Is this the only way to access "Sharing" on the document level? It seems quite hidden.

We have AEM v6.5.0 currently and the Verify Step component is missing from my list of components. Is there something special I need to do to get this to be available to me? I am building an adaptive form based on an XDP template and I want to be able to preview the form before submitting.

Hi All, We have added custom rte plugins in the Rich-text component in our project where we need to include some html markup using the source edit plugin. Currently we are facing the issues while including the empty tags. E.g. <div class="some-class"></div>We need to include this and there is some js which will target this class and add some functionality. When we are trying to add this div, as it is empty rte is removing that div from the markup. Is there any setting that need to be done in order to allow empty tags in the source edit plugins ? Thanks in advance.Gajanan

Hi All, I am importing some leads from a CSV file, and I realize that the number of leads in CSV file was bigger than in the field "Person Count" in my list status. A small difference, around 1 - 3 %, one to 3 leads at each 100. But I can´t check contact per contact to find which one is missing. Why this could be happening? Someone could help me?

Hi, we are running AEM 6.5. We have some application to application connectivity, whereby we have a on-premises Java applicaiton which is calling an API on a cloud hosted AEM 6.5 instance. We want to add in oAuth for the authentication piece, but can not find any sample in the Adobe documenation of how this can be done. We can see examples in older versions of AEM 6.5 but the oAuth libraries in the examples seems to have been removed in the newer AEM versions.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,    this is my first time reaching out to Marketo community. I'd like to get the second opinion on the way I intend to build out follow up process (email drip) to content download.   We rely heavily on content marketing and webinars and release a new gated content piece and a webinar each month. Content is always gated. Each content piece and webinar has 6-8 emails follow with relevant content leading to booking a demo. Usually, the last 3 emails in the follow-up stream are the same disregarding of the content that was downloaded or the webinar that was attended. Right now I'm using smart campaigns with multiple email sends to schedule these follow-ups but it takes a lot of time. So I'm intending to build a separate Email drip with the 3 emails that are the same for all of these programs and use "request campaign" smart list to pull people into this program. Does it make sense to others? I'm not using Nurture programs at all in this case.

I have noticed that @3035144-id is "0" for all Continuous deliveries. Normal deliveries or recurring deliveries have the @3035144-id link to the parent campaign as normal. These then have blank Campaign values over in Analytics, so analysts have to do different searches to wrap up deliveries at the Campaign level.https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/looking-for-delivery-templates-with-an-operation-operation-id-gt/qaq-p/355110Is this expected or a bug?If its expected, what is the reason for not having the Campaign link on the continuous delivery?

I am facing the issue when approving email below is the error which Marketo throws Validation Error approving     An error occurred when procesing the email Rendered_Email_Velocity_Error_Area_?! HI,We have two different cross device profile merge rule created (scoped with different data source), one CRM (DPID 123) and one for products attributes (DPID 456). so when we build the segments, can we combine these two distinct onboarded trait together in segments and apply any profile merge rule. As i understand profile merge rule work based on datasource, so the rule that applied in segment, which is not connect with the one trait that I configured, will still be stretching the user? Example: CRM users(DPID 123) + black jeans product(DPID 456) both are onboarded trait.Is that possible or this is right way to do. Is there any option to build segments out of segments in AAM?ThanksKeerthi

Hi Everyone Light house is reporting unused Java scripts on our website which is causing some performance hit as well. We uses the page template which defines the possible components on this page and hence all clientlibs are loaded irrespective of authored or not.We are thinking in direction of1) Extending the Html library manager2) Loading authored components clientLibs only on the fly. Do you guys foresee performance overheads of the above approach ? Hello - I am wondering if anyone has setup scoring programs in Marketo not only based on actions of people, but also based on the offer/content their interacting with? For example, scoring the filling out of a form is fine, but I would suggest it's more relevant to score based on the content/offer behind the form. Completion of a bottom of the funnel "contact us" form is more valuable than a top of the funnel "ebook" form.  I've been away from Marketo for awhile and when I came back this was something I was hoping to implement. I was hoping to use program tags to indicate what score someone would receive when they reach success in the program. Every program would have a tag (BoFu, MoFu, ToFu). If success was reached in a program, depending on the tag it would receive a corresponding score. However, while testing I learned you cannot use tags in logic. The only other semi-scalable way I can think of doing something like this is by naming convention, but I think this will be error p

