Hello, I'm not sure here is the right place to ask this question but I cannot find another place for help. Sorry about that. I'm from Thailand and interested in Adobe Advertising Cloud. I've tried to submitted a demo request via this form: https://business.adobe.com/th_th/request-consultation/advertising-cloud.html, there is a kind of loading but it seemed like the submission was not completed. So I believed that my info was not sent to Adobe since there is no one contact me back. I've a call with a platinum reseller in Thailand and I was suggested to contact Adobe directly for this Adobe Advertising Cloud solution. Anyone please suggest me way to get a demo of Adobe Advertising Cloud.Thank you.

I have created a project report with a custom column to show the number of tasks for each project. Hi All, I have come across a scenario such as I am trying to access below url on fresh 6.5 instance and it works fine.http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/we-retail/language-masters/en..html Now I am installing 6.5.9 service pack and the same url is throwing 400 bad Request . Note: URL contains "..html". Ideally it should be considered as selector with null or empty value I guess. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi all,  I am a beginner to Marketo and has learned how to set up engagement campaign recently online.  I watched a lot of training materials and know what the exhausted content mean and how to check the record in Marketo.    However, I think to understand its marketing meaning and purpose is more important.... so I appreciate if anyone could tell how we use this concept in the engagement program and why we have to see if people were exhausted or not.    Thanks a lot 🙂

I am new to Marketo and have a functionality question for when one is creating the text of a mailing - is it possible to create collapsing paragraphs in Marketo, such that when you get the email you see the subject line of the paragraph and then when you click on it, it unfolds to reveal the rest of the text?   Thanks

I am trying to know how many people coming from xyz.apples.com to abc.apples.com. Here apple.com is common. On xyz.apples.com there is no adobe analytics implemented, but on abc.apples.com Adobe Analytics is implemented. So when I click on Tile on xyz.apples.com which leads to land on abc.apples.com that time on image beacon "r"(referrer) parameter is not present. Any solution here.

I have a form with 103 items, when I had about 50 - I had not problem with selecting the item in the drop down and it filling in the remaning information for the selection. Now the selection does not populate when I select the item. Assistance appreciated.E

Hi , I am  able to initiate the workflow on click on publish of asset but my asset get published first then workflow get started. I tried with these two approach to control publish event. Created workflow launcherCreated custom event handler Both are having same problem asset are publishing first then workflow get started . As per requirement when author click on publish  asset, approval workflow should triggered then asset should publish. Question: can we control asset publish event ?

We have one of our user not able to roll out pages. It gives a success message but rollout isn't completed. However, when an admin does the same action, it works. Checking, like we have workflow history log, is there a rollout log to check what's going on? 

Hi Community, I have a DM in ACS that was errored out on 6/19 and it says consult the log for more information, when I go to the logs its blank/empty, all I see is Target preparation failed message I think there is some retention policy for the logs stored, how and where can I find this information, also is there anywhere else I can view this log details in the UI. Thank you for the help.

I have a unique question on building reports. I have added segment code for SMS and Email deliveries and if I drang and drop at delivery level its getting nicely populated. Now I am looking at moving the segment code as a parent and i should get report how many SMS and EMAILS send .. how do we achieve this ? 

Adobe documentation says:"Note that any changes made to security groups on the admin console will be synchronized as soon as users log into Adobe Campaign."Is there a way to kick off the synchronization on the back-end? ie, without the user logging in?If I am adding multiple users, it would be helpful to log into ACS and verify that they've been added.

How do I remove/delete a user from a security group within ACS?I have removed the user from the Product Profile in Admin Console, but the user still shows in the security group.Adobe documentation says:"If users are removed from a security group in the Admin console, they will remain part of the Adobe Campaign security group and will no longer be able to log in Adobe Campaign. In this case, remove the users’ email addresses in the admin console to prevent them from receiving sensitive information."But it doesn't say how to remove them from the security group.

Hello all, We've been relying on Analytics Triggers and the Journaling API in Adobe IO to collect important data. It has been going extremely well for over a month, providing us with a valuable bit of data in something close to real time. However over the last day or two, the Journal endpoint continues to respond with "204 No Content". I can see that the Trigger events are still being generated according to the Triggers UI (in "Activation"), but the Journal doesn't seem to be getting them, or it isn't allowing me to pull them I'm using the appropriate endpoint URL and path specified by the "Next" attribute. Even if I request "latest=true", I get nothing, and again the "Next" attribute points to the same URL and "since" parameter... Is there some kind of traffic jam going on? I have a ticket open this morning with Client Care, but I fear the rep I'm interacting with doesn't have a grasp of what I'm describing. Despite my detailed explanation, with URLs and all, they'

Hi, I have an ecommerce website which has product catalog page with add to cart button for each products. Also, I have few filters on the same product catalog page like gender, age, product categories. When users clicking on any of the filters I send that filter name in prop42 in a server call. Let's say a user selects gender filter, I send gender in prop42. And after that user will get products according to the filer applied and they can click add to cart on each products. When clicking on add to cart button I am sending that vale to prop59 in next server call. I would to like to know how many users clicked on add to cart after selecting any of the above mentioned filter options. How do I get this in Adobe analytics?  Thanks, Magesh

Has anyone create a deflection based metric or something similar?The scenario is users who access a website that they can self-serve with knowledge article webpages. We are trying to track user actions (monetary amounts in an event) in our mobile app when a user successfully completes and activity. I know we use the trackaction call with a context data variable. We used the documentation here:https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/getting-started/initialize-the-sdk#track-user-actions-for-adobe-analytics  I have also setup the processing rule logic on Adobe Analytics side to collect the event7 data. However we are still not seeing any data in Adobe Workspace Reporting. Are we missing a step?
