We recently did an analysis to find out which products are mostly likely to be purchased together by the site visitors. We want to use this product data to personalize the product page on the website so that we can recommend the products based on our analysis. We are already passing entity id as a mbox parameter on every product page of the website and have uploaded a product catalog as collection. The out of the box criterias used in other activities work fine.For this requirement, we tried using the custom criteria and uploaded the Product IDs(entity.id) as a feed through FTP using the criteria template. Then, we tried using this criteria in the target recommendation. The uploaded custom criteria is visible only on unchecking the compatible box on the criteria selection page. On selecting the criteria, an error is displayed: "Incompatible criteria - An entity id is required for the criteria to work properly. Do you want to use it anyway?"We selected okay and used this crite

Is it possible to use some other system (internally built or other vended product) to control, within a given activity, which users get allocated to each bucket?  Basically bypass the Target allocation system and pass this in via API or similar?We have multiple A/B (and other) experiment testing platforms, and are looking into possibilities for experiment consistency across all of them.If we have a centralized process that determines experiment allocation at runtime, could this be passed into Target?   To allow existing users to still utilize capabilities within Target, while centralizing experiment allocation for cross-platform consistency. Looking through the API code and documentation, it was difficult to determine if this was possible in any of the Activity APIs.

I have  40 pages using default version of experience fragment in footer component , 30 pages using light version of experince fragment and remaining 30 pages using dark version of experince fragment.Now we have developed new footer  component and created normal, dark and light versions .We exported it to Adobe Target so that we can replace old one with new one.Now my issue is - How we can replace old one with new ones so that there should be one to one mapping?old light version with new light version for all pages containing light version of XF.old dark version with new dark version for all pages containing dark version of XF.Please note: we have randomly include dark/light footers in pages..there is no url pattern 

This is a weird one. I make changes to an existing activity, save the changes. Test the changes via the QA Link but my changes aren't present. If I edit the activity I can see my changes there in the scripts.When I edit the activity on a different computer but with the same account, the changes I made earlier aren't there. However, saving it on this computer gives me the same results.The only way I've found to effectively save changes, is by copying the activity and saving it.Any advice?EDIT: Tried the copy activity method, and it doesn't work either. Instead of showing the previous changes, it shows up as if it's a blank activity. I can still edit and see my changes. Also tried deleting the scripts and re-adding them.

I am trying to get Adobe Target Experience by passing in mbox. But I never receive a callback? I should at least get an error or default. What could the possible issue. I am using Android SDK.

Within Target Goals and Settings I am trying to select multiple elements with the same class CSS selector and I get an error:ERROR The element selector entered maps to multiple locations on the page. Not sure why this is an issue?

Hi,Im trying to set a recommendations module on a page but these are not pushed to the webpage. The only way to see them is by using the "Preview" link included in Adobe Target, which is pulling 3 different offers along with their URLs. Feeds are working fine (scheduled every day in the morning) and in the overview screen of the activity I saw "Results ready" with green indicator.- I tried QA link, nothing.- I tried visiting the page, nothing. Using at.js 2.1. Thanks for your help!!

After upgrading to aem 6.5.5 there is an issue with RTE styles. when we add some style and try to add a paragraph after the selected style the style plugin is disabled and by default, the paragraph tag is not selected. content is wrapped in the div tag. Anyone facing the same issue? This occurs even on OOTB component. If we add anything after adding a style, the content will be wrapped in div tag

Hi.We are planning to migrate our AEM site to SPA/SPA Editor/React.Currently we running AEM 6.4.5 (on-premise) and have a couple of questions:1)Do we get any improvements with regards to SPA/SPA Editor/React eco system by upgrading to AEM 6.5 (SP4) first ?Or is it more dependent on the GitHub projects mentioned below ?2)Are the SPA/SPA Editor projects on GitHub like@61380/cq-spa-page-model-manager@61380/cq-react-editable-components@61380/cq-spa-component-mappingindependent of AEM version, and will they work well on both 6.4.5 and 6.5 ?Basically we would like to know the benefits of upgrading to 6.5 with respect to SPA.It is difficult to get any technical details out of the 6.5 Release Notes.Thanks.Erling

I have the need to build blocks of components authoring, i am trying to create a custom authoring component composed by other author components as for exemple text and image.In my latest project using aem with angularjs it was very easy to do it, now using the AEM with react in SPA i can't find the way to do it. Someone have an idea how to implement it?

I am evaluating how is it possible to implement Server Side Rendering in SPA app with React and AEM as content service. This is the approach I see Next.js suggest to have per-rendered and all most all CMS system suggests: 1. User request a page from react app running on Node server2. Node server requests JSON data from CMS through fetch call3. Then React App reads this JSON and transform HTML into String like renderToString() and sends the response back to the user. The disadvantage of this approach is that if JSON data from CMS is huge then first request takes long time. What alternate solution do you suggest?

We have an close(login required) site, we were able to load site previously by logging into site in normal browser session and loading Target Activity on same browser,now we are not able to load the same site in VEC. Has anyone is facing the same issue with any recent updates in Target / Browser / Cookie policies? We are not able to even login in to site by loading VEC in browse mode. Note: We are using VEC Helper Extension.The login is not hosted on same domain.

Hi All,We wanted to know if there a way to use URL shorten-er in Adobe Campaign OOTB. We need to send SMS with links to a webPage. But this link will increase the character count of the SMS. I am a new Marketo admin and am trying to invite users (other admins) to Marketo, however their invitation is getting caught in our anti-phishing protection. Our IT setup quarantines emails that appear to impersonate employees, and the Marketo invitation emails are coming from "Ben Fox <no-reply@marketo.com".   IT wants me to remove my name from those emails, but I can't figure it out. I went to Admin > Email, and changed the From Label, but that isn't doing it.   Suggestions?
