Hi All, sorry a bit simple question may be, for out of box SMS delivery report I am getting ACS delivered messages to the SMS provider ( out of 10 SMSes, all were delivered to SMS vendor and report showed 100 percent delivery). However, few of the recipients did not get the SMS and hence questioning the 100 percent delivery.  I want to get the end SMS delivery like DND failure. Is it possible to get this report.  Thanks, Ganesh

I want to update data for a client table where the dates are out of sync with our official records. We are processing batches where we want to add days to the date in the client data table. I have been working with the 'Fields to Update' Source/Destination expression, but have been unable to successfully use the AddDays expression to the Client Data table date. The expression works when pulling in Today's date (AddDays(GetDate(),35) but I am unsure of how to target the Client Data date field in place of the 'GetDate()' function. In this case, my table is called @cusJourneyMembers.Ultimately I am trying to target the Client Data Table date field: AddDays(insertClientDataTableDateField,35)

Hello, we have a business need of sending a delivery in french content, where we are facing the below issue Desired Content:  « test the french characters »actual result: " test the french characters " The characters [«  »] are converted to[" "]. We tried forcing the UTF-8 encoding on the message still the issue is not resolved. Please guide us to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hello community!! We are updating instance AEM from 6.1 to 6.5To migrate content or DAM,  we started with vault, but performance was not very good (1Gb/ 1h aprox). So, we try to use crx2oak and time was better, 1 Gb / 1 sg aprox, but new instance does not work, we have a lot of inconsistences. We have thrown a consistence check and a lot of records were missing. Which is better to migrate content crx2oak or vault? Could be the problem previous copy from vault because were previous data or references? Thanks!  

Hi All, The http://localhost:4502/etc/solr/solrindexer.html url opens up an empty page when checked in aem 6.5.However, this is working in version 6.4. Hi, I am facing an issue where I want to extract the subject line of an email sent in a workflow. Is there anyway to do this? I have been thinking in the lines of extending the delivery log with information about the targetID and somehow using this to get the subject line that was used for the sendout.  -Robert 

GET http://host:port/api/assets/myfolder.json Returns an object that contains "entities", an array of objects where each is a folder within "myfolder"But when I do the same for a folder that contains assets...GET http://host:port/api/assets/myfolder/mysubfolder.json  There is no "entities" key at all."properties" is there (as well as "links", "class", and "actions"), and this contains paging information that shows me that there's something there ("total" > 0), plus I have links for "next" (and "previous" if I follow a "next" link), but I don't actually get the entities listing.Note: on the web interface, every asset has a flag that says "REQUIRED METADATA MISSING". Would this be why they are excluded from the API? Can that be changed?Note: I am a beginner with only 1 hour of experience with AEM! Hi,I found blank eVar variables on admin screen to 210.(About 100 variables were already used.)Before, I was told our agent that we can use eVar variables up to 100, processing rule up to 100.Can we use to all of these blank eVar variables?Though, I recognize that we need to set processing rule when we use after eVar75.How can I check my available usage number of processing rule ?

Hi All,On AEM forms submission a workflow is invoked. Now going on to AEM inbox to approve/reject the workflow the form is not visible on the "workflow tasks UI" and instead the form HTML is downloaded as a jcr:content. And if I click on approve/reject then getting validation error message as shown in screenshot below. There is no customisation involved , all out of the box flow.Also in error.log file there is nothing related to this form or workflow.Even in browser console there is no related error, due to which the form tasks is downloaded as jcr:content file. Can anyone please help in such scenario why the form is not visible under "Workflow Task Details UI" ?

Hi, I need to create custom version for Asset in which, on any check-in (modification) version should be updated like 1.0, 1.1, 1.2.......1.n. and on Publish it should change to 2.0, 3.0,4.0,.....,N.I'm using below event handler to handle the event on version change.Event Handler --> EventConstants.EVENT_TOPIC + "=" + DamEvent.EVENT_TOPIC.Event : DamEvent.Type.VERSIONED. I'm keeping the property "customVersion" on jcr:content node. On Version modification its properly incrementing but on restore the Event is getting triggered twice and its incrementing the value on the restored version instead of latest or current value. In OOTB, versionHistory is properly creating the version and maintaining the sequence.  Can anyone suggest any solution for it to distinguish the Event for Restore or how OOTB versionHistory works. Thanks in Advance!!!   

Hi all,I am facing issue in text component para format icon disabled for below scenario, Any one can help to fix this issue.In Text component enter copy in the main text field (not the Title field, if the component has that). Create a line break and type more copy.Attempt to change the h-tag setting on that new line of copy to a size other than "Paragraph;" Observe that the paragraph icon (¶) in the toolbar above the text field is grayed out and will therefore not allow user to make any changes to the h-tag. Hi Community,For recurring deliveries we use no aggregation and test proofs via profile substitution, however there are child deliveries that get generated automatically, can we stop these from generating?Also if we remove the request confirmation of the parent delivery, will that also send out the child delivery available?  

Hi Community, I am seeing some issue with the ACS inbuilt report.I have a transactional message set up in the UI.using our monitoring tool, we run 5 API tests and each test runs every sec.in one sec, we have 5 API calls.hence, in 60 sec/ one minute we trigger 300 API calls. however, when I look at the reports I am seeing appx 30 calls per min.I have attached image for reference.  my tests are running fine without any errors, can someone let me know why in reports the number is less and not accurate.

If user clicks on our ad and QSP ?ex_id=123456 is appended to the URL of our landing page, is Launch able to store that QSP? I want to later retrieve that same QSP value from the landing page at the point of purchase, in the same browsing session, and insert that value in a parameter of a marketing tag. 

Hi all,The Marketing Operations Team at my company recently decided to seed ourselves on each batch campaign. However, our instance has some strict communication limits (i.e. 1 email per day and 2 per week). Tomorrow we will be sending two batch emails and I am wondering if there is anyway our seed list can bypass these strict comm limits? Hello,I am working on cleaning up a Marketo instance synced with Microsoft Dynamics and am seeing a lot of duplicates. When I attempt to merge duplicates in Marketo, I get an error message saying "Merging two Microsoft leads is not supported yet". What is a good process for managing duplicates when syncing with Dynamics CRM? Do these always have to be merged on the Dynamics side?Thank you!

Hi All, I have created a Campaign (plan->program->campaign). I am Using 'Delivery' under actions tab of 'Targeting workflows' to send the mail. Inside delivery I am using 'new, created from a template' and Recipients - 'specified in the inbound event(s)'. When I send the delivery, the Delivery do not appear on the campaign Dashboard. The deliveries are sent successfully. Am I missing something? Please help.  

We use the old JS method of implementing analytics. (I know, we should be using Launch! But we're not there yet!) 🙂We're creating a new SPA mini-function on the site, and I need to be able to track each iteration of the screens. Previously for SPAs we have imported a part of the URL into the s.pagename, but for this SPA the URL will not change between screens. Help!?
