I'm using AEM 6.5.I want to get the start date as a result when was the last time the particular workflow is subjected using aem query builder.https://author.test.com/libs/cq/search/content/querydebug.htmlI tried multiple queries which was not giving the result needed for me. Hi everyone,  I have an interesting scenario.   I need to create a Smart Campaign to only pick from the first three letters of a postal code.  However, if in this postal code like A1A 1B1 and B2A 1A1 for example, I ask Marketo to use CONTAINS A1A... Marketo will technically match both postal codes and possibly assign the wrong next step in the campaign. I am trying to figure this out.  I tried "Starts With" but it doesn't work at all and just picks the wrong one.   Do I have any alternatives?  I was thinking if I have POSTAL CODE stored and then have a Smart Campaign to write only the first three digits to another field, it would perfectly work.  But how do I do that?   Is there an alternative to what I am trying to do?

Hi,   We are running a campaign for one landing page(created in Marketo) CTA action we want to trigger the automated emails, but for some leads the activity is not getting logged into Marketo and for some leads it's getting logged as expected. We are running the campaign now on our personal email id's just to make sure every test case scenarios work before we make the actual campaign live. Any suggestions?   Thanks

Hi all - I would like to know how to pass CID between two sites to track conversions. Here's the scenario.I have Google Ads running and my URLs have CIDs attached to them. When a person clicks the ad and goes to landing page one, they then click another button to go to another landing page with a different domain where they fill out a form. Is there a way to carry the CID over from landing page 1 to landing page 2?

Hi everyone,   I hope y'all are doing well!   I just joined a new company and I'm having trouble finding out where the information is going from a form that is embedded on our website. I looked up the form id in our instance and found it, but I'm not seeing that the form is being "used by" anything.    Could y'all help me figure out how to find out where an embedded form is being linked to and tracked when starting from viewing the form from within the design studio?   Thank you!

Hello,I've built out a Sub Management page for my company's website.It's a Marketo form with each subscription option presented as a checkbox that you can check to receive that line of emails or uncheck to decline. Pretty simple.The problem is with cookies. For most users, the form autofills and you can pick your settings just fine. But in some cases, the user is changing their subscription on a browser where they aren't cookied yet.If a user is NOT cookied yet on that device or browser, they receive a blank form with the text fields empty and the check boxes all unchecked.This presents a problem because it makes the user fill out the entire subscription sheet again (or, God forbid, they just click Submit without thinking and erase their entire set of subscriptions).Does anyone know how to minimize or even solve this issue?Thanks!

Hello again Marketo Nation,   Hope you are doing well!   Here comes yet another question, I was hoping you could help me answer:   How to verify what smart campaign has been chosen for a program, after it has been added to a stream?   When adding a program to a stream, one must choose a smart campaign:   Once the program has been added, you can click on the configuration-cog-icon, to see the options for what you can do/check, but there is no info about what smart campaign was chosen for the program, in any of the options:   So, how to verify what smart campaign was chosen? Hello Community,   In the recent import of contacts that I did on our instance, I mistakenly mapped one of the fields to an incorrect field in Marketo. So for instance, instead of mapping the import field to Field A it was mapped to Field B in Marketo. All the individual imports have been made to static lists. Is there anyway that I can update the Field A using the same values as Field B.   Thanks!

Hi everyone, Besides the adobe defualt "referrer", we've set up an dimension to record any page refer to the landing page at hit level, internal domain is also included. Try to help us to see any "previous page" before the current one.But, recently we noticed that on this Referrer URL (prop33), some comes from www.youtube.com , some from exact video, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-HzF8DC2Mc (fake URL just for sample). But in fact, it's nealy impossible the traffic from www.youtube.com directly, which represents the homepage of it. Do you have any idea why this happens and any setting maybe wrong? Thank you.H

Recently, we noticed the Bounce% increased a lot, while investigating, after we opening up the "Entry Page", most of the increasing bounce is in (Low Traffic).However, there is no way in Data Warehouse add "Bounce, Entries". Experts, do you have better idea to open the detail of the (Low Traffic) for above scenario?Thanks in advance!

