Hi Team,As per the link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/production-procedures/audit-trail.html#enable-disable-audit-trail said, we can have a functional folder to audit all operations. But I can not find this folder neither some XtkAudit_Option switch.

Looking to see what others may have done; opportunities or pitfalls.

When creating a site based on a Blueprint, one can optionally assign a Site Owner. The field allows an existing user to be picked but there's little information in the documentation as to what this means exactly. What are the responsibilities of a site owner? Will the user selected receive notifications when something happens to a site? Does it have to do with approvals? Are there any OOTB features that use the Site Owner field?

Hi There, Any help with this would be great. I use Adobe every day and so fully understand why this isn't straight forward but I am looking for a work around if anyone know a solution. I am trying to build the table below for error reporting using a freeform table for errors (tracked as an eVar): Last week = 1,000 visits   VisitsPercentage of visits with this errorUnspecified98098%Error Code 110010%Error Code 2404%Error Code 3303%Error Code 4303%Error Code 5202% The closest I have managed to get is to simply hide the number on the visits metric leaving a percentage. Problem with this is that I don't want unspecified, and if filter out "unspecified" my number drops from 1,000 to 160 or so, meaning the percentages are out. Thanks Dave

I have a custom column in my report that shoes the number of days each task is in the New status: valueexpression=WEEKDAYDIFF({entryDate},{actualStartDate}) I want to average this column so I can see the average number of days it takes to pick up a task. I've been reading about aggregate values in Workfront reporting but I can't figure out how to implement it in a way that will show the average for a bunch of tasks.

Currently have our application in AEM Forms 6.1 and we have a dependent java based application which currently runs on java 7, after upgrading AEM Forms only to 6.5, will it still support the application through REST based http/s POST call? Appreciate your help!

We are using AEM commerce catalog generator to  generate product details page using list of product.The generated page name is implicitly derived from JCR:title of the product master of the page.Need to know why the page title length is truncated at first 64 chars. Good Afternoon,AEM Designer keeps crashing on me whenever I attempt to preview PDF for a second time.  This issue started on/or about Thursday November 5, 2020. My Preview xml file has been verified as good.  The Data Connection Schema is also healthy with no errors.  My log will sho Generating PDF Document...PDF generated successfully, after the first preview.  If I attempt to preview a second time Designer closes. Hoping someone may have any insights.

Is anyone else out there encountering issues with transactional emails not recording opens and clicks? We have been trying to solve an issue where transactional emails which we rely heavily on in our company are not systematically recording opens and clicks. We found out that Marketo is setup in a way that for opens/clicks regardless of what type of email, Marketo only records one time per record. We cannot create multiple records each time a transactional email is sent since it is too time consuming and inefficient.    Does anybody know a workaround or third party solution to having transactional emails record if someone opened/clicked them?   Has anyone tackled the same problem and found a solution or workaround?    Any help will be greatly appreciated.   Thanks!   Alon

The maintenance period of Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 ends with Mar 2018 and extended support ends in 2020. Can you please let me know the replacement product for Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4. I am referring only to the core designer functionality to be able to create/edit forms in a desktop, and not any advanced features.RegardsNarasimhan

I have Adobe Acrobat Distiller 2017 on a PC, and would like to use it in combination with LiveCycle Designer. I've read that it should be bundled with Acrobat, but I can't see any sign of it. Where can I find LiveCycle Designer?Cheers, Meredith

I am new to AEM. I have used ACS commons generic list for populating the drop down values. I have added the titles for french and english under localisation part of generic list for each item.consider my js(js based approach in sightly) would return itemList (for ex: var itemList = list.getItems();).             how can I get the locale based title available in generic list(for ex, how can i get the french title which i have included under localisation part), in place of ${list.title} mentioned in the below HTML code:                    <select data-sly-use.frm="sample_form.js"   data-sly-list.list="${frm}">                                <option value="${list.value}">${list.title}Could anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance :-)

We are working on finishing our setup for Adobe Campaign Standard, but cannot figure out how to hide/remove all of the OOTB templates that come with the system by default since they are all locked. Without having edit access to these templates, we cannot change them, remove them, or hide them through an Org Unit and security. We were advised by our support team that we would need to write a workflow to force them in to an Org Unit and just make sure none of our users have access to that Org Unit. We set up an org unit of 'adobe_defaults' that we are trying to force them in to using a workflow, but no matter what we do, the workflow just errors out.  Has anyone had to do this? If so, what is the best method to get rid of the OOTB content templates from our Production instance? We have a Dev instance where we will keep all of them so we have a base to work from if we ever need templates like the ones Adobe has already built. To hopefully help, here's the workflow step

