I've read through documentation and the documentation at Solved: Difference between Channel (email) and Email Ident... - Adobe Experience League Community - 687008 and cannot find a precise answer for these two scenarios. Scenario 1: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Identity and an email recipient opts out. If the customer changes the email address associated with their account, does the opt out status persist after that change?  Scenario 2: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Channel and an email recipient opts out. If the customer adds a new email address to their account in the future, would that email address also be opted out?

Hello everybody,I know that the external users will be moved to the admin console, for example from hereDo external users migrate to Admin Console? - Adobe Experience League Community - 720388 But there's an aspect I have to understand to do the proper communication with these users:our external users are approving documents in a simple workflow where they get an email and a link to the document to proof.So they never have to sign in. Now, when moved to the Admin Console, they will receive an automatic email stating that they need to create an Adobe ID to authenticate.My question is: is this necessary in the described use case?Thank youKind regardsSébastien

Hi everyone, I’d like to get your thoughts on this scenario: how would you handle notifying one team when another team misses their task deadline? Here’s a bit more context:Let’s say Team A is responsible for uploading a file by this Friday. If they don’t complete the task by then, I’d like a completely separate team, say Team B, to receive a notification, either via in-app alert or email on Friday (the due date). I’m aware that Workfront allows setting up reminders like a 1 day before due date alert, but in this case, I specifically need a notification sent to a different team on the actual due date if the task remains incomplete. Has anyone tackled something similar, or is there a simple solution in Workfront I might be missing? Thanks!

Hi,I am new to AEM forms, hence asking for directions. We need to generate interactive PDF from Adaptive forms with form data. The PDFs needs to be downloaded on the user machine and not saved in AEM as it will have user and customer data. I can understand from the below documentation that DoR can be generated in three ways:How to generate a document of record (DoR) for AEM Forms? | Adobe Experience Manager 1. Could anyone suggest the best possible way to generate interactive PDF without using XDPs from Adaptive forms, as we      need to get rid of XDPs in future.2. Hello, I, ve been dealing with this issue and i can't seem to solve it on my own. In our email template we have a module where the user can write long text and for that i ve created a rich text editor in the form. The problem is that if the user writes text without first opening "source code" mode, the text gets wrapped with following tags: <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> </head> <body> <p>test</p> </body> </html> (see picture attached). How can i prevent the rich text editor from doing it?  I have also tried to prevent this by using a function written a in a library which is referenced to at the beginning of the javascript template file <%loadLibrary("lf:queryJS");eval(xtk.javascript.get("lf:newsletter_libclaudiotest").data);%>and then used the function where the text editor is used <p><%= formatRichTextFields(block.@main) %></p> here is the function itself:function formatRic

Hi, I am unable to filter the data using multiple "AND" conditions in workfront fusion, Its working with only one "AND" condition and not with 2 or 3 conditions. Any one has any idea if there is a way to do that? or Is it not possible to use two "AND" conditions in a fusion scenario?  Attaching a screenshot for reference   Any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated. Hello all:), I am trying to figure out the Workload Balancer and I am facing some Issues regarding its usability. One Major Step would be to have the Field "planned Hours" in the Task-Summary, in Order to adjust the planned hours quickly, without going into the Task itself (not sure why its not like in the first place: thought that would be obvious as soon as you start allocating Hours with the Balancer). I edited the "Summary Panel" inside the "Layout Template" inside the "Group Settings" already, to display the "planned Hours" but it has no impact on the Task Summary. Looking forward to your Suggestions. leonhard

Hi Community,  We want to connect an External Lookup field from Workfront to return data from a Data Store from Workfront Fusion. We were not able to find the correct Base API URL to reach out to Fusion.  For example to get data from Workfront Planning you have the following Base API URL: $$HOST/maestro/api/v1/records/search?recordTypeId={recordTypeID}For Fusion do we need to change the Solution name from Maestro to Fusion and to change the version accordingly?  Does someone did that before or can assist? Thanks and kind regards

Adobe has recommended that we upgrade our AT.JS version to the most up to date version (we are on version 2.2.0). On the documentation, it gives fairly generic benefits of upgrading to latest version. Upgrading will result in significant QA work on live activities and a potential period of time where we have no live activities while we upgrade the AT.JS version. Are there specific benefits that we could list? Something more tangible would help make the case for upgrading to the various teams involved in this process. Thank you

Hello! I noticed when setting up an experience that the Reporting Settings have changed. Is there an article with more information on this new product change. I am seeing that Adobe Analytics is now the only Reporting Source available for me. Does that mean we can no longer see reporting directly in Adobe Target? What happens for us if our AA is not successfully set up yet?  Thank you! 

After migrated users to the Admin console, can we create a new user and provide necessary access in Workfront using Fusion?

Hi, We have seen some discrepancies where the timestamps on the task planned completion date are differing by an hour: For example, 2025-02-13T22:00:00.000Z or 2025-02-13T21:00:00.000Z The planned completion date is set to 5 pm EST on all our tasks so my expectation would be that they all come over to Fusion with the T22:00:00.000Z timestamp, which is 10 pm GMT. Hoping to gather some insight. Thank you, Nick

We have several business requirements that call for tracking several of the things we are measuring as a Numeric or Currency event. We are using DTM to deploy Adobe and documentation here is anemic at best in describing how to implement these events in DTM. Example 1:Track the loan amount a customer selects when applying for a loan as a currency event. I have a scenario that looks for no activity in a project. I am filtering based on lastUpdateDate, when looking through results some came through with recent notes to old updates and were not counted as an "update". How would I filter based on projects that were not updated or had any recent notes within the last month?

Is it possible to set up event subscription in Workfront? For example, when a new project is created, the ServiceNow (SN) team at my company wants to get project details so they can insert this data into the ServiceNow table. We are not using Fusion for this integration. I informed them that Workfront does not have a built-in webhook feature, but I want to double-check here.