Hi there,We have migrated DTM to Launch and testing it. while I am testing the site, I see repeating event string appended to the events variable.I have main page load event. that set to add event1, event42.when user scroll down the content, I am calling a direct rule that add additional events (event1, event41, event51, event42). But this direct rule will be triggered again and again when user scroll through the page. It was working fine as expected in DTM. But after migration, when direct rules are called, it is appending events to each calls.ex:1st call (pageload): event1,event421st direct rule: event1,event42,event1,event41,event51,event422nd direct rule: event1,event42,event1,event41,event51,event42,event1,event41,event51,event42and so on.How can I eliminating this?

Hello! Is there a way to set up a profile merge rule for a segment so that both authenticated and non-authenticated users will be included in real time? Use Case: Currently have x number of segments already set up, all with the No Cross-Device Profile+Device Profile merge rule. This is only collecting non-authenticated users. To try to capture all authenticated (currently logged in) users as well, do we need to set up 3 separate segments with the 3 different merge rules? Or is there a way to make the one existing segment collect all authenticated and non-authenticated users? Trying to avoid needing to create segments in triplicate just to account for all users. As I understand it, the three basic profile merge rules will either1. Include non-authenticated users, but ignore authenticated (No Cross Device Profile)2. Merge on Last Authenticated, but ignore non-authenticated users that never authenticate (Last Authenticated Profiles)3. Include only currently authenticated/lo

We have deployed DTM w/Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target on our UK business line.  The analytics are showing up and match our own home grown analytics 1:1 for Mobile and Tablet.  However, no Desktop data is showing up in analytics at all.  Given desktop is 60% of our traffic in the UK, this is a serious issue.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?  We've done a very basic DTM/Analytics/Target flow to ensure that this is the most basic of examples.  When we hit the URL from the US based desktop browsers, we can see data show up in Analytics.

I am working on a project where AEM Server (6.5) is used to render XFA forms as HTML.  There is a list of form links on the website.  The user clicks the XFA form link, the form is rendered as HTML, and then the user then has an option to click a button which will generate a flattened PDF including their typed in data.  The intent is for large scale use of this.  We need to make a decision on how much forms scripting to use in the XFA forms.  The forms scripting will be Client scripts.  Even though these are Client scripts, there is a concern that the forms scripting will slow AEM server performance - this could be from the server processing that occurs when the link is clicked and/or the server processing from clicking the button to generate a flattened PDF. Is this a valid concern - that scripting in the forms will affect Server performance - given there will be a lot of users?  I did not develop the web application - I am focusing on the

For example I have this setup.On Dispatcher-1 server:   /renders { /0001 { /hostname "https://publish-1.com" /port "8443" } /0002 { /hostname "https://publish-2.com" /port "8443" } }   On Dispatcher-2 server:  /renders { /0001 { /hostname "https://publish-1.com" /port "8443" } /0002 { /hostname "https://publish-2.com" /port "8443" } }   Now as per my understanding dispatcher will forward the traffic to either publish-1 or publish-2 server depending on the time taken by the respective publish server.When I look into this page then I see there is no configuration which makes it possible to direct the traffic from Dispatcher-1 to Publish-2. It is always Dispatcher-1 to Publish-1 or Dispatcher-2 to Publish-2. If Publish-2 goes down then the request landing on Dispatcher-2

I inherited code for an application that uses resourceResolver instances quite liberally. Notably this code has a custom tag library for generating anchor tags. When called it takes the link and checks to see if it’s a page in the AEM using a resourceResolver. In the case of the navigation or footer it does this hundreds of times in total, per server hit. We’re struggling with performance issues and I set JProfiler against the application and that’s the only thing that jumps out. Moderately high average CPU time making the getResourceResolver call. So I’m wondering what the overall overhead of this method is in case what’s happening is slowdown caused by so many calls to this method.
