Hello All, I am attempting to install my trial of AEM 6.2 to my windows machine running jre 1.8. I have tried renaming the quickstart file and made sure port 4502 was open on the firewall. Try this on your own and tell me it isn't frustrating.  I'm trying to use the Month field between to Freemform Tables.  I want 2018 under a segment in one and 2019 in another.  However, Workspace doesn't work this way.  For instance, if you create a Panel that spans 2018 thru 2019, then create your two segments, one for 2018 and one for 2019, you will get a Charlie Foxtrot as a result.  Instead of the months of Jan - Dec of 2018 underneath one and their respective months for 2019 in the other, it gives me 15 months for both, starting with January 2018.  CRAZINESS!In order to get what I want, I have to create two separate panels, set the year for each and then go after the data.  The problem with this is that I cannot compare and contrast the data next to each other in graphs or otherwise.  SUPER FRUSTRATING. 

I am looking for an example of a web/server based form developed in AEM forms to determine if setting up the server is a worthwhile effort.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey Experts!  I have a business user who needs to download a special jpg rendition from a PSD (in bulk ~ 100 at a time).  We currently create the rendition, but the only way to download is to select them, click download and remove the "asset" option and select the rendition.   This works, but looking for a way to help make this easier and thinking Desktop or Asset Link might be a solution. Or what about creating a workflow? 

Hi, We are trying to built an automated trigger campaign where we are going to send total 5 emails. Every email points to the same landing page where we have total 4 CTA's and 1 Form. All 5 emails are drafted for each CTA and a form(Means- Email 1 points to 1 CTA on LP and so on). What we want to achieve is based on the LP CTA interaction that person should receive the respective email. So let just say if anyone who clicks on 1st CTA on LP ideally should receive 2nd Email but if that person clicks on 1st and 2nd CTA(As all the CTA's on LP are visible to the end user so there are chances he/she might click on other CTA's as well) he/she should receive the 3rd Email ( 2nd Email should be skipped). We are trying to built this in nurture campaign but the transition rules aren't working properly.  Created 4 Streams each one includes only one email (1st Email will be sent to all from a normal smart campaign)   1st Stream - 2nd Email - Transition Rule - (Clicked on 1st CTA) 2nd Str

Hey everyone,   I'm a part of a B2B org and as we're all aware, in B2B, it's pretty important to have low engagement pull contacts out of frequent sends so we're not peppering the same orgs over and over. These end up being part of reengagement campaigns.   In my past we used criteria like contact is older than 1 year, has been sent 12 emails over 6 months, hasn't opened or clicked any emails in 6 months, hasn't visited any web page in 6 months, hasn't filled out any forms for 6 months, etc.   Marketo's recent switch to maintain only 90 days of email and web visit behavior blew a hole in this strategy because 3 months is just way too short of a timeframe to measure activity when you have a 6-12 month sales cycle.    So I'm reaching out to the community - how are you doing similar low-engagement activities? Does anyone have any ideas how to expand to longer than 90 days?   I cant get the org on board with using 90 days - and frankly - I'm also not a fan of

Hi there,i just download the AEM-FORMS-6.2-SP1-CFP3-WIN-3.2.88 for evaluation of this product, however i don't see any place to input license number(assuming the pack just need to be upload and installed in the CRX page).my question is, whether i need license if we just do the technical evaluation(we need a quick demo to business in 1 week with some features).if i need, how to input that (currently i dont have the license for the forms sp1 but have the license for the standard aem).furthermore, if we need the trial license, how can we get it?thanks a lot.

I have create a custom RTE component with my own set of plugins in AEM 6.3. Hey, I want to Encode the Email address which is passes through URL to Non-Marketo Landing page.   I added below Email script in the my Tokens and used this token in the Email Template within the same program. #set ($string = ${lead.Lead_Owner_Email_Address}) #userlandBase64_v3("$string") While adding this My token in the Email is shows the correct preview with encoded value as per my expectation. Hi there,   At our company we are using an internally developed solution for tracking & managing opt-outs from our marketing communication. We have a special unsubscribe form that resides on our company's main website, which is linked to that internal opt-out tracking solution (e.g. example.com/unsubscribe). We would like to replace the Marketo's default unsubscribe link {{system.unsubscribeLink}} in the footers of emails with a link to our company's unsubscribe form example.com/unsubscribe. But at the same time, we do not want to lose the ability to track unsubscribes within Marketo. Hi community,what I'm looking for want is the “frequency of a value” in a Workspace, meaning we have a simple metric & dimension table and I would like to know how often the value of e.g. 6, 3 or 1 is given. Just cannot figure out how to solve that within Adobe Workspaces. 

Hi Experts, Asset names are being cut-off during upload. It retains just first 50 characters of file name when uploaded from AEM UI, while the node name in JCR doesn't have any limit when tried to rename and save a node from CRX directly. We have figured out a UI customization on changing the limit from 50 to another number, but I'm just trying to understand if there's any under-the-hood technical reason why Adobe restricted it to 50 characters. Thanks.

Business need to track Marketo token {{campaign.name}}  in Marketo Form. is there any inbuilt option offered to directly trace campaign token in Marketo Form.  Market leader do not want to update campaign name token every time in campaign flow. hence, looking for direct approach to trace in marketo form so that campaign name field get updated.

The out-of-box page structure in AEM is broken and do not conform to HTML5 Standards making it very difficult to implement any decent accessible page structures, it's a `<div>` nightmare :), I'm wondering how you guys deal with this.  The new semantic elements introduced in HTML5 bring the ability to describe the structure of a web document in a standard way. They bring a big advantage for people having HTML5 browsers and needing the structure to help them understand the page, for instance people needing the help of some assistive technology. These new semantic elements are simple to use and, with very few burdens, can be made to work also in non-HTML5 browsers. Way back in 2017 someone shared that you could use these tokens to create calendar links for webinars using this technique.   {{my.Calendar URL - Google}} https://global.gotowebinar.com/icsCalendar.tmpl?webinar={{my.EventNumber}}&user={{member.registration code}}&cal=google I noticed today that the urls it creates in the event description are malformed and don't work. The word "Note" is appended to the join links thereby breaking them and leading to an error page instead of the webinar as expected.   This was a great and elegant solution for including Add to Calendar links for GoToWebinar events. But it doesn't work well like this.   I called GTW support and they were quite confused over where this technique even came from and insisted they don't support it.   Anyone have an alternative? Hopefully one that's as easy to deploy as this one was 🙂
