One of our clients is already using a third party SDK to send mobile app push notification to their mobile app, as a part of their loyalty program. Removing this SDK is out of the question. At the same time, the client is keen to implement the Adobe AEP SDK to start also sending mobile push and in-app push notifications from Adobe Campaign Standard. As mobile maturity grows, this is a situation we expect to experience with more and more of our clients. Is it possible / feasible / recommendable to implement the AEP SDK for sending mobile app push notifications, in addition to the third party SDK, in effect having two mobile SDKs both sending push notifications in the same app? Or is there any other best practice architecture you would recommend instead? 

I currently have a Landing Page Test Group A/B testing 2 Landing pages. I have a winner and now I only want to link to 1 of the Landing Pages, and stop the test. Do I just Unapprove (see below)  the Landing Page in the Test Group and then the link will only go to the 1 remaining Landing Page?   

My experience targeting experiment has 5 variations with 5 different segments. Should the order in which that I create those variations for segments matter? Because my audiences are not mutually exclusive,thougths?

In the good-ol' days of Adobe LiveCycle we often reused form fragments multiple times in a single form. To ensure data bindings worked correctly we would:Bind the fragment subform to a higher-level XML element (i.e. a complex type)Bind fields inside the fragment to individual XML elements At runtime, the form would then assemble to XML binding by adding the subform binding and the field binding together.I can't seem to get this capability working in AEM Adaptive forms. Dear Members,I am facing one different kind of issue,After clearing the dispatcher cache multiple times, still query parameter is required to show the actual content from the publisher in incognito of the chrome browser\\. Some more point:1.There is some anomaly in the author and publisher content.2.I am using SDI to cache the experience fragment component on the page.3.Experience fragment is being used for header and footer. can anyone has faced such an issue ? Am looking to activate the content items(as part of some node update activity)For this i have built simple java stand alone application.Am successfully able to:1. Access the crx/de2. traverse to the node3. update4. now i need to activate so am using:replicator.replicate(session.getUserID(), ReplicationActionType.ACTIVATE, currentNode.getPath());but am getting null pointer exception as replicator value is null.  How can i get the replicator value with out making this application as aem service or anything?Thanks for reading.   

In AEM 6.4 when a page is published its version will increment by 0.1. My requirement is to increment the version by 1.0.Please suggest best approach for this. Thanks,Kaustuba TM

Dear, We are currently investigation how we can setup write rights to Hive/Hadoop to store temporary results on Hive/Hadoop instead of in the SQL DB of AC.We also read it might be possible to use Hive/Hadoop tables in the enrichment / split activity, and not only in the RDBMS activity. We however have some questions related to this, maybe the community can help us:- Is it possible to store the result of an RDBMS activity on Hive instead of the SQL DB of Adobe Campaign?- What rights does AC need to be able to write tables on Hive/Hadoop?- How can we configure AC to be able to do this?- How can we achieve access to Hive/Hadoop through enrichments/split activities?- Is there any risk that giving those rights will also grant rights on other tables? Any input can help!

Hi All,Hope you are doing good. In my Knowledge, the total time spend on the site is calculating by taking the time between the first and the last hit (server call) sent to Analytics.My Question is when will be the last hit happen if  a visitor comes to my site , with out further interaction he closed his browser. in this case how the last hit happen ? and how this total time reflect for calculating the average time spent on site . Thanks in advance.

Live Cycle Forms aren't retaining field info upon submission if not originally filled with Adobe SW product. How do I fix the forms to be inclusive of all pdf fillers? This is a new development. (4-20-2020)

One of the user is getting the below error while she is downloading the data of display results( which we get when we run individual query activity.) : XTK-170046 An error has stopped the transfer of file 'X:\PANEL\Panel_Experience\Campaigns\_Reporting\Campaign Reports\Automations Data Exports\2020\3. Mar\3.csv' (16).while other users don't see this issue.  What might be the issue here?

We have two table : Table 1: (say MCP ) Table 2: (say NMSRecipient )  MCP table's first name and last name is loaded into NMSRecipient schema through a workflow data loading activity based on a primary key such that if a primary key already exist in NMSRecipient table it updates the data and if primary key is not there in NMSrecipient table it will insert the row. First name and last name are inserted as below : Using the Smart() function.  now the first name in MCP table is looking good like below but in NMSRecipient table for the same respondent id the values look different: See the below SS the first two columns are from MCP table and last two are from NMSRecipient table the chinese characters are very different. Why is this so? any suggestions.      

We would like to create an onboarding program where a welcome email is sent out a day after a person opens an account with us. Our database is updated every night at midnight.   This means that if someone opens an account on Monday, our Database would be updated to reflect this information on Tuesday, and on Tuesday, that person would be added to our program. If we added in a “Wait 1 day” step, that wait step calculates 1 day based on the date they were added to the program (Tuesday), vs the date they actually opened the account (Monday) – correct? So, in this scenario with the added 1-day wait step, the person would get our welcome email on Wednesday?   I checked the documentation/read through other user questions on this and didn’t find what I was looking for, so any help is appreciated.

Hi Folks,  I have to do a PoC for using a AWS S3 bucket as external datastore. The Instance I have is with AEM 6.1 using default CRX2 TarMK (all in segment store).  From what I have read and understood, the S3  works only for data store, so to accomplish my task I have to:Use the crx2oak migration tool to migrate/upgrade the AEM 6.1 repo to newer AEM6.3 with separate Segment Node store and Data Node StoreSecond run of crx2oak tool to "push" the DataStore to S3 bucket (assuming the S3 connector is already configured.)  I have challenges with step 1. HiI am using AEM 6.3 and i would like to setup TarMK cold standby according to :How to Run AEM with TarMK Cold StandbyI have :1. Copied the whole instance to another server2. Setup the runmodes on both instances "standby" and "primary"3.
