Hello! When you call a Direct Call Rule (DCR) with Additional Parameters, as showcased in this post, is all of this information added to the same event details object? Meaning, if two DCRs are called at the same time, and both DCRs pass additional information and then use that to set eVars/props using event.detail, will each DCR set the correct information? Or will the data in event.detail be replaced with whatever DCR was fired last? My addon to this would be whether or not it's possible to access the additional information passed in data elements via event.detail?

Hi,    I'm trying to set up the Zoom/Marketo Integration and am getting stuck on Step 4 in this documentation: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207267346-Setting-Up-Zoom-for-Marketo#:~:text=Navigate%20to%20the%20Marketo%20campaign,registered%20on%20the%20Marketo%20side.   I've been able to do everything else in the instructions, but when I create a Launchpoint Service for Zoom, I don't have the option to 'View Details' and access the 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret'. See row 'Zoom Webinar 3' ...no option to 'View Details'.  Any insight on the issue here? 

We need to create a smart list that shows all the people whose accounts don't have an opp associated.  We use "Has Oppotunity" filter.  Somehow that only brings in people who are are the opportunity role on the opp. So if there are multiple contacts on an account they might not get recognized.   Do we have any idea around it?

Dear, We would like to hash certain data in our recipients table, but do notice that the returned hash isn't the right one when we use the SHA256 or SHA512 expression. For MD5 the returned result is however the right one.We've checked the conversion in numerous ways (cf. https://dencode.com/hash --> UTF8, UTF16, ... I'm running into the following situation and hoping someone might have a solution: A new lead is created The lead is synced into SFDC as a lead Smart campaigns in Marketo run, updating various data values Our Business Development Rep quickly converts the lead to a contact Because the conversion happened soon after the data value updates, the next time a sync occurs, Marketo thinks the null values that exist in SFDC are newer, and overwrites the values in Marketo.   The best solution I've seen presented on a prior post is: Create Marketo-only "mirror" fields that match the fields being overwritten. If they're nulled out, a smart campaign sets the field = mirror field   Leads aren't always converted right away, so I wouldn't think trying to retrofit the smart campaigns to wait until lead conversion is complete would be a viable option.   Has anyone encountered this and discovered a better way?

Hi All,We are trying to achieve multifield dialog using TouchUI dialog where there will be two fields say Title and Link, which are part of multifield. We would like to store these two values as <titlevalue>:<linkvalue> againist a property under appropriate content node after submission. Example:I have two dialog fields, say Title (with name as ./title) and Link (with name as ./link). Under normal dialog submission, the values will be stored in title and link properties. But i would like to get them stored under new property 'titleandlink' with its value as <titlevalue>:<linkvalue>  where titlevalue and linkvalue are the values entered in the dialog. Can you please advise me how to achieve this?Thanks,Veera

I am doing a security review of our AEM instance and going through the Security Checklist.   It is not clear to me what "Changing the OSGi Web Console Password" actually does.  I changed the AEM admin user password to "rainyday".  I changed the OSGi Web Console password to something distinct per the instructions - "sunnyday".  To get to the OSGi Web Console the AEM admin user password "rainyday" allows access NOT the password set for OSGi Web Console. Why is is recommended to set an OSGi Web Console password?When is the password used?What is the consequence of not setting the OSGi Web Console password?What is the consequence of setting them to the same thing? Hi Community, I am newbie here 🙂 , looking for help.I want to know all the invalid external links and invalid internal links i.e, broken links , referred in article, how do I do that?I see Adobe articles talking about linkcheckerwhen I see /etc/linkchecker.html , it shows only the external links , when particular link is showing as Invalid, I want to know in which article/page it is referred so that I can go there and update the link or remove it if not required, but /etc/linkchecker.html page not showing the reference.also, how do i validate internal links, page 1 referring to page2, but lets say I deleted page2, but page 1 still having the reference of page 2 , do we have any utility in AEM to see the internal page references and highlight the deleted pages being referred in any of the page. Many Thanks & Kind Regards,Kranthi

Hi,    I recently created my Revenue Model, and assigned every lead I have to a specific stage.   Yet, when I'm using the following SL, it's returning 100~ leads.     The problem I see is that in the lead details, they are linked to a stage.     How come these leads are not members of the revenue model, but are assigned to a stage of that very same RM ?   Thank you

Hello Community - It looks like cq:allowedTemplates is not working in 6.5.x as expected. We are trying to restrict the templates for experience fragments. Tried updating the property in /content/experience-fragments folder but no luck. We see all static templates as well after updating the property. We just wanted to restrict all other templates while creating experience fragments. Can someone assist on this issue?

We have offer rendered on the Browser and making the Update status call to update the proposition status. But we get CORS policy as shown below on the browser. Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://<url>/interaction/liveRcp/<offerspace>?a=UpdateStatus&st=1&p=123' from origin '<browser_url>' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. We got the DNS whitelisted on Adobe campaign server but it didnt help. Please suggest on how to solve this issue Thanks in Advance.

Hi All,We are deploying the AEM6.4 on RHEL with the Jboss 7.0.6. The package we will deploy:1) adobe-assembler-ivs.ear2) adobe-livecycle-cq-author.ear3) adobe-livecycle-native-jboss-x86_linux.ear4) adobe-livecycle-output-ivs-jboss.ear5) adobe-workspace-client.ear6) adobe-livecycle-jboss.ear For above .ear we can deploy all EXCEPT the 'adobe-livecycle-jboss.ear' We open the 'adobe-livecycle-jboss.ear.failed' and found the error message 'org.apache.commons.discovery.discoveryexception: No implementation defined for org.apache.commons.logging.logfactory'. After we did some research we found that the AEM logging jar file might be conflict with the JBoss jar file. But we have no idea how to fix it. Please kindly offer your help. Thank you. 

Hi ,We have scenario where Datalayer page attributes values is populating as expected on page load , but with the server call eVar is showing as undefined. We followed the standard practice of capturing the value in data element and passing it to eVar.  Note:  This works perfectly fine when we use _satellite.getVar in the console.  What could be the issue here? Thanks, Pradeep

Hi, I'm using segment to trait overlap report and i have identified 5 traits and 1 segment. However, while doing so i'm able select all 5 traits but somehow i'm not able to find the segments for which i want to run the report? Any suggestion? is there a bug?  P.S: The required segment is onboarded and has been created for more than 1 month and it has over 1 million population.

I have the below query I am using in /libs/cq/search/content/querydebug.html to check the results 1_property=test 1_property.value=active 2_property=status 2_property.value=worked p.hits=selective p.limit=-1 path=/home/users type=rep:User This is working and i am getting results .Now I need the records who has a property registrationCompletedDate = 2020-08-09 to know the users registered on 9th.Can someone help how I can add this date range in my query?I tried this, but did not work daterange.upperBound=2020-08-10daterange.lowerBound=2020-08-9daterange.property=registrationCompletedDate 

I created a small component , with some CSS.1.CSS was created at  component/clientlib/less/x.less level2. And then this file name was added in css.txt 3. And an x component group was added.4. Navigated to structure page customheaderlibs.html and noticed that it is referring to clientlib-base5. Navigated to clientlibs folder and added my component x in the embed. When i deployed my code changes and navigated to my page which uses this component, in the network tab under clientlib-base.css i dont see my component less css . I am using AEM 6.5 service pack 6.5.4 . Not sure what else needs to be verified .

Hi team,I want to use the generalised URL in few of the templates.For that i have created one option variable and have given the URL Link in the option variable.Now in personalisation block i want to use that link and through <a href > i have included Option variable. But while deploying template i am unable to see that as a link.
