Hi Team,I'm very much beginner to Adobe Target . I have implemented adobe target using Adobe Launch with extension at.js and passing a default global variable sitename in to Target. Now I got a new request asking about to setup a Propertie. I'm confused that I have already done the implementation using launch but what is the need of properties and how it is helpful. Help is highly appreciated! Thanks,Balakrishna 

Hi Community,I have issue on sending mbox parameters. It is kind of cross domain. In this use case , journey start with domain A and end with domain B. From domain B we are passing order confirmation mbox parameters to profile scripts. Since it is third-party domain I think those parameters are not sent properly to Adobe target.Any idea or do we need to enable anything for this cross domain scenario? Thanks

Hello,at my workplace we are finalizing the integration between Target and AEM (using Adobe IO).The configurations seem to have gone well, but when I try to export the Experience Fragments to Target, what is received is not a Experience Fragment on AEM, but quite literally the HTML (and on Target, they tell me, they see that the source is Adobe Target Classic). After searching for a while, I think we are encountering the issue described here (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/release-notes/service-pack/sp-release-notes.html) : In the Known Issue section. We are currently on AEM 6.5.4.0. I'd say the rest of the configurations (considering that the Fragments have been exported) should be correct. In the Target configuration we specified at.js as a library.I was wondering, has anybody found a solution to this problem? How can we proceed to have our AEM Experience Fragments properly imported in the offers of Target?Any help, update or informat

I want to randomize visitors to my site so I can test 3 promotions across multiple pages. I'm thinking we randomize the visitors into groups A, B and C, and write a cookie with the value. Then I create an audience for each cookie value and serve the appropriate experiences. Using a cookie because I want return visitors to stay in the same group. But not sure how to do the randomizing cookie part. Suggestions?

Hi Helpies, We created 3 different activities (A/B Test) in the Adobe Target 3 days ago, but still there is no traffic inside the report.We connected the right Adobe Analytics platform, made tweaks according to the demos and tutorials, but issue is still there. Hi, When trying to use Adobe target with our website I see the following error message in the console of the browser: AT: [page-init] Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Ensure that you can save cookies to your current domain, there is no "mboxDisable" cookie and there is no "mboxDisable" parameter in query string. We have no mboxDisable cookie on our site, there is no mboxDisable in the query string. We are running the latest version of at.js scrip - 2.3.2. Also other cookies, from say google adservices are stored, so I don't think there is a problem there. I have used the adbobe extension to see if there is any activity, and there isn't. We can see that the at.js script is loaded (we have even added a console.log to this to prove it). We are a deadend. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,I have created an A/B Activity and when I am trying to do targeting for Experience Fragments with Single Page Application (SPA), I am able to save the activity but getting the below error and the activity is getting in draft mode:Sync ErrorYour updates did not get published to Adobe's delivery network. If the problem persists, please contact Adobe Client Care.  For normal Text components I am able to do targeting and also make the activity active & the expected text is seen when navigated to the page.But this issue i am seeing only when using Experience Fragment.  Regards,Sree

Hello All,  Recently we are found that putting an emoji (using code) in the subject line containing one or several words with accent ( such as ç) , resulted in the emoji staying in code form when send for proof. Do anyone know how to fix that ?  Thank you in advance for your help 

Is it possible to extend the smart list definition within an email send program after the email has already been sent, so that the extra leads will also receive the email?   Or do I need to create a duplicate of the campaign with the new leads?

Whenever we use tokens in our emails and I create a text version (we have Email Editor 2.0 enabled), the token works fine in the HTML email, but shows up as a bunch of code in the text version.Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have any solutions?Thanks,Nick

Following advice I received through the community for a different issue, I applied the Visits metric to the entry page dimension and then did a referrer breakdown. I would like to understand why visits using the Entry Page dimension are little more than half the visits using the Page dimension. Thanks!

After a month of searching, I managed to get the quickstart.jar and a licence key from Adobe. But the docs say you need a license.properites file.  I tried "creating" this file buy putting the supplied key in it, but this didnt work.  What is the process to get a license file?  Is this step documented anywhere?

I'm curious if anyone has had success trying to leverage the new getOffers function to call all regional mboxes on a page with a single call/response? We got it working, but our Tech group reported that the performance was actually way worse than sending the separate individual calls. That doesn't seem to make sense. Anyone doing this?

Hi All, When i'm executing a delivery, i'm unable proceed without a segment code(Targeting activities like split, union and intersection has separate segment code). I come up with two solution for this. 1. I can make the segment code as mandatory field in the Out of Box form(OOB Form). But it might affect my existing campaign/deliveries that doesn't have segment code. 2. I can apply typology rule to exclude the recipient who doesn't have the segment code. Since Split, Union activities segment code are in stored in temporary table. any idea to fetch the data from temporary table? refer the 3rd image  (I would like to go with 2nd option). I have attached 3 images. my sample work flow. Split activity where we can find segment code. Temp table of split activity. Little help on this much appreciated. ThanksSoma

Hello Everyone, I am working on Adobe target setup and export experience fragment to Target, I am on AEM 6.5.6.Observed few issues:1. If we create variation of XF as "live-copy" and export that to target, it removes original (previously already exported) fragment from Target and adds this new one. Expectation was to treat this as a new variation in target so that old and new both can be used by authors. 2. I have correctly configured externalizer domain with something like "https://abc.xyz.com", but the links and clientlibs inclusion on Target side shows publisher URLs in offer HTML. It worked fine for a while on 6.5.3, not sure if SP-6 has introduced this issue. Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issue. Thanks in Advance !!

Hi, I'm trying to proof an email that exists in a workflow based on a real profile using the new profile substitution functionality. However, I keep seeing the message below preventing me from doing so. There is no prepare button and the workflow is started (albeit paused so that I don't actually send this email to people without first proofing it like I'm trying to do):Any advice would be much appreciated.

I used the "Screen resolution" confirmation function.The most common size of mobile resolution on my site was "375x667". This matches the "pt" size of the iPhone (6, 6s, 7, 8, SE). On the other hand, Adobe's description states that the resolution is in "px" units.Which is the correct unit, "px" or "pt"?（The most common size of Desktop resolution on my site was "1366 x 768". which I assume is in "px" size.）Please let me know if you know.Thanks for reading!

We are seeing utm_campaign parameters related to paid campaigns in the drill down for visits from a last touch channel of direct. I read this post https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/marketing-channels-problem/qaq-p/307897 and made sure our direct channel was not set to override which it is not. Should we be seeing paid campaigns in Direct visits?
