We would like to create an Audience based on the IP addresses to identify internal traffic. We do not want to filter this traffic out but would be interested to use this audience in Analytics to as a segment.The configuration in Analytics is not very charming as we cannot use RegEx for this Audience.Does somebody has an implementation example or can point me to a documentation somewhere.Thank you in advance

hi all, apologies in advance if this is already somewhere. have had a look, but might be under a different name. So, my organisation is currently migrating all operational emails to the platform... so, how come, when creating these, in preview, they always still have our privacy policy/ preference update info with links? shouldnt these be removed from operational emails, hence the tickbox function?   thanks all.   KR Mike (blatant newbie)  

Hi, I've searched the community threads but cannot find the answer. We need to require 9 digits in a form field to ensure customers enter their account number correctly. Most account numbers begin with a 0. I'm able to set the Max Value to 999999999 but when I try to set the Min Value to 000000001 or variations of that, Marketo defaults back to just 0.  So if a customer enters 8 or less digits, they will be able to submit the form which we do not want to happen.   Any ideas would be appreciated!

I created this in the step before the the output tool and it will pick up the file name I put there but I have to manually enter it. I want it to pickup the workflow name automatically so I don't have to edit that step. vars.fileName="WorkFlowName" + "_" + formatDate(new Date(),"%4Y%2M%2D") + ".txt";  I tried this:vars.fileName=<%= vars.workflowName %> + "_" + formatDate(new Date(),"%4Y%2M%2D") + ".txt"; which works in my Alert step but generates undefined in the file name. And this:vars.fileName=vars.workflowName + "_" + formatDate(new Date(),"%4Y%2M%2D") + ".txt"; but it generates undefined_20211209.txt as well.  Anyone have any experience with this, I'll admit I don't know javascript at all.

I have been assigned the task to build a Power BI dashboard to summarize some key metrics for our Digital Marketing team. This in an urgent task that I need to perform.Apparently I will need to extract the information from Adobe Analytics , but do not have a clear view on how this dashboard should be built since I did work with Power BI but not with Adobe Analytics, hence I am a little lost.I have been given access to an Adobe Analytics workspace that contains all the KPI's that I need to include in my Power BI Report, but I'm completely lost on how to set up the connection properly and which Dimensions/metrics I should use.I'm wondering if there is any way to use the Workspace already built in Adobe Analytics to populate the information on Power BI. I would appreciate any support or help that you could give me.

Hi All,I am working on a preference centre with the aim of notifying users on profile changes so that these can then be approved or cancelled, normally, I would trigger a command from the webapp to start a workflow and submit a few variables to personalize a delivery and execute it, however, I want to test out an alternative way of triggering the notification but I am short in time to go deep into testing and finding out how it works. How do you personalize, and execute a delivery on the fly using js activity? my goal is to execute it from the webapp, (under other circumstances if the client had a message centre, I would construct and trigger a real time event to message centre, but the client does not have this) Here is what I have so far, but to put it sumply, I want to have a delivery template with some html and variables in it, then trigger the delivery from within the webapp.    var delivery = nms.delivery.create(); delivery.label="Delivery Test" del

I have an AEM project, which is running on Apache web server. I got an requirement to add .htaccess file at some directory location (page path). Need to know as if where this .htaccess file should be written. I had gone through the documentations on Adobe and also followed sample WKND project.As per my assumptions, .htaccess files are not present in AEM dispatcher setup and we need to add those lines of code inside vhost file for the specific website. I know, it could be a general and silly question - but, need to know and any guidance will be appreciated.

We recently implemented Marketo and left the Person Source data management program inactive while waiting to also implement a new CRM system (we didn't have one before). My question is this: Is the reason for having batch and trigger to schedule a one-time fix for historical with the batch and then activate the trigger for all new sources?   We are now configuring SugarCRM and we want to clean up. To date, we have used Person Source in a few forms, but we understand that should also stop going forward. I've read the other articles, but I didn't see one covering the batch campaigns. Lessons learned appreciated.   Thanks in advance.

We have a requirement to upgrade Jackson databind version 2.8.4 to 2.12.5.We have updated the version in pom.xml.PFB dependency details. but after upadating the version it leads to compilation error. PFB error details:  When We searched this error we found that we need to upgrade the maven bundle plugin, so we have upgraded the maven version 3.3.0 to 3.5.0 after that build getting successful, but it leads core.core bundle always in installed state.  

Hi AEM Community,according to Tyler Maynard the Pluralsight AEM courses author, the editable templates are store as follows:I'm in a situation where I'm missing the entire jcr_root/conf folder in the Project Structure/IDE/on the file system (Mac OS). I tried to sync with VSCode AEM Sync which didn't achieve the goal. Also in the Tyler Maynard's Pluralsight course "AEM Building Full Stack Components" he mentioned that when the developer needs to have the project structure on the right-handed side but doesn't, they can either utilize the CRXDE Package Manager to download that /conf folder and bring it into the IDE, or use some plugin (he didn't mention the name of the plugin, though). I tried the CRXDE Package Manager way but my IDE or Mac OS doesn't know how to handle that .zip file which contains all the jcr nodes within the /conf directory.Does anybody know what would be the effective way of doing this?Thanks in advance.

My A/B Test activity has recently finished it's desired testing duration. I'm using Target Reporting as the reporting source. Before the activity was launched, I added some extra audiences for reporting such as "New Visitors" , "Returning Visitors", and two custom audiences: 'Mobile Visitors', and 'Desktop Visitors'.  The issue that I'm currently facing is now I want to see combined visitors who qualified as both ("New Visitor" or "Returning Visitor") AND "Mobile Visitor". Vice versa for "Desktop Visitors". However I'm concerned about the fact that my activity has already finished running, and that adding new audiences to the activity could potentially not display any new data that fits the criteria for the combined audiences that I want. Given that there are visitors who qualified for my existing audiences, and the activity has finished, If I were to create new audiences (e.g. - New Mobile Visitors, Returning Mobile Visitors, New Desktop Visitors, Returning Desktop

I'm asking my IT Ops team to spin up and permission an S3 bucket for use with an Adobe Analytics data feed.  They're asking about the permissions that will be required to store objects in the bucket.  Not surprisingly, there's no word of this in the Adobe documentation, but some outside sites say `AmazonS3FullAccess`, which is quite broad and unacceptable to our ops team.  Can anyone shed some light on the specific permissions required for the Data Feed to store in S3?

Hi,We are trying to implement the below scenario in our project and need help on how can i achieve the same.* Internal Search Keyword and Category of Search are being captured in Adobe Analytics . * AEM wants the two variables from Analytics , to display say top 5 keywords in each category on the page.I am aware of the Data feed option in Adobe Analytics wherein we can downstream data to some FTP/sFTP/Amazon S3 , in batch mode (Hourly/Daily) and then the downstream system which is AEM needs to write some code in reading the analytics feed file and do some basic massaging of data to find top 5 keywords in category wise.But , i am looking a solution like below . Please let me know which solution can be possible and how can i achieve that or i have to just go with the above mentioned approach .The primary solution i am looking here is to avoid AEM writing any code that reads the analytics feed file from FTP/sFTP/Amazon S3 . Rather it should be automated process using some APISolution 1:
