Hello, We have a custom sync rule set up to keep various leads and contacts from entering Marketo from Salesforce. This has been working well for us but have run into an issue.   This was primarily set up to keep people without an email address (of which we have many thousands) out of Marketo, but we have a few other rules as well. For instance, if Contact Status is changed to "Past Contact" or "Deceased", Sync with Marketo is set to false.   The issue we are having is that as soon as soon as the Sync with Marketo field is set to false, syncing stops immediately (which is the expected behavior), but the changed field data never makes it back into Marketo; there is no "final" sync. We need these field values back in Marketo so we can remove them from our email sends, delete them, etc.   Short of importing this data back into Marketo or making manual changes, I really nave no way to remedy this. I have backend implementation that adds property under preference node. Example /home/users/S/aiowerlakjf_lkjwer/preferenceI am using service user to update user preference. All the users' preference are updating as expected, however there is one user which is replicated, preference of this user is not updating. The only difference between this user and rest of the users is, it is replicated. I am not sure why would this even be an issue. I would appreciate if you can share your experience related to updating users in AEM and if you have encountered similar issues.

We have requirement that we have to upgrade the jackson-databind version 2.8.2 to 2.12.5. I have updated the pom.xml, but after building the code OSGI bundle is in always install state. If anyone worked on similar requirement then please let me know.PFB jackson-databind dependency in pom.xml. 

Can we use a dialog participant step at the beginning of the workflow to collect the details from author while launching the workflow ? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/developing/extending-aem/extending-workflows/workflows-step-ref.html?lang=en#dialog-participant-step My requirement is to select multiple assets and get input from author on where to move these assets, once approved. Planning to use workflow to implement this. My understanding is that the author cannot give user input via dialog at the beginning of a workflow. Because we cannot launch a workflow with dialog input. It should be added as a workflow step and user input can be given once it is launched. Is this correct? Can someone help me understand how can we achieve this requirement using workflow to get user input as well before we pass it for approval?

Once the person checks it and hits Download, the checkbox answer should be sent to a field in our system {{lead.Immediate Project Need}}.   Looks like I can't just add this to the Custom HTML, so I assume it has to be some JS.    Any suggestions on how to do this?   Thanks, Yavor

Hello everyone. We monitor crashes on a mobile app using Adobe Analytics. The dev team has asked if they can see the stack trace for the crashes, to help them with debugging. As far as I know, Analytics does not automatically collect stack traces on app crash through the lifecycle code. Has anyone solved a similar requirement, and how did you solve it? My only suggestion right now is to somehow insert a trackAction in the app code to trigger when the crash happens, and send the stack trace as a non-linebreak string using context data. But I'm concerned about the character limit for eVars.

Hello, We are making assignments in workflow using the Task Assignment.  There are "built-in" metadata variables like workitem_url and host_prefix.  I have changed the value of host_prefix in CQ Task Nofication config and Link Externalizer but, neither see to affect the URL.  It's a dev machine so, we get http://localhost:4502... Please please please, tell me where we can configure these values so, our workflow is more portable. Thanks,

Hello all,   I was able to integrate Zoom with Marketo and scheduled a test webinar! I used a token  {{member.webinar url}} to include a unique link to each person in a confirmation email, but the link shown in the email is too long and it bothers me. Is there an easy way to shorten the unique links? Or will trying to shorten the link create some problems?   Thanks!

Hi, We are trying to send a Test(Proof) Proof Push Notification using Adobe, ACS Send log for the Proof says Message sent, however the notification doesn't get delivered to the Device.To troubleshoot this we used pushtry,com to send the push notification using same device token and server key used in ACS. Hello Experts,I need to create an Adobe for Billing Document in SAP Cloud, with a items summary in the first page, and each item details in each next pages. So i will have to print Items table twice or more. So, i am trying to binding the table for a first time in the first page and another time in the next page, doing page breaking by item. I tried to do a simple binding twice, but in the second page the table was printed as blank, it only print the content of table once, in the first time/page. How can i binding the same table twice?And how can i page break from second page now on, by FIELDS CONTENTS? Remembering: it is for SAP Cloud, so, no interface option, and no chance to do some abap work before. We recently migrated to AEM 6.4 and noticed all OOB workflow Email notification body content which also has URL mentioned pointing to local-host URL on all environments (dev,stage, prod)This was working on prior AEM version we were on (6.1) and We do have OSGI Link Externalizer Config properly setup for all run modes on 6.4Apart from externalizer, We do have   Day CQ Workflow Email Notification Service (com.day.cq.workflow.impl.email.EMailNotificationService) configured with correct values for Dev/stage/prod but its also not helping.Can anyone tell if its a product bug or required additional configuration ?

For my application, I want to capture an array of values. I have set up a listVar in Adobe Analytics with a delimiter of ',' and from my application I am storing the list(options) in local storage like this- option1,option2,option3. I have made a rule corresponding to it in Adobe Experience Launch, and setting variable using Custom Code- s.list1 = localStorage.options; But when I pull up list1 listVar in Analytics Dashboard, I am getting Unspecified. Please tell me where I am going wrong here.

Is there a way to run a report that will tell me any reports in the system that were using a filter in them of a certain group ID? Background: We had a groupmoved into a subgroup and apparently this changed it's group ID. I got the helpcall when a report that used to filter by that group ID now had the ID numbersin there but was not pulling any results. I want to be proactive to see anyother reports that may have been using that same filter so I can update the IDnumber to prevent future help calls. Thank you for your help!

We implemented push notifications using AC classic. on the app side we can receive the push messages with payload.Does anybody have a link to a documentation, where the "_bid" (broadlog id) and "_did" (delivery id) comes from? where do I need to look for those ids in AC to get the connection?
