Hi, Team, I am exporting a file through the campaign using the DM channel. After generating the file, it is saved as Unix-ANSI instead of PC-ANSI, which is the required format for our system. Is there a setting or option where I can select the desired file format (PC-ANSI) before generating the file? Please advise

I'm trying to implement Analytics in a new site.  I have copied over the Launch library from one of my other sites where it is working well however in the new site when I trigger an SDK call, the dataObject is not being populated...If I look at the dataObject data element, it is also empty, which leads me to believe the Update Variable action in my Launch rule is not working However, this is identical to the rule that is working fine on my other site.  I've tried modifying it, even deleting out all custom code and only using the standard wizard but no dice... Anyone got any ideas what the problem is?

Hello, Is it possible to export/import from one ACC instance to another the structure of folders in the explorer. E.g., we have a Campaign Management Folder with 10 subfolders, and each subfolder has an additional 3 subfolders beneath it. Can we export all 40 of these folders as a package and import the nested folders into another instance of Adobe Campaign?

Instead of AEM, we use a different cms.  I'd like to set up the events we're conveying via the ACDL to match as close as possible to AEM's to make the implementation as standard (and familiar) as possible.  Plus one day we might switch to AEM.  I've seen the cmpload, cmpshow, and cmpclick.  Is there a list of those and other events (preferably with descriptions) that we can use (e.g., video, audio, etc.)?

I want to monitor when a user logs into aem and print some information into the logininfo.log file. I added an OGSI component and bound it to logininfo.log. But when I log into aem, nothing is printed into the log file. Is my EVENT_TOPIC written incorrectly?

Hello! I was wondering if someone can help me with this question. So I sent out an email, let's say the criteria for this is Region Segment is APAC and the Job segment is: Bakers and let's say the total send list size for this is 10 people (making this up) And let's say I am sending another email with the same criteria except Region and Job segment is default and the total send list size for this is 50. But if I combine these two together, so Region is APAC and Default And Job Segment is Bakers and Default, the number is much higher like, 100 (also made up but the difference is significantly larger).  Is this normal? I would think that the number will be 60 since all I am doing is adding in the an extra value but this seems like a huge jump

We have the ability to set the business rules and activate them? However the tutorial videos show that we need to apply them at the message level?  Does anyone know the permissions level required or is this a UI bug?  It is supposed to be here: 

Hi,I have some questions regarding the attribution of traffic and orders originating from WhatsApp.When analyzing the reports at the Marketing Channel level, the WhatsApp channel is correctly attributed. Hi, I ve got a AEM Component B, which I can drag into a page and configure it through Edit Dialog. This configured Values are loaded into SlingModelB, which is used in html code of Component B.Now, I ve got another use case...I ve got  a AEM Component A, which needs to dynamically include AEM Component B in html file of Component A.How to create dynamically a SlingModelB and pass it to some HTL Command to render AEM Component B inside of Component A ? Hope somebody is able to help me.Thanks a lot for your support in advance.

Hello,  when adding a page to the flow diagram (Starts with) I am getting the percentages of visits that go to either of the next pages. But I do not not see an exit rate from the first page. Exit rates are starting from the second column. When I use the same entry page in a freeform table I get an exit rate of 32%. So the next steps could only sum up to 68% of the first column since the rest are exits. Where can I see the exits from the entry page. Can anyone explain? Thank you!

Hi WF Community, Has anyone be able to produce a single report to show planned hrs and actual hours by resource (assignee) for a given time frame?We have tasks that have multiple assignees and span one or many months.Seems like it should be simple and maybe I'm just missing something obvious.  However, from what I can tell, in order to easily report on this I would need my tasks to only have 1 assignee and have planned start and end dates within the same month. Thanks,Nick  

Dear community, I have successfully ingested Event Data into AEP with records of two profiles. Then I create an audience to get that two profile into that Audience. However, when the batch was evaluated, it has shown that there are 2 Qualified Profiles and 2 Estimated Profiles. However, the "View Profile" button was grey and cannot be click. Then I proceed to "Refresh Estimate" and now it shows  2 Qualified Profiles and 0 Estimated Profiles and the "View Profile" button is now showing that there are NO profiles for viewing. Therefore, I am unable to verify if the conditions I choose would work for the expected profile to show. Anyone knows how I could see who this two profile will be? Or how can I get the two expected profile to show in "View Profile". Below I have attached images regards to this issue. Please let me know if you need any more information. Best regards, Sching

Hi,I have a filed in one of the field groups defined as an array of objects, like shows in the image below. The field group was added to a schema, which was enabled for profile.I would like to use the above field in an audience rule, something like below:where da_for_touchpoints contains at least one that has (tp_code=XXX and tp_event=12345).Is that possible? Hello! I have a challenge to overcome and I hope some of you can help me out here.I have a special need and I need to check 4 different email attributes in the target mapping before sending out emails to some particular customers.We have 4 attributes in the recipient table and the hierarchy is as follow:@457687- if populated we send the communication @825706- we use it if 1 is empty @1304489- we use it if 1 and 2 are empty @1424983- we use it if 1,2 and 3 are empty I tried to use some functions (coalesce and emptyString) but I cannot get a correct result and changing the architecture is unfortunately not an option.So I need to use a function in the email target mapping that works as explained. Thanks in advance

Very simple question, but I was not able to find an answer: when working with a form embedded on a webpage, can I hide a mandatory field and still allow the visitor to submit the form, without changing the form in the backend? 

Hi, I had an existing connection where I added a dataset with backfill. After backfill I see correct no. of records at connection level. But when I utilize the attributes in a canvas I see the total count of event different from what I see using query service. Any suggestions, help is highly appreciated
