ExampleSingle page landing page shows 90K visits.Adobe "bounce" metric shows 70K bounces. Time on page "bucketed" and "granular" metrics show 20K visits with time on page from 1 second to 30 minutes. If only 20K are actual visits then why does the original "visit" metric show 90K? 

Hi everyone! Here is the situation: we have a validation rule in SFDC to prevent Marketo sync user to update an "Override" field if "Lead Status" is not MAL. However, when we run list upload in Marketo, sometimes we need to set a value for this "Override" field, but this way some pre-exist records (Lead status is not MAL) "Override" field will get updated in Marketo, and it causes the record failed to sync with Salesforce:   "FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Marketo Sync User has access to change Override only for MAL leads"   There is not really a way for me to add condition(Lead Status has to be MAL) to Block Field Update on "Override" field. But we can't have this record out of sync due to future list uploads. I was thinking if there is a way in Salesforce to change the validation rule to something else just so the record can still be sync'd but this field won't get overridden if status is not MAL by Marketo sync user. Is there such thing?   Any ideas/thoughts/recom

This is one thing that has always stumped me about Marketing Channels.Marketing Channels are applied with every hit. And channels like Paid Search, Display, etc. are usually configured where the Query Parameter is set with some value. So I understand how the first hit of a visit would be able to be categorised under one of these Marketing Channels.But what about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th...nth hits? These hits don't have the Query Parameter any more, so how would AA know that they should "belong" to the previously set Marketing Channel?

Hello,  I create an automation where a Scheduler attached to an END activity, that has 3 variables I've identified, and would kick off an External Signal in another workflow.   The External signal goes right into a Transfer File activity and here's where I need help. The Transfer File will download a file located in an external SFTP. The filename contains a date field in it.  I tried the following - $(vars/@FilePath)+$(vars/@FileMask)+Year(GetDate())+Month(GetDate())+Day(GetDate())+'.'+$(vars/@File_Extension) - but it returns this:  outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_2020825.zip  When I need it return this: outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_20200825.zip' Can someone guide me on how to get this to be a 2 digit month. I tried LPad and some other coding and they failed. This isn't an issue for me in ACC since I can use a script, but I'm have a hard time in ACS.

Hi Team, We have a scenario, if cta1 clicked first journey A should start and if cta 2 clicked first journey B should start. I tried achieving this through dedup activity, however no luck as if someone click any other url apart from these two then the logic gets failed. Any hints and suggestions would be appreciated Thanks!

Hi,  Is it possible to flush the Dynamic media CDN's cache on demand from AEM using APIs or any other way? Please note that in my setup, the AEM is configured in Hybrid mode. I know that it's possible to do via API when in Scene7 mode.  Any direction to do this would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Experts, I am new Audience Manager and has few questions around file upload and data sources.  We have a total of 10 tables of data, some of these tables use different IDs to identify the same customer; should we send each of these tables to AAM in separate data sources OR one file with all the tables combined to only one data source?How do we deal with the fact that some of these tables use different visitor IDs for the same visitor? Should we ensure that when we do an ID sync online, all the different IDs are sent to AAMCan we add multiple IDs in the file that will populate a given data source or should we ask the ETL team to consolidate IDs into a Master ID?In an offline data source we see there are multiple syntax forms that can be used to populate data, which one would you recommend using? My requirement is to trigger a custom workflow when a use tries to publish or unpublish the assets through Quick Publish or Manage Publication options.This can also be managed by adding a customized step in the OOTB workflow that gets triggered on click of those buttons.My understanding was that "Request for Deactivation" and "Request for Activation" workflows get triggered in these case, but the same is not happening.Please suggest if I am missing something.Additional Info:The "Schedule Deactivation of Assets" workflow is getting triggered on scheduling a deactivation but not the immediate one.

The current AEM documentation on helpx for MSRP configuration was all originally written in the AEM 6.2/6.1 era, and has not been updated since then.  Namely https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/communities/using/msrp.htmlMSRP - MongoDB Storage Resource Provider  (same document for all AEM versions).  Solr 4.10 and Solr 5 are multiple major versions out of date, as the latest Solr version is 8.2.0. My two questions are: (a) What is the latest version of Solr currently supported by Adobe for use in MSRP configurations?(b) Where can one download the current solrconfig.xml and other configs, now that the links on the documentation no longer work? We've set up the AEM Launch Integration within both our prod and stage instances of AEM. However, after a few months, when I go to add a new container, it seems that the dropdowns within the Launch Configuration steps refuse to populate. When we do the IMS health check, it fails. So then we update the client secret with the exact same value it had before, and then the dropdowns populate.  Has anyone else encountered this? Why do we have to constantly update it?  

We collect and pass leads to our partners via unique WordPress landing pages with a single generic form. For these ~200 partners, we query "filled out form on XX page" to trigger the correct alert to the correct partner contacts. However, if there are any variations to the URL (i.e. WordPress recently dropped the trailing slash for a select few), these fail. Looking for ideas to A) Query off something not URL-specific and/or B) streamline the intake (avoid 200 programs/campaigns) and therefore reduce chances for error.    Does anyone have suggestions for workarounds?
