I am facing one issue, I created a single page website using the samples in AEM 6.5 with sp7 but in the console on opening the html page I am getting, "Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:4502/etc.clientlibs/settings/wcm/designs/social/console/resources.css' because its MIME type ('') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled."   What is the cause of this issue and what can be done to avoid this issue? I've done an A/B  test using the whole email variation test type with an audience of 3000 people. The A/B test was done on everyone (I’ve selected 100% thus I haven’t selected any winner criteria). So far 1 email got 45% more opens than the other (that’s about 60 people). I’m confused because the subject and preview text are the same… the low opens one even had slightly more delivered (10+ people) than the other one.   The audience for the test is big enough to make a statistically significant conclusion that the subject line or/and preview text in As is much better than in B however it’s not the case since both are the same.   Any idea why that would happen?   Which criteria does Marketo use to divide the audience into A and B? How Marketo makes sure that audience A has the same attributes as the audience B?   I feel like Marketo didn’t divide the audiences “fairly”   My issue now is how can I rely on Marketo to run the A/B test for us?

Anyone else not seeing Traffic (i.e. s.prop) classifications appearing in Analysis Workspace? I see Custom Conversion (i.e. s.eVar) ones for our different variables, but for some reason s.prop ones don't show up as an option. We created the classifications several days ago, and the s.prop has values. Edit: the s.prop classifications appear in Ad Hoc, just not Analysis Workspace. All product permissions have been granted, and I have full admin rights.

in the segment builder in adobe workspace- the max character length is 100 per single row, if i have greater than 100 characters, i need to create "OR" statements in order to capture my entire query.in ad hoc analysis, there is an unlimited amount of characters you can input into a single row. would be great if this feature can also be rolled out in workspace as well. 

Has anyone else run into problems with the "Verify Your Identity" feature when trying to log into Ad Hoc? I've cleared all temporary files from Java, but for some reason Adobe won't accept the verification code that they send to my phone/email. As soon as the last digit of the six digit code has been typed in, the numbers all reset. I've put in a support ticket, but they weren't able to figure it out. Hoping that someone from the forums has a solution. 

Hi all,I am really wondering if somebody will be able to advise me, I am going mad here :(I created some marketing channel reports in AdHoc, which are delivered to the mailboxes of a group of users every day.At first, it worked OK, with everyone being able to see to the details for every marketing campaign. But, the problem started as soon as a new marketing campaign was launched.for this one, only the summary for the whole campaign is delivered, all the rows being collapsed. When I open the report in AdHoc, it is all good, in the e-mails all the rows (but only for the "new" stuff) are collapsed by default!Thanks for any advice!

We are using the latest library for IOS apps which use context data variables. Using processing rules, I am setting the event "Orders(purchase) to Custom Value 1" based on the page name and the existence of a context data variable. I know the processing rule is working correctly, as I am getting data showing in other eVars that I have set in the same rule, and I get a count or orders in both SiteCatalyst Reports, and Adhoc. The problem is, if I look at the hits from Data Warehouse, the Order variable is 0 for the hits. I have created a simple segment to show hits where Orders are greater than 0, and as expected, I get data back for Reports, and the same results in Adhoc, however, I do not get data back in Data Warehouse. Has anyone seen this before? How do I get the orders to show in Data Warehouse?

I wonder if someone can help,is there any documentation anywhere that shows how to change various aspects of MetricDim Dimensions ? e.g. What are the format options, offset, scale etc.Also how do you create one of these  ? Would be really useful to have more explanationThanksMark

I'm currently trying to create a Custom Segment for New York City based traffic, as shown below.EDIT: Apparently I can't upload images. Basically, imagine  a segment with Cities=New York (New York, United States) As this is an enumerated variable, It MUST match the value that Adobe wants to see, or else it won't let me create the segment (or show any data).This is a bit frustrating, as the value in that box is a direct paste from what Adobe shows in the Cities report (said report also confirms we've had plenty of traffic from NYC the pasty 90 days).I've also tried typing in "New York", and using the drop down menu; this is the result: EDIT: the drop down menu brings up an alphabetical  list of cities in New York state, but stops at "Belfast"Note the furthest I could scroll down was to "Belfast." It looks like when I typed "New York" it showed results for state listed alphabetically, and cut off the list at a certain point.  Further backing that point up, note how the list stops early i

