Hi Team, Is there any restriction on aem page annotations, that it will work only when layout container is a wrapper container for the page?I can only annotate on a page using aem OOTB annotation plugin, if the wrapper component on the page is ootb layout container.Steps for annotate a page without layout container as wrapper component in it-1. Create an aem page2. Drag and drop any component, may be richtext3. Try to annotate the page. - The add event for annotate won't get triggered. Hi all,   Is there any way I can tell the salesforce endpoints? Under web services I can see the marketo endpoints. I'd love to see the SFDC endpoints. Any ideas?

I'm trying to alert sales managers when a lead isn't called within 48 (or whatever) hours of a particular action, say a form completion.  We can ID when someone is called when data values change in one of two fields:   Last contacted date Last contacted by (string of #s that ID a rep).   Is it as easy as creating a smart list covering the two filters, then sending the alert (maybe with a wait step so the managers get the alert Mon-Fri)? Smarter way to do it?          

Dear All - I am planning to integrate Adobe Sign with Adobe AEM forms. I have AEM 6.5 version installed. Did SSL configuration already. But when I refer the following website:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/forms/adaptive-forms-advanced-authoring/adobe-sign-integration-adaptive-forms.htmlI could only go up to step 3. For step 4, I need to select "Adobe Sign" cloud service but it is not visible. I see all the other cloud services like Legacy Cloud Service, Translation Cloud Service,  facebook, twitter, rcapatch etc but this one is missing. This should be OOTB right.  Can anyone help me figure out what am I missing here? Thanks in advance. Regards,Sunder S

Hello All, I am working on a short-term project that was developed on Archetype 10/13 on AEM6.2, because the maven version mentioned in the main POM is an old versioned one. The Classic UI components are supposed to be upgraded to Touch UI, so that it supports for AEM 6.5 too going forward. In the process of upgrade, I have updated the POM file with the required versions of the respective dependencies and that had been successful upon code build. But when I tried upgrading classic ui components and writing few backend services/servlets, I started getting the error "Unable to load compiled class " which I believe is related to the SCR Annotations(even after the dependency version was upgraded I see this error). Due to this, I was wondering if upgrading the project to AEM 6.5 Archetype 23 help? I wanted to see if I can move the codebase to Archetype 23 or is there anything that I might be missing for fixing the error - "Unable to load compiled class". Appreciate your help.&nbsp

Hi! I'm trying to take information from a gotowebinar and sync it with SFDC Campaigns via Marketo, so that our sales team has access to information such as interest ratings and poll questions/answers. I've uploaded the information from gotowebinar into marketo where it maps to custom fields (e.g., Webinar Interest Rating). When I try to map it from marketo to SFDC via a smart campaign, I do not see the SFDC Campaign fields (e.g., Interest Rating) as options (pictured below). The only SFDC Campaign option I see in Marketo is member status. Thoughts/ideas? Thank you for your help! T

ExampleSingle page landing page shows 90K visits.Adobe "bounce" metric shows 70K bounces. Time on page "bucketed" and "granular" metrics show 20K visits with time on page from 1 second to 30 minutes. If only 20K are actual visits then why does the original "visit" metric show 90K? 

Hi everyone! Here is the situation: we have a validation rule in SFDC to prevent Marketo sync user to update an "Override" field if "Lead Status" is not MAL. However, when we run list upload in Marketo, sometimes we need to set a value for this "Override" field, but this way some pre-exist records (Lead status is not MAL) "Override" field will get updated in Marketo, and it causes the record failed to sync with Salesforce:   "FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Marketo Sync User has access to change Override only for MAL leads"   There is not really a way for me to add condition(Lead Status has to be MAL) to Block Field Update on "Override" field. But we can't have this record out of sync due to future list uploads. I was thinking if there is a way in Salesforce to change the validation rule to something else just so the record can still be sync'd but this field won't get overridden if status is not MAL by Marketo sync user. Is there such thing?   Any ideas/thoughts/recom

This is one thing that has always stumped me about Marketing Channels.Marketing Channels are applied with every hit. And channels like Paid Search, Display, etc. are usually configured where the Query Parameter is set with some value. So I understand how the first hit of a visit would be able to be categorised under one of these Marketing Channels.But what about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th...nth hits? These hits don't have the Query Parameter any more, so how would AA know that they should "belong" to the previously set Marketing Channel?

Hello,  I create an automation where a Scheduler attached to an END activity, that has 3 variables I've identified, and would kick off an External Signal in another workflow.   The External signal goes right into a Transfer File activity and here's where I need help. The Transfer File will download a file located in an external SFTP. The filename contains a date field in it.  I tried the following - $(vars/@FilePath)+$(vars/@FileMask)+Year(GetDate())+Month(GetDate())+Day(GetDate())+'.'+$(vars/@File_Extension) - but it returns this:  outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_2020825.zip  When I need it return this: outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_20200825.zip' Can someone guide me on how to get this to be a 2 digit month. I tried LPad and some other coding and they failed. This isn't an issue for me in ACC since I can use a script, but I'm have a hard time in ACS.

Hi Team, We have a scenario, if cta1 clicked first journey A should start and if cta 2 clicked first journey B should start. I tried achieving this through dedup activity, however no luck as if someone click any other url apart from these two then the logic gets failed. Any hints and suggestions would be appreciated Thanks!

Hi,  Is it possible to flush the Dynamic media CDN's cache on demand from AEM using APIs or any other way? Please note that in my setup, the AEM is configured in Hybrid mode. I know that it's possible to do via API when in Scene7 mode.  Any direction to do this would be helpful. Thanks

We are experience a "blinking" behavior when we run Experience Targeting test in our webpage. Is it due to the server call to identify whether the visitor qualify for a segment? Any difference if we create the segment via AA / AT / AAM? How can we avoid this?  Thanks!

I'm wanting to understand if there is a difference between the data I can collect for a Marketing Channel related to campaign tracking code.The processing rules allow you to evaluate data coming from a query string parameter (e.g., www.mysite.com?cid=campaignName); or, I can also build my rule based on data in the Tracking Code.  Which is the better choice/best practice?
