I'm able to connect and get API responses with an API client (Insomnia).However, I keep getting an SSL error when trying to do the same with Python. Anyone managed to get it to work without the SSL error or using verify=false? This is the error I get: SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='mc.adobe.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /sunlifeassurance/target/activities/ (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: Error([('SSL routines', 'tls_process_server_certificate', 'certificate verify failed')])")))

We are using Adobe Launch to send data to Adobe Analytics.The Analytics data is incomplete.It appears that not all the data is reaching Adobe Analytics (Adobe reporting significantly less visits and pages viewed than Google Analytics):Nov 10-16 Google Analytics Adobe Analytics DeltaUsers - Visitors: 3829 2678 43%Sessions -Visits: 4788 3285 46%Pageviews: 23862 10374 130%Pageviews/Session: 4.98 3.16The Adobe Launch embed code includes the “async” attribute (for asynchronous loading), so the page load will be faster.What can we do to ensure that ALL Adobe Analytics data is collected and sent without affecting page load speed?Note:While have carefully (and repeatedly) followed the directions for contacting Adobe Customer Care to resolve this, they have been completely unresponsive for over a week, so we are hoping someone (anyone?) might have some thoughts on how to resolve this. Please advise. Thanks

Hello,I am implementing the ability to author targeted content with the contexthub engine. We are on 6.5.6.Ideally, I am trying to setup live copy offer areas off the master area that will have URLs in targeted content re-written to the correct site URL.  I.E.  Author authors targeted content on the blueprint/en_us site. Part of that content has a URL /blueprint/en_us in it.  My goal is that when it's rolled out, the US Area would have the URL saved  as /us/en.  Attached I have the setup under the brand. The rollout works to save a copy of it under the ustest area, but as you can see the URL still shows /blueprint/en_us.  Was trying to follow this documentation :https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/authoring/personalization/multisite-support-targeted-content.html?lang=en#example-targeting-content-based-on-geography. But I don't think it has what I'm looking for. I'm not sure if I'm missing an OSGI config or

Hi, I have built an API endpoint/web action in I/O runtime which I can call from ACS external API component and it works with no issues. I am planning to move to Firefly because of additional requirements, my confusion is if I built my app/API in Firefly, can I invoke it (as web action) from ACS external API component? I tried to find 'API' example on Firefly docs but could not find any example related to this scenario. Thanks !

I'm not able to view the workspace project by opening it in a new tab and also when I try to refresh the dashboard, it doesn't load the dashboard to view the data, but simply it keeps on loading. Also, it takes longer time to load the dashboard. Please help me if I need to make any settings change in the browser level in order to view multiple workspace projects in a different tab.  Appreciate quick help.

Team, We have the target rule and extension on the live site. Due to some specific reason, we want those to be disabled from live site. So, we have deactivated all the dependent elements from the target extension. So, added the rules and adobe target extension on the library to publish in order to remove target from the live site. we are receiving an attached error while we do the same from our side even though all the dependent elements also added. However, same activity have been take for other properties but we didn't receive any error. Any suggestion please?

Hi folks,On the Author instance in the Stage environment, I created a Service User and added a Keystore that I created via open_ssl.I used the ACL Packager program to build a package with my service user principaland its permissions and keystore. I then replicated the package to the publish servers and it all worked fine.    However when I came to import the package on the Prod environment Author, Iwas not so successful. From the useradmin screen, it looked fine. The system user was there with all the permissions and the keystore.But, when I had a look at the security screen, no keystore was recognized...   So importing the service user and its keystore via package didn't work for me.Unfortunately, I am supposed to use Packages exclusively on the Prod environmentso I'm a bit stumped.Any suggestions ?thanksFiona

Hi, I would want to extract opt-out data for deliveries past the 6 months data retention period (count and/or rate). Data for deliveries (indicators) are collected, but for some reason the opt-out/unsubscriptions are not in the indicators (kpis). If I look at dynamic reports from +6 months ago, the unsubscription data for deliveries are shown, so it must be stored somewhere. Where is this stored so I can enrich it in to the delivery data? Thanks! BR,Mikael

Hi,We have a requirement where we need to render the last updated image asset on the page. The issue is that CDN cache is configured and it will not serve the most recently updated asset as it will be invalidated only after 180 days. In order to render the most recent asset, we need to do something programmatically to always render the most recently updated image. One suggestion was to append the last updated date to the image name at runtime to invalidate the cache. But need some details around this as to how this works and how to implement this programmatically.Has anybody done this kind of an implementation? Hi,I am using AEM 6.1 and need to connect MSSQL Database. I downloaded driver from Microsoft site and uploaded in OSGI console and setup data source and it works fine.But I wanted to move this JDBC driver as part of my code build so all the users will get it in their build automatically.I tried to use embed tag in pom.xml and used "*" , some how it doesn't work. Does any one has working POM.xml for MSSQL JDBC driver? Thanks for your help.Venkat 

All the images do not show up on the asset finder on the left when trying to drag/drop it onto a fileupload widget.The images in question have been processed successfully but its still not showing up.Could anyone advise on this. ? Note: CSV uploader was used to populate the metadata on the assets. Hi everyone!I have been using the cohort analysis to understand the user's journey in our app.I want to know how many users visit a specific screen in our app (ie: paywall) after a specific period.I select the user who open the app for first time (Segment: First Time Visit) in Month "x"  and the time period "Last full 6 months".Then, select for Inclusion and Return criteria, metric=Visits and in the Dimensions the screen I want to measure, in this case Dimensions=Paywall.Note: it is very unfortunate that Adobe limit the granularity to not longer than 15 days (rows), I guess this is a limitation on the tool.However, I select monthly granularity, I get  the breakdown of how many user visit the Paywall screen break in the last 6 months.My questions:According my understanding, the numbers show the number of unique users who visited the the Paywall screen every month. Is this right?If this is right, how can I know how many time this page was visited every month by this selected co
