We have requests come in and via routing rules go to a team from the report we review and assign to an individual from within the assignment column of a report. Now I cannot change the assignment or add anyone. I have to go to the issue itself to change or add to the assignment.I tried in the sandbox as well with the same result. Any insight will be helpful.

We have been using the method outlined in this help article (Sending Personalized Alerts to Operators) to pass through workflow variables to alerts with great success. However, we now have a workflow where we want to pass through the Project Name from the temp:query table as the variable in the alert. Because several records will have the same project name, we would like to be able to make this a distinct list. For example, we have one data set where the same project name is on 430 records and we don't want this to show in the alert list 430 times. I am not able to find any resources that walk through how this would be possible. I appreciate any help, insights and/or resource recommendations. Thank you!

I have a situation where in one page, we have multiple buttons that open the same overlay within the page. However, each button has been coded as a DIV element, with a click event added to it.I've added "s_objectID" to each of these DIVs. When I click all of them, I expect Activity Map to record that particular DIV's s_objectID. Each DIV click also sends a s.tl() Custom Link hit with a name for that DIV.Here's what I've found:Click first DIV:s.tl() is sent with correct DIV name.Activity Map is set with that DIV's s_objectID.Click second DIV:s.tl() is sent with correct DIV name.Activity Map is NOT set!Click third DIV:s.tl() is sent with correct DIV name.Activity Map is set with the second DIV's s_objectID!Click fourth DIV:s.tl() is sent with correct DIV name.Activity Map is set with the third DIV's s_objectID!etc.I think this behaviour occurs because Activity Map expects that after clicking a link that sets Activity Map, the next hit should be a s.t() Pageview hit. One of our site owners is not getting Activity Map data for a dropdown menu. The code for this is: <input type="button" value="Go" class="dropDownButton">Which seems to be valid per this line from Adobe's docs:"Is this an INPUT tag or SUBMIT button with a value or child text?" It *is* an input tag and has a value. The other part of this is that we have some JS that listens for the click on the input to perform the action. But again, Adobe's docs seem to say that Activity Map should be capturing the clicks.  Any ideas about what might be happening here? Do I have it wrong and Activity Map doesn't capture clicks on an input type="button"?

I have created a scheduler which looks for the assets that are expiring in upcoming 5 days and then it triggers an email to the owner of the asset to provide update about its expiration.Issue in the service is that scheduler is getting activated twice and as it runs twice so email is also triggered twice to the owner of the asset.I checked about it and found that it may occur if there is a cluster of AEM instance as the scheduler will be running on all instances, so I used the onSingleInstanceOnly(java.lang.String[] slingIds) method to register the scheduler only once. It worked after this change but now after few days again I am receiving the email twice. In the logs again I can see that scheduler is getting registered twice. Please suggest any solution about it.

Hi All, I am trying to understand which date field relates to when an email starts to send. I always use contact date but if I understand correctly this is more when the email is scheduled to send rather than when it actually starts.  I need to do some analysis on open/click rates for when emails are sending, and the contact date doesn't seem to be reliable for this. For example if we have an email scheduled to go at 1pm each day, sometimes they seem to actually arrive in people inboxes at different times. So is there a way of identifying when the delivery actually starts to deliver? Thank you! Edit: Adobe campaign classic

Hi All,  We are trying to implement Project Griffon in our AEP SDK for hybrid mobile app created using Flutter. We did a PoC, to test Project griffon, and it is working as expected in Emulator. But when I installed test build (apk) in my android device, and followed the QR code (also link url), it opens the app but doesn't show PIN code screen, nor does it open in Griffon debug mode. Do you know what could be the issue?  Many thanks in advanceRegards,Rupal