Hello All, I am integrating AEM with SSO authentication using SAML 2.0ID provider has provided me below detail.1. Certificate - This I uploaded in TrustStore, noted the alias name and mentioned in SAML 2.0 authentication handler2. IDP endpoint URL - This I added in SAML 2.0 authentication handler3. IDP metadata URL - Not sure where to use this. After following AEM recommended SAML integration steps/process. And did all necessary changes in apache sling referrer filter. Still when I am opening AEM pages, it is not redirecting to SSO login page. I tried open the AEM page after clearing browser history also in chrome incognito mode.Do I need to do anything in the KeyStore section for authentication-service user? I just set KeyStore password only. ID provider didn't share anything related to KeyStore. All this exercise I am doing in my local author instance.  Please share the links/steps if anyone have solved similar problem? Thanks,Pradeep

Hi, The alert notifications triggered using technical delivery templates are not getting delivered.  Below error Message is displayed in logs after all retries   JST-#ID# Error while compiling script 'SMTP headers' line 4: recipient is not defined. SCR-#ID# Javascript: error while evaluating script 'SMTP headers'. I tried below test cases1. Made test workflow to generate error. So alert notification triggered using template Notify  Workflow Supervisor  2. Triggered alert message using alert activity. The alert activity runs without error. But email is not delivered. When I checked the delivery below error message is displayed in delivery logs. JST-#ID# Error while compiling script 'SMTP headers' line 4: recipient is not defined. Hi, We have a push notification with a uri parameter. The uri is a normal url, like https://adobe.com.The problem we have is that the uri parameter is working if we disable tracking in ACC, but if we enable it the uri is being rewritten, and the app doesn't understand it.How can we activate tracking without having the uri parameter be rewritten. //Emil

We have just started with the recommendation functionality in Target. We want to use the 'Most popular' algorithm on the page, but want to exclude the articles that are already viewed by the visitor. How can we set this up in Target for recommendations? With the exclusion functionality?  

I am creating my first adaptive AEM form using an XDP template I created in AEM Forms Designer (LiveCycle). In the XDP form I have a bunch of scripts. When I place those fields onto my adaptive form, the scripted functionality seems to work but I can't figure out where the scripts are actually being stored! I thought perhaps they would get translated into rules but that doesn't seem to be the case. Where are these scripts stored? And also: how should I handle it if I realize I need to make an adjustment to my XDP template? If I change it and re-upload it using the same file name, will the adaptive form now link to the newer version automatically?

Hi All,    I would like to know how aem behaves if user requests  a resource which is getting updated by package installation.  In our case, a particular node has a list of json files as children. A certain activity by author will create a package of all this json nodes and replicates it to publish and also custom replication handler will flush the dispatcher cache of the json files. If user requests one of the json files, since the json is not available in cache, request will hit publish instance. But package installation is not completed yet. Now there are two possible outcomes. 1) AEM can hold the request for package installation to complete and then serve the json.2) AEM can simply serve the old or existing json. I think AEM will pick option2 but under certain load behaviour seems to be option1. Also, if a package has say 50 json, will AEM update the json files in repo, one by one or it is a bunch update? At least as per logs in package manager it seem

Hello everyone, would you be able to help me to define an expression in an "update data" activity ? I want to import a file containing values equals to "unknown". But for every values = unknown, I want to import an empty value in Adobe Campaign. So I need to create an expression that convert a value = unknown into a empty string in adobe. I know there is the expression "NoNull <Value>" that returns an empty string if the argument is NULL, but I would like to do the same if the value = unknown. Thank you for your help 🙂
