Hi, I am trying to export the Global Trust Store with certificates and import in other instances to keep the certificate alias and SAML configuration.I have done the following steps:1) Go to AEM-> Tools->Security->TrustStore2) Create TrustStore3) Add certificate4) Go to AEM-> Tools->Security->Users, select authentication-service.5) Create keystore6) Create package with:/etc/truststore/home/users/system/authentication-service/keystore/etc/key6) In AEM filesystem, go to crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle<id>/data, where id is the bundle id for "com.adobe.granite.crypto.file" and export hmac and master files7) In other instance, replace files in crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle<id>/data with files from first instance8 ) restart AEM9) install the created package in the new instance When I open the TrustStore in the new instance it shows the "Create TrustStore" button and the log has the following error: GET /libs/granite/s

Hi All,Have defined EVENT_FILTER in my code so that my replication event gets trigger only in that respective path mentioned as event filter. But here event gets trigger at every location path.Below is the sample snippet have defined for filter:@8220494(service = EventHandler.class, immediate = true, property = {Constants.SERVICE_DESCRIPTION + "= DAM Asset Events",EventConstants.EVENT_TOPIC + "=" + ReplicationAction.EVENT_TOPIC,EventConstants.EVENT_FILTER + "path=/content/dam/projectA"})If replication events are triggered under "/content/dam/projectB" then those are also executing the logic. This is not expected so needs to restrict it. Could anyone let me know how to resolve it.ThanksRSL

Good afternoon, I am including multiple offers in a delivery without using the offer engine (i.e. adding the offers to workflow during targeting and then including components of the offer in the delivery.)  My question is, is there a way to only include a current offer (one whose start and end date have not expired) in the delivery? It appears that the delivery only takes the start and end date into account if using the offer engine, is this correct?  If so, is there another way to include multiple offers but scrub the expired offer at the point of targeting / personalization? Thank you!

Hi, Based on variation type different markup will be included in component.html to render different variations – single, multiple A or multiple B. Created drop down in my dialog for these variations. On selecting that option that particular markup has to come up. How can this be done in sightly to add value for drop down options so that it'll select that particular markup. Thank you,Keerthana

I'm trying to get an understanding on how often we're emailing people on a periodic basis to get a measure of: A) are our communication limits correct? B) to get a flavour of how many people receive our emails across subscription lists on a weekly/monthly basis (we have several different subscription lists and it's difficult to know how many people overlap on these lists and are being emailed in a given week)   Simply using "Emails Sent/Delivered" in Marketo Email Insights doesn't tell me how many times individuals are being contacted by our email marketing efforts, just how many we are sending out. And therefore I don't know have a pulse on how often we are communicating with our database on a per-person level, or on the flip side, if there is opportunity to increase our number of email campaigns. Hi Team,After adding spell checker plugin for rte if there are no spelling mistake , a blue alert is displayed "No spelling mistakes was found." I had previously extracted "visitorId" from Data Warehouse API 1.4 but I am unable to do so using Reporting API 1.4-it gives the error "Element combination not supported". Is this element not available for extraction in Reporting API 1.4?

We have setup a Recently viewed products based criteria Recommendation Activity. Before going live, how can we test if the activity is setup correctly or not?

We currently call the privacy api deletion endpoint and then poll for status until we see the deletion has been completed. We have noticed during testing that analytics returns "status": "complete" and "message": "success" regardless of whether a customer existed in the system prior to the deletion request, which is a concern for our data governance team. Other products such as Target and Audience Manager, make this distinction by responding with status = complete but with the following additional detail:Audience Manager: "message": "Not applicable - Unable to resolve the user ids referenced in the request",  "responseMsgCode": "PRVCY-6052-200", "responseMsgDetail": "Unknown user IDs are not applicable for this product."Target: "message": "Not applicable - user context not found" Are there any plans to introduce this depth of information to the analytics product response?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to get all SKUs which has more than 10 units sold in a visit. Here is report with segment definition which is giving wrong output:I understand the fact that product variable could have multiple SKUs with varying quantity in an order hit and only all hits which qualifies my condition of the segment ( that is unit > 10) qualifies for this segment. This brings other SKU’s which have units lesser than 10. How can I successfully create a segment where I can get only SKUs which has more than 10 units ordered in a visit? @urs_boller Could you please help?

I'd like to flag leads that were previously deleted that have inbounded. I understand that the unsubscribe info is the only data that is carried over, but can we report on this by date? So looking to see if the unsub date is prior to the created date. Is this possible?

I'm trying to list task predecessor and assignedTo name, and successor task and assignedTo name for a given task in an assignment report. There has to be an easier way though. Thanks

I have added CSS for strikethrough in styles. But issue is When editing, the strike line is not rendered, but it is rendered when we left the editor. can anyone help regarding this?