I have a web page with multiple forms. I have an Event Base Rule set up to capture the form data in Adobe Analytics and Universal Analytic. For exampleAdobe Analytics:  eVar10 = %form data%Universal Analytics: event label = %form data%I have difficulty in using custom script in Data Element to retrieve the correct form data. I cannot get the correct form object i.e. the form that a submission event was triggered.Is there a way to pass the form object (the form that a submission event is triggered) into the Data Element custom script?Thanks

Hi everyone, Could you please help me debug the following issue with using merchandising and context vars in the processing rule? We are passing one conversion variable (evar63) as a merchandising var in the s.products:s.products = “Category; SKU;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_1’"ON the same s.t() call, we are passing the current date via context variable ('currdate'):s.contextData["currdate"] = new Date().toMMDDYYYYString();Then, we would like to overwrite the original value of evar63 with the concatenated values of evar63 and context data (currdate). Hi everyone, Could you please help me with debugging the following issue. We are passing numeric events (event85) and merchandising variables (evar63) as s.products' attributes. Event85 is specific to different values of evar63 - it may be omitted or it may be set to event85=2. So, i can't pass it into s.events="prodView, event85=1" and apply it to all products in s.products string. Here is the page code:s.events = “prodView”s.products = “Modules; Mod001;;;event39=1,                     Modules; Mod001;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_1’,                     Modules; Mod001;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_2’                     Modules; Mod002;;;event39=1,                     Modules; Mod002;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_3’,                     Modules; Mod002;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_4’" When i'm checking the data in DigitalPulse, all events85 are passed correctly (see the attachment). Rolling week definitions are set to Sunday - Saturday in Ad-Hoc. Is there any way to change this setting to Monday - Sunday?  Thanks,Sam

Ad Hoc Analysis Tool is pulling an incorrect metric in new reports, but works fine in previously saved reports. Anyone had this issue or know a potential fix? When pulling Transfers, Ad Hoc pulls in a related metric instead. The really odd thing about this is that the tool works fine with previously saved reports (using the same metric). It's as if when a new report is created, there is some bug that causes it to not function properly. Any related information would be appreciated.Thanks!

The 1.4 api documentation lists only one potential error response which is "report_not_ready".  Today we received multiple response of "report_unavailable" with a description of "Unable to complete report at this time".  What does this error mean?  Are we able to make more "Get" requests until the report is available like with the "report_not_ready" response.  Could a full list of the potential error messages be made available please.https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/analytics-reporting-1-4/r-get

Hoping others have found a similar issue which would help escalate this beyond my ticket (Incident: 140529-000164). I'm finding when doing correlations on a large number of items based on a dependent request, ReportBuilder 5 suddenly begins returning "None" in correlated values after 21 entries.[img]correlation-error-rb.PNG[/img]Checked in Site Catalyst and the correlation data is definitely available. Tried different report suites with exact same results.This is a pretty major deal for us, as it cripples our primary use of ReportBuilder. I'm afraid my ticket will fall into the "Waiting for Engineering" black hole.

The last time I needed to update the Marketing Channel Processing Rules for multiple RSs the template feature worked fine; this was several weeks ago.Today it is broken.I can select all RSs, select my template, but when I save the change to the 220 selected RSs, the product changes to state that the change was make to only 1 RS.This is a real pain and ClientCare's solution of manually changing each RS separately isn't viable.

Hi,is there a fix coming for this issue? When creating segments from a dashboard, it defaults to the segment manager screen rather than applying newly created segment and loading the updated dashboard.When a segment is created for a report it does not apply the new segment to the report.
