For on/off time on an asset, do i need to anything more than setting up th on/off time values in the asset properties in dam?

Hi team,  Starting from 7 Sep we stopped receive report files on FTP via DataWarehouse API. The Report.Queue method return report id and status 200, and checking report status show is everything okay but we didn't gen file to FTP. It's reproducing across multiple report suite within different Adobe organizations. However manual upload to FTP via Experience Cloud works fine.  Also, I've tried re-send API call from the UI Request Manager but didn't get success. I would like to bind the scribble signature field ,from the XDP, to another scribble signature field in AEM forms, however I'm not sure how to write the XML schema for it. I am working on implementing trigger views through launch. I have setup date elements for page info such as pathname, URL, title.   For some reason when I use these elements for my trigger view I get %pathname% or %url%. The only one that works is title. That populates the value.    Why would my URL based data elements not be populating but my page title would be? 

Not all the issues assigned to me are showing up on the Issues report I created. Filters that my report has is Project's Status in Execution, Closing, Planning, Request Queue1. Issues in different queues are not showing up2. If an issue is shared between me and another TM, it also doesn't show up on the report How can we get the report to show all of my issues?

As part of business requirement , we need two modes square(360*360) and landscape(400*192) of same image (actual image dimension is 1000*1000) . We created image presets(wid & hei parameters added) & found that we will get white background appended on the border of image if actual image is landscape & we are trying to retrieve square image & vice versa .So to remove white background,  we applied format alpha-png which helped us in removing transparent background but created another problem of reduced image size.In order to prevent small size image & white background, we appended scl=1 in image url  which cropped the image to desired size & also removed the original content of image.Is there any solution using which we can get image required size of image without any above mentioned problems.

Hi Team, For some page in edit mode I am not able to add annotation.Like suppose for a page, having a some component example a Hero component and I am trying to give annotation, but it is not taking annotation.also for some page only single annotation is available and then not able to add another Annotation.  I am not sure how to make available annotation for any pages if it is restricted. Current observation: Annotation is disabled for some components.Expected Behavior: We should be able to annotate over some components in Page. Scenario : is like in a page under /content example: homepage we have some custom components like hero component and resoucesbar component, global component  and here in Hero component if we are trying to add Annotation like we see in above image.I am not able to add annotation for some component like in homepageHero not able to add, instead if we try to add on resourceBar or gloal we are able to add. and we can see cq:annota

To have a local storage during development on own environment (see https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/project-firefly-questions/aio-local-action-with-error-on-aio-lib-state-init-and-put/qaq-p/377022) I thought I could use my access to Azure and setup containers to be used in the sdk init.But aio-lib-lifes failed with error like "request to url XXX failed - getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN" and aio-lib-files succeded but I was not able to write any keys...is there any documentation on how to setup MS Azure to handle aio-lib-files and aio-lib-state? is it possible to use this access when running the "aio app run --local"? thanks for any help in this case!

I am trying to troubleshoot and figure out why some profiles have the submit button in their timesheets and others have a "Save and Close" button. The profiles with the save and close button appear to bypass the approval process and timesheet does not get submitted to their manager for approval... Tried trouble-shooting but I have very limited knowledge of timesheets and set-ups so I don't understand where the issue may be, can someone help? Support has been absolutely useless with helping us figure this out.

I've created a marketo email and need to send it to someone who will send it out to their association through their email program- Outlook or other. Can I simply forward and email sent to myself or is there a better way to do this for tracking?

Our status reports are custom forms that go on issues, and then we use an issue report to pull the custom fields. I also have a field on the report that shows a count of all open issues, but I wanted to change this to show a list of all open issues (the names). I have a piece of text mode code that does this on project reports, but I can't get it to work on an issue report. I'm pretty sure I'm missing a link somewhere. Hi All,   I work with a digital marketing organization and provide automation & marketing solutions to our clients. We have created a set of programs (main/master programs) which are leveraged/cloned to setup a new program basis client's requirement. These main/master programs have tokenized structure for creating landing pages, emails, smart campaigns etc. and these tokens have default values assigned to them. At times while working on a client's project, our team accidentally edits/updates the main/master programs which takes a lot to fix and at the same time, impacts on the delivery of projects.   Is there a workaround to limit editing rights for these main/master programs for the users or in other words, can we set these main/master programs as read-only (cloneable) to mitigate this situation. We want to have editing rights enabled to a few users only not the the entire team. Please suggest if there's a solution within Marketo to tackle with our problem.   Thanks

I have created 2 smart lists to see who opened an email on mobile, or not on mobile.  A) opened on mobile B) opened not on mobile   The aggregation of both numbers isn't equal to the number of opens in my email performance report, thats has been defined for the same email over the same time. What can cause this issue?

I am referring to the anonymous IP address field to see if someone has been coockied.   We recently re-synced our CRM with marketo, and in order to obtain as much cookies as possible we have sent a series of mails. The number of people that clicked one of the tracked emails is significantly higher than the number of people with a value for anonymous IP.   See the attached screenshot of the people that clicked a tracked link in the email, only 1 has a value for anonymous IP. What is the reason for this ? How do you count your cookied contacts

Hi there, in Workspace I'd like to show a set of pages and all of the pages that came immediately after, like so, something like this: PageNext PagePage ViewsPage A 10 Page B5Page C 20 Page D5 The question here is: where did users go immediately after viewing a given page. No, I'm not looking for the Flow visualization that can only look at one page at a time in clunky visualization where page names are truncated to the extent that you can't read them. I want the data itself, for a set of pages. I don't want to include a separate flow chart for every page in a group of pages. Is this possible? A related question would also be: is it possible to create a sequential segment where instead of all pages after the given sequence, you only get the very next page. Thanks
