proceed and wich condition type to select in order to do that? with custom code maybe ? how can i verify that there is no rule fired already ? Thank you very much.Rim

How to add AEM Components might be core components or any Banner / CTA component in DITA Content. Hi Team, we have more content which is store in DAM say we have approximately 1 to 2TB of data.Now we have move entire content from one environment to another we have package manager but not sure whether we can move that huge data any suggestion plz that huge content. RegardsManikantha R 

I am looking at using Data Sources to import some off site data in to our Analytics report suite. I have created a test file with a single dimension and a single metric. The total of the metrics is showing in Workspace, but the dimension breakdown isn't showing. The dimension I have used is a merchandising dimension.  Is this a problem? Am I able to use a merchandising dimension for this, or does it need to be a "normal" dimension? I might just be impatient, and not waited long enough for the breakdowns to be processed...

I have a component - The component is loading a third-party script and it has many links as child pages. I need to ignore any URL after the mentioned page-path in AEM and allow the third-party script to take control of navigation and URL formation afterwards.So, I need to ignore any URL after the specified page-path in order not to throw 404s from web-server.I am using AEM dispatcher and need help as if where this code should be added (as we don't have any .htaccess file). hi, it's AEM 6.5 I'm extending Carousel component, I added some custom data fields passing configuration data from cq:dialog.AEM data layer is not enabled (I tried to enable it but same result)What I experience that only oob Carousel data are accessible, like data-cmp-autoplay  and data-cmp-delay but my custom data attributes are stripped. Thank you 

Hi all, We're working on a piece of software that is supposed to retrieve an object and some of its structure from Workfront using the API, and then create/copy this same structure on a different domain using more API calls.We are having trouble recreating the exact hierarchy of tasks with predecessors. A more concrete example:A project has two tasks: Task 1 and Task 2, where Task 1 is the predecessor of Task 2. In the API explorer the task object has 'predecessors' and 'successors' under the collection tab.However when querying the API using these fields, the information is not as expected. Hi All, Iam sending files to sftp with a set of values from different columns from a schema using delivery template.One of my field in schema has string value length as 9 digits. So if the number is "1234567" it is stored in the schema as "001234567". But when we see this value in the csv file from sftp the leading zero is not coming. Anyone else experiencing an issue using the filter Unsubscribed from Email in a Smart List? I regularly create a simple Smart List to see who unsubscribed from a specific email, just Unsubscribed from Email, select Email is = email name. Always works.  Today I see the Email Performance Report shows 2 unsubscribes: The Dashboard for this program shows 2 unsubscribes: But a Smart List with Unsubscribed from Email, Email is, Email name says 0

Team, Is there any possibility to track the recipient email IDs (those are NOT received the emails and they came through different channel like social media or any ads but not via any EMAIL ) who viewed the web pages where having the WEB TRACKING TAGS inside? Here Idea to track the list of recipients who viewed the pages and no of times through different sources but not from email. Metric to capture: How many visit along with recipient ID who not came through email. Anyone implemented the same before? I don't see any numbers under the WEB TRACKING LOG table after implemented the script/tag over the targeting page. ONLY step: Generated the HTML code under " resources > online > web tracking tags " and pasted under the targeting page. Is there any step to do further? Thanks

We are inheriting Core language navigation component in the project. The website is using SSI to provide the header and footer. Language Navigation component is a part of header. After dispatcher layer, the component is not working while navigating to the corresponding page in other language/region. It always points to the home page. Has anyone experienced the same? AEM version: 6.5.9Core component: 2.8.0
