Hello,   I am working on creating an Email Scripting token that captures the most recent version of a specific Asset Type in a CO. For example, asset type is Type 1, Type 2, Type 3. I need to grab the most recent Type 3; however,   When I do the basic "If" statement, it displays nothing because Type 3 is not at the top of the list   and    When I do a foreach statement I can just the Type 3, but it displays all of them when I only want the most recent one.   Any recommendations on how I can do this?

Hello all,   Maybe there's an obvious answer but I can't seem to find anything.   I've got a trigger campaign setup for a monthly email so if someone gets added to the program, they get the email, and then get removed from the program and flow.   When I go to look at results, I can either see person-oriented details OR the overall for the whole campaign as one group.   What I'm looking for is on a per group-upload basis.. For example if I uploaded 5,000 emails on September 20th for the month of September, is there an easy way to view the opens, clicks, etc for that specific timeframe?

Hello.   I would really appreciate the advise if someone can help answer my query.   I am wondering, once a customer clicks a link in an email and the munchkin code is activated... 1. How long will the code keep tracking this customer?  2. Is this dependant on the customers continual interaction with emails? 3. Will the code track subsequent sessions. i.e. if the customer ends their session, then comes back to the site the following day.    Thanks

Is it possible to create a target audience which would contain certain users/usergroups from AEM. I'm creating two user groups in AEM namely beta1 and beta2 and adding the user test1 to beta1 and test2 to beta2. When testX logs in to the website we need to check if this user belongs to beta1 or beta2. And if the user belongs to beta1 should show experience1 one and similarly for beta2. Is it possible we can have these individual users who are identified by their usernames created as an audience in target?

Hi,  I am trying to implement custom connector for Language translation in AEM 6.5 . There is a requirement to use internal TMS. Hence, we are required to implement custom connector . I tried following this blog(https://www.tothenew.com/blog/how-to-implement-a-translation-connector-in-aem) . There has been suggestion to use Translation Bootstrap Framework  but the framework doesn't work with AEM 6.5 . Could any one suggest what is the best way to do it

Hi, I am trying to include a column in a project report which shows the reference number of the Issue resolved by a project space. I can show the name of the issue using 'Converted Action name', but I can't see an equivalent field for the reference number of the issue. I suspect i may need a bit of text mode ... can anyone help?? Many thanks Richard

Can a non admin user upload the Brand Portal user configuration (.csv) file containing the active Brand Portal user list in AEM Assets to allow them access to the Asset Sourcing feature. what are the exact permissions does a user require to upload .csv file because for a non admin user if they navigate to Tools > Assets  user is unable to see Brand portal tab to upload .csv file.

Hello AEM Assets Community Members! New member posting my first question here.  Curious to know how any of you are measuring user adoption and engagement with your implementation of AEM Assets?  We're very much in our infancy (post launch) and are already being asked to provide some degree of analytics around user adoption and engagement with the platform.  I'm a new admin with limited AEM experience.  Any suggestions or thoughts on the topic would be most welcome.   -Fred

Hello  All,We have audience manager and ECID service setup on all non login pages of our website via Adobe Launch, however due to security reasons we are not using Launch on login page. We have included ECID service library file in the login page and calling setCustomerID() function once customer authenticates and setting up customer hash email as userid.As per our use case we are also onboarding CRM data in AAM data source which has same integration code as "userid" in above login page setCustomerID() code as below. visitor.setCustomerIDs({"userid":{"id":"67312378756723456","authState":Visitor.AuthState.AUTHENTICATED}}); I need your help in understanding, if AAM DIL code implementation is needed on login page for AAM to synchronize customer hash email from login page and that in the uploaded CRM file ?The use case is to personalize non login pages with attributes from CRM. Thankyou for your replies ! 

Does Adobe have "certified" companies/development partners who are able to assist with integration of Adobe Experience Manager – Translation Integration Framework (AEM TIF) with translation management systems?  If so, is there a list somewhere and/or incentives Adobe provides to integrate?

How can I ensure that a Product analyst of a Particular geography can access the products of his geography only (by using query in a wkf) and not see the products of other geography. (Product analyst do not have admin access)

Hi There, I need read a new custom field on workflow resource that I've just created, but I don't how know how I can read it via API. I've been reading the documentation, but I can't found how can I to do it on workflow resource.But I've tried a command and that I can read the fields on wkf resource, excepted my custom field that I created. Probably this command is not right. The question: Is it possible, read a custom field on workflow resource via API?If is possible, say me how, please. But if is not possible, I'd like to know if there is an another way to read it.I will really appreciate for any help!Paulo 

Recently we migrated our application from Livecycle ES4 to AEM HTML5 6.5 forms. There is a node Task Assignment. Earlier it used to send email to the user whenever a task was assigned. This would also include the form data as pdf and attachments added via the attachment tab.After migration the attachments are not going in the eamil. Hi,I have a business case that need to send out the new subscriber on a daily basis. I am thinking to use the Incremental query to send email to new subscribers only. I wonder after one or two years later, will it slow down the workflow as it will need to find the new subscribers every time when the workflow runs.  Are there any downside using Incremental query?Will it be easier just to use regular query and set subscriber create day = today?Thanks,Jason

We are using Assets Share Commons 1.8 (same behavior confirmed with 1.9.4) on AEM 6.5.8 and noticed the following behavior regarding the Cart functionality. When more than one tab is open on the ASC page adding assets to the cart in one of the tabs do not get reflected on the other tabs unless those tabs have been reloaded by the user.
