We are currently developing a translation connector based on the example implementation (https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-translation-framework-bootstrap-connector) and using the translation API documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/ref/javadoc/com/adobe/granite/translation/api/package-summary.html) as a help.We are using AEM 6.2 and struggling with implementing the optional scoping request path as shown in this diagram:https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/32824bd9-6cc6-41b4-bc7b-8e7c4d2c7d65Our problem is that the “createTranslationJob” method on the TranslationService Interface (com.adobe.granite.translation.api) is called twice for the same translation job project. The first time when the user clicks on “Request scope”.  The second time when he clicks on “Start” after scoping is complete. Moreover, the translation objects are only uploaded to the first job and not the second one.We would have expected that AEM calls “createTranslationJob” only once

We are working on Adobe Analytics implementation on our mobile app. It is observed that a simple trackAction call is generating pageViews in Adobe. Any help here is appreciated.Looks like Adobe SDK sets pageName and therefore pageviews are incremented.

We have a number of forms that were created using Adobe Livecycle and when moving to Windows 10 were advised to use AEM Forms Designer, as Adobe Livecycle was no longer supported. The Adobe Livecycle forms had enabled extended features in Adobe Reader as the forms are shared on our public web site for downloading. The user completes the form (using Adobe Reader) and emails it to us.We have now discovered that when we try to edit the original forms in AEM Forms Designer that the enabled extended features in Adobe Reader are no longer supported. Please see attached message when we import one of the forms into AEM Forms Designer. We can edit the form using AEM Forms Designer but the option to save the PDF with enabled extended features in Adobe Reader is not available – it was previously available in Adobe Livecycle.Can you please advise how we can create our forms are fillable and saveable in Adobe Reader?Best regards,Martin

Dear all,I have been struggling with this issue for more than 3 months and I am running out of solutions. I am currently working on old pdf forms encoded with an XFA format that was made with the old software Adobe Livecycle. I have to correct those forms, sometimes for just a "." and the only way I found is to print the form (as advised on the Adobe site). But this completely destroys the document and suppresses all the drop-down menus. Meaning that I have to re do all the form for just a ".". If it was not enough work already since these forms are used in more than 56 languages (languages using symbols (like Korean)) are creating issues later with date format (even when clicking on the drop-down&nbs

I have installed the color picker package provided by Adobe helpx document and I need to use two color pickers in the same tab of a page properties dialog that I'm creating. I have given the following structure for the color pickers.First item in the multifield the color picker is rendering fine.but in the second item of the multifield the color picker is rendering as a text field could you please help me in resolving this issue.

There is a intermittant connection timeout when the api is accessed from my client to adobe campaign. I see the following error in the webmdl.log whenever this occurs:2021-01-25 10:15:35 WEB-530007 Error relaying '/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp' to URL 'http://localhost:8080/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp'. (iRc=-60)2021-01-25 10:15:35 HTTP connection timed out. (iRc=-53) This happens every 15 minutes.I am new to adobe campaign, can you please suggest me where should I start my troubleshooting.The only way I can get it working again is bounce both nlserver and httpd. I checked the number of connections to adobe campaign instance, active live connections to db. Everything looks fine. We have hybrid instance, and inpremise adobe campaign standard. Thank you.

Hello.I am facing a problem when creating a direct delivery template.I want to add some columns to the extraction file and collect this values from the targetData.Here is a part of the extraction file:Output columns: (notice they have alias assigned:targetData: What I want to accomplish is that the targetData value goes to the output column without the need of assigned manually. I was hoping that if I create a query and add some extra fields and assigned a alias per field, this fields will auto added to the output columns (from the extraction file) without the need to assigned manually. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks  

Hi all, we are working on a scenario that requires us to build personalized template blocks. An easy example for this scenario would be: we have three different audienceswe have one banner (picture with text and button) for each segmentdepending on the audience we want a different banner to be shown to the target audienceNow the crucial part: we will use the same banner on multiple sites and don't want to apply all rules via targeting mode every single timeWe are currently trying to solve this only using contexthub, excluding Target Our first idea was to create an experience fragment and apply the targeting activity there. Unfortunately targeting mode does not seem to be available there, the same goes for the offers editor.  In reality, we will not have only 3 but over 60 different variations for the banner which we would need to apply to every single instance. Is there a workaround for this request or an alternate solution? We would be happy for any ideas

Hi, I would like to display every day during a  specific Time Frame i.e (from 6 am to 4 pm) a modified Form Filed design experience, vs the current one running all day. How should I set up in Target, the timing switch functionality within the new variation experience? it's the A/B the ideal activity to use in this case?  Thank you so much for your help.

Running into trouble setting up Target to meet the following use case: [If Incoming traffic is from google organic search and it's going to land on Page A, redirect to Page B. (But if Page A is requested otherwise during the visit, allow A to be shown)] The trouble is that we can redirect the incoming traffic to Page B as landing page--- But if the person navigates to Page A later in their visit (through site menu or otherwise), they are again redirected to Page B.  How would you recommend constructing a Target activity to achieve the first-page-of-visit redirect from Page A to Page B, but not interfere with subsequent requests for Page A in the visit?

Dear all, We have an ongoing A/B test on a certain page. We are making change to that page by removing and replacing certain HTML elements which is likely to affect the modifications we made in the A/B test. We currently have the url to the equivalent page in development. The idea is that we create a copy of the A/B test and replace the original url with the development url to check for any errors. The problem is that the development url requires a sign-in, which pops up in normal browser but not in AT. AT only shows me the redirected 404 not found error page.Does anyone know if this can be solved? The ideal would be for us to see the development page in VEC to make the necessary changes.Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Hey all,   Does anyone know if it is possible to set a global value for a custom field like you are allowed to for Last Name/Company fields?   When using a smart campaign with from "Person is Created" and  "Change Data Value" it sometimes does not work out with timing in relation to our Saleforce for reporting.   We would want the field to be populated upon creation similar to how we use hidden fields on forms but for all leads created in Marketo.

I am trying to set up the integration between Twilio SMS and Marketo using the webhook documentation. We also use a shortcode to currently send messages. I followed the documentation and received the following error: url must not contain invalid chars or json Is this because we are using a shortcode versus a full phone number? Thanks in advanced! 

We would like to do an import of leads who are past customers. We currently have each program for each product set with a smart campaign that does the following: However, when I upload the list of customers, it's only changing the program status for a select few. Out of about 8,000, only about 900 are actually having their program status changed. I'm not sure where to even start. I've checked random names and they are importing correctly. All of them have something in their CRID data value, even if their program status was never changed.

I desire to have Adobe Analytics capture visit/session information.  I want to be able to query and view activity based on visit/session.  Is there a way that Adobe Launch can pull visit/session info from a cookie and push it into Adobe Analytics?  If so, how do you accomplish this?Thanks