We have a business use case that requires us to have contacts with the same email address that belong to different accounts. This allows us to send emails that are unique for each account to these contacts. Currently when a contact unsubscribes from our emails, they have to enter their email address in the form and then it unsubscribes each person in Marketo and each contact in Salesforce with that email address (default behavior).   We are looking to build a custom landing page with a form for contacts to choose which type of email they would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from. When they submit the form, we would like to control which account the contact unsubscribes from so they can remain subscribed for some accounts they belong to while unsubscribed from other accounts they belong to. Is there a way to pass the "Person Id" or some other unique identifier through the form/landing page so that only the person in Marketo with that Id gets updated instead of every person in Mar

I have a Proof Approval report that shows all reports that have pending approvals and a proof deadline earlier or equal to $$TODAY. I'd like a column that shows the difference between the proof deadline and $$TODAY. Which module do I use to create an update comment on a task?

Hi,  Our newly developed mobileweb (MW) experience is an Angular based SPA that will be hosted inside of iFrame on many of our client's sites. We plan to implement at.js 2.x using Tealium (TMS).  Since Target VEC (visual based exp composer) doesn't support iframe, we are exploring FEC option (form based exp composer). Below are some FEC topics that we are running researches on:  Do we still need to create multiple reginal mbox using get/applyoffer function or we can just utilize one global mbox?If the latter, is there any resource that shows how to do so? Can we implement both global and reginal mbox for our MW SPA? 

Hello,   On our most used form, we require the person to enter their company website. As the website field is a URL field, it is requiring the user to enter the http protocol in the website they are entering. I would suspect that this rigorous requirement is dropping our form fills.   Is there a way to not require the http protocol before the web address? I know forms 2.0 does have some additional validation techniques, but I have not kicked the tires on it yet.   Thanks, Kyle

Hi.  I took over Marketo from our operations manage who moved on.  I think I found an error but not sure how to fix it.   The former marketing operations manage set up a center of excellence program where I just clone it and change some fields to track lead marketing programs.  However, now, I see 461 people in our "PID-Publication-Medium-Term -PRINT ADVERTISING TEMPLATE-" and when you open their record their Acquisition Program Name is "PID-Publication-Medium-Term -PRINT ADVERTISING TEMPLATE-".  However, if I open the specific acquisition program, they are listed under it.       I want to ensure each record has the specific acquisition date instead of the dummy acquisition name that I clone.   strangely, the print flow is different from the digital advertising flow.  The Digital ad. flow actually has the New Value as the general program name that I clone.  But, the print one has the specific advertising program name whic

Can anyone tell me what will be the url to hit on browser so it runs my doGet Method. And yes My servlet works as I have tested it by giving path.

I am just having a mental block on this one… I have two fields on an assignment report: workRequired (hours assigned to user on a task)actualWorkCompleted (hours logged by that assigned user against that task) These work fine. But I am trying to conditionally format the actualWorkCompleted value bold and red if it is greater than workRequired. But despite trying a bunch of different combinations both in the Advanced area and going into text mode, I can't get the bold/red to work. You'll note a blue field behind this column (case.0), which is basically a blue field behind the entire column regardless of value. I currently have conditional formatting that highlights the Planned Start Date if it's late, but we don't want it highlighted once the project starts. The idea is to alert our clients that they have not given us what we need to start the project by our agreed upon date. I attached a screenshot to help.

Hello Adobe Community! I'm working on automating the classification upload to Adobe through FTP but I can't make it work.1. I need to upload extra details about some IDs so I scheduled a weekly report from our data base to get that info, that report goes to our local FTP server (in a CSV (tab delimited) no header format).2. In that local ftp server I have the header file (.txt) that is merged with the CSV file into a .tab file using a script.3. Finally, we have another script that puts the new .tab file and the .fin file into the relevant Adobe FTP location. Apparently there is some issue with this final step. Are you aware of any blockers that might prevent the file upload? Or is there a better way to automate this process?  Thanks a lot in advance!
