Hi again, I'm back with another newbie question off the back of my previous one! Is there any advice or recommendation when it comes to combining Templates and Live Copies? i.e. can I create a page from a Template, and then create Live Copies of it? Say I'm building a catalogue site. I create a "master" PDP using the Template, then I build the actual product pages out from this master using Live Copy, changing only the product. You're probably asking "why not just create straight from the template"? I don't have a good answer for you. This is just a circumstance that I currently find myself in, and I'd like to understand whether this was a good design decision or not.

I've created classifications in Adobe Analytics for various dimensions like Page and Campaign. I understand I can use the Adobe Analytics Source Connector to ingest historical data into Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). My question is: I don't want to use source connector. How can I send classification data into CJA, so that my reports and dashboards always reflect the most current classification values?

what is the best way to set up a campaign for sending an email out to non opens? Do I need to have a trigger in the original email?

I'm currently trying to choose a pre-set task approval process that we have created but when I go to approvals on my task, the "use existing" is grayed out. I've recently used this so I'm not sure what I'm missing that is not allowing for my pre-set task approval processes not to show to pick from??

Hi all! We a have a user group who runs reports from within another program and would like to import those report spreadsheet files to a project in Workfront on a weekly basis. This sounds like a job for Fusion. Sadly, we don't have that as a resource. Is there another way to automate this process rather than manually grabbing the files and adding them to the project?

 I'm working on a new project and creating a component in CRX/DE. While saving the nodes, I encountered an issue: 'Could not save changes. Received 409 (Conflict) for saving changes in workspace crx.default. Property is protected: jcr:created = 2025-03-17T00:00:00.000+05:30.' How can I resolve this issue?   

We are planning to discontinue JIRA and migrate all projects to workfront for historical data. We aim to migrate all attachments as well. Considering the absence of fusion and any integration tool, can someone suggest a way around for this.

I want to know if its possible to create a filter on a task report that uses a nested task from the same project?  Ideally the filter would filter out sister tasks of the nested task's field that showed the task not being 100% complete.  If that makes sense.

How to change the project document link to task level document link in a Workfront task level report? Instead of providing project document URL in user's dashboard, need to provide task document URL so that user can update relevant task document .

I am currently using auto-generated Experience Fragments for the header and footer across multiple pages in AEM with document-based authoring (EDS). However, I need to apply different headers and footers for specific pages instead of using the same auto fragments everywhere. Is there a way to define custom Experience Fragments for the header and footer for certain pages while using document-based authoring? If so, what would be the best approach to achieve this?

We send emails in Campaign to a list of around 100k. Every single link in an email seems to receive a minimum number of clicks, nothing receives zero. Our suspicion is this maybe automated/non-human (systems checking links don't send users off to dodgy websites, that kind of thing). Is there some way we can get closer to knowing if that is the case?

Hi, in AEM, when I do a copy and paste for a page with subpages, it seems all the subpages are also included. Is there any way to make a copy without including the subpages? I have to go into the duplicated page and manually remove the subpages after. The subpages only continue to grow as time goes by, so this isn't a good long term approach.Thanks! 

I want to setup GraphQL in AEM 6.5 for which I installed latest service pack that is 6.5.13. I read that GraphQL is included in 6.5.10+ But after installing 6.5.13 I can not access GraphQL interface. (http://localhost:4502/content/graphiql.html).  Below is the screenshot     I also tried to download and installed  cfm-graphql-index-def-1.0.5 from software distribution but no result. Can anyone tell me how to setup Graphql in aem AEM 6.5

Hi all,   I have seen this thread about a similar observation by fellow community members about the journeys and campaigns not reflecting the latest profile data for personalization. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/campaign-shows-old-profile-data/td-p/729630   I have also observed that the marketing and email consents are also not respected in case a customer updates their consent between the time a segment qualification is evaluated and a campaign/journey using it is executed.   There is, however, a hack which works for now but might not work in future with a potential update. The hack is for journeys to add a wait step between the read audience and email execution step. The wait can be as short as a few seconds as well.
