Hello,   I've been continually formatting and including a text version for all our emails and was wondering if it's still needed. I found this old post and was wondering if it's still valid. https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/Text-Only-version-usage/m-p/78086#M43555   I'm wondering: Are you still formatting the text version? Are multi-variate emails still a thing? Do people still want a text version only? Please share your thoughts.   Cheers!

Hi, It was my understanding that Visits should match Entries. But when I use the Page Name Dimension I get significantly lower entries than visits for each page:  Why is that?

Hello,  We've implemented opt in service using Adobe Launch. Configured the ECID extension correctly like below  Now once the user accepts cookies for target, we've update the permission and invoke direct call rule to trigger as permission/ consent provided.  adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.TARGET, true);adobe.optIn.complete();  Can see Adobe request coming through on page but can't see any delivery request in network tab instead getting below warning in console  and experience not coming through target  Any idea what's wrong here?

Hello, we understand that AEM came out with the AEM SPA editor around 2 years ago. It was a new product. There are tutorials online from Adobe teaching basic and simple ways to setup a basic AEM SPA website, but I have not seen any real AEM SPA website's in live production.Are there any AEM customers using AEM SPA's features in production live? I'm guessing that AEM SPA sites are just used for micro-websites?, and never used for at large scaled projects?.On wappalyzer, all AEM websites are traditional server-side rendered pages, https://www.wappalyzer.com/technologies/cms/adobe-experience-managerThoughts?https://wknd.site/content/wknd/us/en.html  is just an example website, and is not really used by real users. In Search , I am trying to implement search synonym.I have updated Lucene and PageLucene index to have analyzer with details of synonym.In search I have enabled search suggestion and search quick results. It is pointing to path /content/we-retail/us/en. In synonym txt file I have 2 set of entries.1.women,womens,lady2.men,mens,gentelmenso during search I believe when I enter 'lady' it supposed to bring all records based on synonym matching will bring the result. But this is not happening. Hi there, I am trying to implement one use case which requires to send an email to customer when it qualifies certain segment. My journey orchestration flow is like [Segment Qualification Event (Behaviour:Enter)] -> [Custom Action : Email] -> End.Here the problem is I am unable to send email [may be because I'm unable to pass profile email id].Note : Custom Action to send an email works fine when I use it with event other than segment qualification.

Hello.We currently need to encrypt/decrypt some data in ACS for privacy purpose between system.We will need to send an email, with a link in it.This link got the email encrypted in aes format with cbc.ACS currently gor some functions that can encrypt data ( encryption_aescbcEncrypt )We did use this function with all the required parameter, but the output cannot be decypher by anyone ( all tools used cannot get back the original value).if i use this example :     encryption_aescbcEncrypt('TEST',"\x656e6372797074546f6f6c7331323334","\x6f0561702db407a325634764f8030519")here's the result i got in ACS : 279432169de85d110dba9989df547b5fif i use the decrypt tools from those websites ( AES Encryption – Easily encrypt or decrypt strings or files , CyberChef ) , this decrypt to something that is wrong :K.½6¯dÒ¶.(.Ħò/If i use those website to encrypt, both answer are : 3e909d57ce667056636865781948c901(HEX format for all).ANyone ever step on that problem?(on a side note the decryptfunction: encry

Hi All,We have implemented the site through asynchronous call with adobe launch and recently noticed that the launch script take more time (500 to 900 ms) than usual while we checked from network tab. Please refer the attached screenshot for the reference.Understand this may vary based on each network and based on individuals network speed. At the very first time on the page it takes 500 to 900 ms and after it get cached and loads it normally between10 to 50 ms.I feel like I am missing some points to understand this behavior. What are other reason for taking more time to load the launch script at very time?Thank you,Jay.

I searched for a bit but while I could find API limits, I couldn't find limits for interactions with embedded forms or landing pages with forms in them. If there are no form/landing page limits, why is this? I feel like they could potentially be abused just like an API could be.If we're switching from Marketo forms and landing pages to our own custom build forms and landing pages using the Marketo API, will we have to suddenly worry about going over all our API limits or will things stay mostly the same?

We have an email with a number of modules using dynamic content. Everything is working..... except the button module. When we make the module dynamic, the visual button (ie backgrouns and styling) disappears and just the link itself remains. I have the module code below. We originally just tested using the Send Sample and selecting a segment. That email arrives in the inbox with the button styling just fine. However, when sending the email using a smart campaign and Send Email flow step to a person, the email  looses all button styling and just the link is there. I did try this with Litmus and it happens across all email clients. Any ideas why this is happening and what we can do about it? Would really like to make the button dynamic. If the Privacy service is set to OPT_OUT after being opted in, it doesn’t invoke anything to Adobe Campaign Standard to remove the registration token. Is this correct behaviour? What is the intended flow here? Use collectPii to force a blank token before invoking OPT_OUT?
