Hi @SanfordWhiteman,   I read your blog/community post here but I'm not sure that it applies to my particular situation.   In my email editor, I am trying to change an image that is part of a module.   However, I get the errors below:   Step 1: Opening the image editor     Step 2: Pasting in an image URL     I read a couple of posts here in the Community that said this is likely due to browser extensions blocking the na-xxx.marketodesigner.com/ URL. I added our na-xxx.marketodesigner.com/ URL to the safe-to-allow settings in my browser (Edge), but the error is still appearing.   Any idea what might be behind this issue?   Thank you,   LK

Hi everyone, My team is running an email campaign, we have to links that are only accessible within this email, those links redirect the user to a page to book a test drive or to get a call from a dealer, what we want to know is if customers are clicking on the "send" button after they arrive to the form through the links. I was trying to analyze this events in a workspace or a report, but I don't know if this event already exist or I need to create it in order to measure it.  This adobe analytics account use to be managed by other agency and we have no longer contact to them. I can see some metrics like "test drive" but seems those were created by the previous agency.   Sorry if this is a newbie question.Thanks in advance.

Hello, Im new in Adobe Analytics. May I know what is first touch channel details is about?How we can use it for analysis?I see the the values under this dimension is the URL addresses. How we can bucket the values into something meaningful? It would be helpful if I could get explanation on this. I have broken down my unique visitors (total of 56K) to view the marketing channels they came from but the numbers sum to be 59K--how would this happen as I thought unique deduplicates visitors?

Hello, i'm trying to adapt some old script in an xdp document.While previewing a document that should display a date in livecycle designer works well, this code doesn't work in HTML mode: myDate=util.printd("dd/mm/yyyy",new Date());this.rawValue=myDate;trying to catch the error i get: "referenceError: util is not defined" How can i solve this? Thank you very much

We have a Marketo form with first name, last name and email address fields.  Is it possible for the form to accept a first and last name but only use that data if it doesn't already exist on the lead?    We have a business use case where we want to be able to send the name for associating with new leads, but would like to avoid changing the name of a lead if the same email address is used for multiple people.  

Running Entry Page report for our site.  Getting a very large number of "page no found" as the entry page.  Looked more into it and 98%+ of those are Typed/Bookmarked.  I know from past experience that we don't have any download counts for any files that even get close to the number reported of "page not found".   The number has increased some over the last couple of months but is pretty consistent overall for the last year. Almost all 90%+ are from the US where our traffic is about 60% US. Anyone have any idea?  I'm thinking it is some kind of bot doing scan (we do have that daily for the site). Thanks

Hi everyone, I have a question on my website, the website combines with two parts which are a store and a membership portal.The adobe framework of the store is using v5.0.10 however the membership portal is using v5.2.9. Normal user flow:Store >> login to membership portal >> Store We found a bug on this flow which the tracking is lost after the user login to portal and go back the the store page. (Before login, the tracking of the store is working properly.) May I know if it's related to different adobe framework versioning? Or other related issue? Thanks!  Regards,Celia 

I use segment which is made by [Paid Search equals Natural - Visits].And its traffic is quite different with those of Search Engine - Natural report with visits. (visits of search engine - natural report is bigger)Where does it come from that differences between two reports?Search Engine - natural report contains much of [unspecified] traffic and this might make the gap. with my segmentation, are this traffics filtered? Thank you in advance!

Dear Community, I am trying to follow the instructions for setting up a data model as per https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/forms/getting-started/create-first-adaptive-form/create-form-data-model.html  When I add the configuration for Apache Sling Connection Pooled DataSource, I get the following error in the logs:com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver not found by org.apache.sling.datasourceI have tried different MySQL driver versions, but the issue remains.I also tried using com.mysql.jdbc.Driver as the driver class, no luck either.I am using AEM 6.5.9 + latest forms add on.

How can I search for assets by smart tag?

Hello all. I had a recent workflow stopped working after a while with an error (see below) on the Load file step which had previously worked. I’m pretty sure I did not change that process although I did change other ones in the workflow. I tried deleting the Load File step and adding a new one back in. Hello Team, My call for DCS endpoint on my website is failing due to wrong values in header.My IMSOrg ID and schema reference ID (schemaRef) is pointing to wrong organisation, even when all other value is correct in header.I am getting error 400 ( "Invalid XDM Message Format") and in reports "Message has wrong imsOrgId in the header". How can I send the correct IMSOrg ID and SchemaRef in my headers and why are they wrong even when my DCS endpoint is in the correct organisation sandbox ? Thanks in advance,Singh

(To be used inside a multifield) <type jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" granite:class="unique-class-${requestPathInfo.suffixResource}" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/container"> <items jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"> ..... </items> </type> In above eg, ${requestPathInfo.suffixResource} is surely not a variable. however I am looking for something I can use here that would be unique. Does anyone have any idea what else is accessible here? Like RequestPathInfo interface are there any other interfaces available that can be accessed here? Thanks

Need help on AEP profile merge. I need to be able create a unified profile for customer data coming from different Profile datasets. I have 2 different profile datasets as given below, which have common identifier like ECID and Email as Primary Identities present in the schema. I am trying to ingest online data into these datasets. But the problem is its creating two separate profiles in AEP. I am not getting unified profile view.

Hey, I want to extract a list variable which has been classified through DWH API 1.4I see no such limitations mentioned in the documentation where in it has been mentioned that classified variables cannot be extracted.The id that I’m using is ‘listvar2’ which is the variable that has been classified. Any information on this would be great!

Hello again!   We have created a landing page, where the munchkin cookie disappears when you refresh the page (after accepting all cookies): <deleted-url-to-site>   Does anybody have an idea of what can be causing this issue?   The setup: - Cookie-banner is set via GTM container. - If user gives consent a trigger fires, that sets the Marketo Munchkin cookie.   Any help would be much appreciated!   Best, ernie        

Hi, I'm trying to extract data via Adobe dwh api 1.4-however, I can't seem to extract 'Visit-All visitors" metric that is exclusive to data warehouse. I'm passing variables in the body of the request through variable id which makes me think if the id i'm using for that variable is wrong. Can anybody help me figure out the id for "Visit-All Visitors" metric?  Ps- I tried using this endpoint "https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.4/rest/?method=ReportSuite.GetEvents"but the metric "Visit-All Visitors" was not mentioned here. Any help would be appreciated!

how to implement the html code snippet in component.html to render the cq:template nodes? for example if my template node is image how can that be rendered?
