Hi, I have created a custom delivery channel for outbound messages. The problem I have is that the service provider is returning with an Message ID once the message has been received our failed to a jssp on the Adobe campaign server. Hi, I'm halfway through the learning course for Analytics, but my company's Sandbox Environment doesn't show the Geometrixx Training Report Suite used in the tutorials and exercises - it seems like we don't have access to it right now. This is pretty frustrating as it makes it much harder to follow along with the course. I wonder if anyone would know how to import this Report Suite into our current Environment? It may be something to do with the fact that we log in through Experience Cloud rather than the my.omniture.com portal Thanks in advance

I'm working with a freeform table that has the number of visits and average view time of pages from a segment our site. I want to know the pages that have the longest average view time for only the top 25 most visited articles. How do I limit the number of results based on one of the metrics and then sort by a different metric?Thanks

Hi Team, We have a registration and login functionalities on the site. Sometime people who filling out registration forgetting/not realizing that they already have an account tied up to their email address or they may mistakable reach the registration page and then navigate to Log In. So basically we are trying to figure out the differentiate on this experience from the customer. Therefore, it won’t skew our exact abandoned data from the existing customer. What is the best method of capturing this from the user for the above scenario. Hi, I am doing an Activity export of delivery logs and Tracking logs.Delivery logs has Segment code in it so i can easily populate it.There is no segment code in Trackinglogs. Can you give me some direction on how to get segment code for tracking logs.I am pretty sure there is a parent schema above profile tracking logs that have a segment code.But i cant find it. Thanks

Hi Team, We got a request to implement below customization content fragment in AEM6.4. Could you please provide your suggestion/advise on this. 1) Add a paragraph text under a text field (granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/textfield), which provide some key notes about the text field( like "*Note the text field value much exactly match the value set up in the xyz system...") and we don't want to use field description and it need to be a paragraph. 2) We have a dropdown in the content fragment and we need to show/hide other fields in content fragment based on the dropdown value. ThanksSeran.

Hi everyone,  I experienced a few instances of the issue like this. I developed an image slider component in AEM. As you click on the pre and next button, the images are supposed to scroll to the left or the right. However the functionality doesn't work in the Preview mode. When I publish the page, the component works fine. Another problem is with the sticky menu effect on the client side. I put the code in the client lib. It doesn't work in Preview mode but it works fine when I publish the page. I was wondering if anyone knows this issue or knows if it is possible to fix it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Lucy 

Hello all, I fell like I am getting crazy. I want to create a solution in wich if there is a phone number of a credit advisor than display it, if it is empty display the default number. The default number is displayed without any problem. But instead of the credit Advisor Phone number it displays "bestOfferBankAmountOfRate".    I tested if the {{lead.creaditadvisorphne}} works and it does. So I have no clue where I made a mistake. Hi All , I have a usecase to restrict the access to template authors-saying not to modify any existing templates that runs in production , only they can create New Templates if required.Please let me know the best way to solve this. We have a channel that has the following steps:   10 - Member 20 - Filled Out Form (Success) 30 - Influenced (Success) 40 - Lead Not Accepted I've noticed that people that are the "Lead Not Accepted" status are still marked as a Success in these programs? Is this by design or is this something I should put into support. I know people can't move backwards in status in programs, but wasn't sure if success could be revoked in a later step.

Hi,  We are creating landing pages in ACS for Asia where users are required to fill in their mobile phone instead of their email addresses. Is there any way we can reconcile/deduplicate with mobile number only? In addition, users might not fill up their mobile number with country code and duplicate records will be created in Adobe.
