Hello,    Is it possible to remove the border of 1 Field Set in my form while keeping the border for a second Field Set.    I used the following CSS: .mktoForm fieldset { border:none!important; } But this removes borders for all fieldsets.    Thank you

Hi Marketo Users,   I recently aborted 2 emails.  Thankfully one was 99.8% stopped in time, the other got delivered to 26%. As I look at the email report, its showing that 74% of my database (149k) "Soft bounced" that aborted email.  I am concern these actions are affecting my sender's reputation. Are these aborted emails really soft bounces or does Marketo just flags them as such?   

Hi there I was wondering if it were possible to use regex for adobe segments - I saw a response from a few years ago saying there wasn't currently functionality for this. Was just wondering if this was possible to a greater extent now. Thanks and kind regardsJulian

If we make changes like above, It will be applied across all other sites too. Is there way we can manage this specific config in  a way so that  it is specific to only one site. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I am preparing a demo with Content Fragment, and one feature I'd like to demo is auto summarisation.  I crated one CF with content in Chinese but I am not able to see the "Summarise Text" button in the tool bar, did I miss something? Or may be only English is supported for this feature?

I have a Dropdown list in my master page, it consists of Choice 1, Choice 2 and Choice 3. Default value is Choice 1. When I select Choice 2 in Page1 I want it to remember selection to the next page. Can it be done? Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance

I have a potential case where someone who has completed a nurture stream may need to restart the same nurture stream again.     The content in the nurture stream is tokenized and segmented, so the person that completed the stream once may need to go through the same stream again to view the tokens and segmented content updated to new values.   My question is - If a person is added to a nurture program and completes the content in the stream but needs to restart and receive the same stream content a second time, how would this be done? I know that removing the person from the stream would reset their stream status (and lose reporting, but I'm okay with that), but would they receive the stream content again? Would the system prevent someone from receiving the same nurture stream content again if they are removed, then re-added to the same stream?

Hi, to be able to put a certificate on our 'legal' documents (PDF-documents are generated with AEM Forms 6.5) we are using a Luna HSM-server in the cloud.We are able to make a connection with that server and get the certificate working. If I create a form, and someone who isn't in our database fills it out, what will happen? Will Marketo capture that and create a new record?

Hi community, I have a campaign running where we are targeting customers to renew their contract. The segment supporting this uses an onboarded trait that we get from a .overwrite file uploaded daily. For example:  123 (DPID) <tab> renewal = segment1 We also send out direct emails to this same group of customers in the segment with a direct CTA to the renewal landing page, and customers would need to authenticate first.  From Analytics, what we are seeing is after the customer clicks on the CTA, authenticates, and gets directed to the landing page, they are actually not in the segment yet. In a lot of cases, I noticed that the customer then falls into the segment after a few days when they visit again. Is this somewhat related to first-hit targeting? I would understand if it's using a rule-based trait, but with onboarded trait I thought we would have qualified these authenticated customers into their intended segments already. As we continue to mature the Audience Manager product with my organization, there was a consideration to use a Customer Data Feed (CDF) from Audience Manager into our central data lake.  As I am starting my discovery and reading about CDF, I am intrigued about how best to communicate it to our stakeholders to get their support for this effort.   With the additional information Audience Manager is providing for each ID (on an hourly basis) in a CDF, what are the best way to sell CDF to our stakeholders?   What sort of additional business insights can they gain?  Why would various IT and non-IT team be onboarding with supporting another file process?Please feel free to share any thoughts you have on CDF....good, bad, and anything in between.  I would love to hear the wide spectrum.  Thanks in advance for your time!

Hiya, We are hosted on ACC v7 build 8894. While the campaign workflows are getting executed and when the interim run results option is checked, there are quite a few temp tables that get created.  These workflows don't get dropped (by the daily OOB cleanup workflow) even after the end user has unchecked that option after the workflow has finished running.  They continue to stay in the database and will only get dropped if you disable all activities of that workflow, run the workflow again that has a new branch comprising of only Start --> End.  Unfortunately, end users don't care of temp tables and don't perform this and hence a lot of unwanted temp tables continue to lurk in the database taking a hit on performance. Is there an easier way to identify such orphan temp tables and drop them?  Obviously, we could exclude the temp tables that we need to preserver (eg: Lists or Deliveries).

We currently use analytics providers to identify and report on which of our Adobe Campaign (v7) customers open their emails on Apple Mail. Is there a way to identify these same customers through Adobe Campaign? Thanks

Hello all, Due to privacy concerns of users, it is more and more required to capture individual consent of opens & clicks tracking and dis-allow tracking in emails basedd on that consent. Currently, Adobe Campaign supports tracking/no-tracking on a delivery level.Is there a way to achieve this on a recipient level instead? Thank you for your kind assistance or any clues.

Hi,Due to the time zone difference, we were unable to attend the live training. Also, the recorded webinar has a lot of glitches in the video, thus making the content of the video blurry and the video is buffering for infinte time. So, is it possible to view the video via some other medium. 

Hi I have tried uploading images say 16kb but the code uses ACS named transformation on the image and the image size is increasing say 164kb. Is there a way to retain the transformation of the uploaded image without increasing the size, keeping the dimensions as required?