Hi All, We have recently encountered an issue with cross domain injection as we are managing multiple sites in dispatcher for multiple site content pathsExample:-/content/site1/en-us/en.html/content/site2/en-us/en.html 1) When a user is trying to access the site with www.example.com/content/site1/en-us/en.html this will become as shortened URL as we will implement masking rules and other required rules in rewrite section of the site1 and the URL will become like www.example.com/en.html and page en.html with be served from publisher path /content/site1/en-us/en.html2) Same with the case www.example1.com/en.html will be served from publisher path /content/site2/en-us/en.html3) When the same user is trying to access the site with www.example.com/content/site2/en-us/en.html . I am trying to demonstrate basic reverse replication on AEM 6.5.10.Created a new reverse replication agent in author which works fine.Created a servlet to modify page content which changes some values as well as adds the cq:distribute  property with value true.Whenever I run the servlet and the page content get the distribute property, reverse replication works. After this If I hit the servlet again then some props change but reverse replication does not work.When I checked the logs I found that the polling is working fine and it fetched 0 files which means there is nothing in the outbox.Now here is the weird part -> If I delete the cq:distribute property from crx/de and run the servlet then reverse replication works.In short: Reverse replication works only when I add the cq:distribute property to the node. If the property already exists and I change some other property then the reverse replication does not work.

running a publisher and author instance is easy: cd /authorjava -jar aem-author-p4502.jarcd /publishjava -jar aem-publish-p4503.jar We can then login to author (http://localhost:4502):, see all our sites pages, and even publish them all. However, on our local publish instance, there is nothing. no content.  e.g. if we navigate to:  http://localhost:4503/content/ourweb-web/oursite_com/uk/en/legal.html we get 404We get that path by editing the page in the author instance, then copying the path. Presumably we have to manually configure replication agents on author/publish. I got this working long ago, but it stopped working soon after, and I dont know how to debug it. how does one setup a local publish instance to work with a local author instance? If I look on publish instance CRX editor thing, I dont see our sites under "conent":http://localhost:4503/crx/de/index.jsp Note: i installed our app on the author instance using:mvn clean i

Hi Team, I am looking for best practices tom construct the XDM for Individual profile with many custom classes which will have additional details about the individual profile. I am trying to understand which approach will be better and on which aspect:Defining custom classes and refer those classes from the Individual profile as shown in Define a Relationship Between Two Schemas Using the Schema Editor | Adobe Experience PlatformEmbed the custom classes as field groups (as we have homeAddress under Person) within the individual profile What aspects should we consider to decide when to choose which option? For example: If I go with a model following Option 1, then can I create a segment rule based on the attributes which belongs to the reference entity? Want to get the param value from the referringURL. Can anybody advise me on this? We get page param value like this page.param(paramName). How do we get the "paramName" if it is present in referringurl?

Hey Marketo community,   A weird thing happened with one of our graphic designers a few weeks ago when he was editing an asset. As he was making changes, his computer froze. Then, when he went back into the asset itself when opening in the email editor, the email had reverted back to an email template one of our consultants created months ago. But, when we previewed the email, you could see the changes he had made. Essentially, the preview did not match the email editor at all.  Any idea what happened here? We ended up having to rebuild the email from scratch. 

I would like to set up a generic process to retrieve specific information about a workflow via a java script node?  The specific information I would like to retrieve are :1) Workflow name2) Workflow path, for example for a technical work flow => administration/production/technical workflows/Work Flow Folder Name Is there a list of workflow variables that are automatically set which can be retrieved?

Hi all,  I have been in the process of building out a custom email template, using a pre-made Marketo template as the base.  I am having a bit of trouble with the responsive design of one specific section (pics attached of desktop and mobile view for reference).  Ideally, I would like the section to stack and center on mobile.  I have added in a bit of media query to center align and resize on mobile, but it doesn't seem to be responding.  Does anyone know if that is even possible in Marketo?     

We created our language copy by basically copying the English version and making it a Spanish version. We can't scrap what we've done because the pages and their content have already be translated. Is there a way to convert what we have into a language copy of the English version? Its over 100 pages per language and there's 4 translated non-English languages. This is on 6.5.7 hosted with Adobe.

There is a rule, that is set up properly to exclude actions for URLs, that contain mysubstring.This rule works fine - it doesn't run a javascript code if the URL contains a mysubstring substring. However, I need to make an exclusion from that rule, if the URLs additionally contain myspecialsubstring substring.As result, I need to modify Right Operand input (its current value is simply mysubstring ) with something new. What should I put into that field (probably regexp value) ?  Thank you. P.S.
