We could use assistance on optimizing our calls to the Get Lists API endpoint . Currently we are experiencing long wait periods or timeouts retrieving lists due to the number returned (over 20,000 in our case). We noted in the API documentation there are no filters to retrieve only active lists. Do you have any recommendations for optimizing this endpoint? In this situation, the list names returned are used in a UI, so keeping this endpoint synchronous (versus the bulk async option) is preferred. We have tried changing the batch sizes, but that has not improved performance. We do have that set to 300 as a default. 

I got a stupid question, can someone tell what's the difference "repeats" and "every" mean here, what if I choose like below, how the content will be delivered, thanks.    Repeats: weekly  every: 2 weeks    

It's found in the workspace table, after a segment is applied, the listed result contains lots of items out of the segment.For example, a segment to Page URL has been applied that the report needs to include URLs contains /troubleshooting But in the table listed, there are a lot of result the URL does not contain /troubleshooting (red highlighted) *I used a filter to short the result, want to list "does not contain", but in above list, you still can see some result contains /troubleshooting Seems the result lists items not in segment, and, the filter in table also does not work?Please help to clarify. By the way, if a URL is in (Low-traffic) in workspace displayed, when I set segment "URL contains", will it get data from very backend, or only workspace displayed data? - which mean all (low-traffic) will not be counted, have to use Data Warehouse to get the full result? Thanks in advance.H 

 As you can see I've broken down Custom Links by Custom Link Name and got the result.However, I'd like to see by which segment or types of traffic a certain a custom link was clicked.How would I be able to know that?

Hello, Unfortunately I get an error 'Unable to save segment' when I want to update an existing segment. It concerns all existing segments. The content of the segment and the ownership should not be the issue as when I create a new segment with the same content it does not show the error and I am the owner of the segments. Could somebody help me? I do not get the error when creating a new segment or when clicking on 'Save as' in an existing segment. Many thanks in advance,Hanneke

Hi Team, I have created conversion variable eVar16 that has allocation original value(First) and expire after purchase. Due to code issue in datalayer code, I was null value in eVar16, but after making the change in data layer code, that issue was solved. In sever call for particular page URL, data is populating properly, but still Null value is coming in Report.  Also, Page URL total is 19, but total value is around 200. Please let me know, the reason for the same.  

Hi there, At times, most of our campaign visits fall under unspecified/typed bookmark etc, any possible reason as to why this happens? We often check our campaign set up and everything seem to be perfect. Could this possibly be an Adobe issue? If so, what is the workaround we could follow? I have configured a new property in Launch for our new subdomain. The Adobe Launch Code is already placed on web pages, however, I can not see any data coming in the report suite. Any possible reason?I have been assuming once the launch code is put on web pages then the web pages should get synced up automatically into adobe report suite for general user metrics like unique visitors, page views, visits, marketing channels, activity map, etc. We don't need to create any page load rules until required.  Thanks

Hi Team, I need to track the visits of category listing page, but in category listing page variables were not passed, so I made the changes in the same and set the variables for same. But after making changes, in report it is still coming unspecified and in server call it is coming right. So, can tell me how to handle this.   Note: I have already reset the primary category variable, but still issue persists.

Hello, we are getting ready to put on a webinar and need help getting landing pages. In our instance we do not have any guided (responsive) landing pages and don't have the technical expertise to create one. We created a free form landing page for our previous webinar but it obviously didn't look good when accessed through a mobile device.   My request to the community is if somebody can provide me with info on where to get responsive landing pages so that we can upload, or copy the code over into our instance. We can pay for it, doesn't need to be free. 

Hi all! I've been working on updating recipients with a Targeting workflow which includes a Data loading (file) activity to sum to my recipients table, and this is followed by a Deduplication activity before adding those new profiles to a list and updating them. On the Deduplication activity I selected the Temporary schema so I could deduplicate my loaded file, and I am selecting the email as my attribute to identify duplicates. When I run the workflow it says: Attribute 'email' unknown XTK-170036. Unable to parse expression '@email'. Someone know why could I be getting this error? I would appreciate your help a lot. Best!

In a marketo email I added the Example:  <a href="sms:123456789">123456789</a> tag so when someone sees the email on their phone, they can click the number and it should open up on their messenger. When I sent myself a test I get a 404 page not found error. When  I removed the tracking nothing happens when I click the number. Any ideas?Email client: OutlookPhone: Samsung Galaxy 7

For all our forms, phone number field is causing a issue in reports as users can enter just a single digit, is there is a workaround? to limit the minimum phone number digits?

Hi,I've added a new Checkbox in my existing dialogue and it's saved in crxde as Boolean, but when I try to get the value of the property using .model.json, I don't see the property exported. Other Boolean properties from same dialogue are exported.I have tried publishing page and I don't see any errors in logs. I have also added a new instance of the component after updating it, but no luck.I'm working on AEM 6.5.8Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I followed this link for AEM desktop app installation. It is installed successfully but when I tried to run it, it is not responding. I also tried to run as administrator but still not getting any dialog for error or anything.

I have an RTE in my dialog with a link plugin, that would update some values data-foo & data-bar and store them along as part of the anchor tag in a property on save. data-foo and data-bar are completely dependent upon the href value mentioned by user in the link dialog. To generate both the values, I have a logic built using a use-api script that has access to the ResourceResolver and Externalizer classes. Is it possible for us to send an ajax call or any other request to the server with the href value as argument from the dialog.

The "Create a Multivariate Test" documentation and the Adobe Target UI suggest that Visual Experience Composer is required to run Multivariate Tests. Is this true? while authoring a page for a custom Form option component which is pointing to Core Form Option, we need to author multiple Radio buttons in it.Like authoring Radiobutton1 and Radiobutton2, but while authoring this we have selected checkbox, and if we have more than one radio button then also we are able to select both radio buttons. Actual : Its allowed to do so and on UI both radio buttons are seen as checked. It looks like an OOTB behavior, But shouldn't be in this case we should only restrict to single selection of radio button ? Is it kept purposefully by adobe ?If No, Is there a fix adobe has provided / or we can create any daycare ticket about it? Otherwise How should we restrict to single selection in case of radio button? Note: We are using 6.5.4 version.Thanks
