In ACS, is there a way we can populate the list of variables, lets say, list of workflows that have completed for the day, in an email? Thank you.

My AEM platform contains 3 websites of which contains lots of content. I need to remove/add/modify content nodes in production without affecting content authors and their daily tasks. What is the best practice and best way to remove/add/modify content nodes without affecting production content authors? How should I test this and go live?

Hey All-Here is what I think may be a unique problem. We have a B2B2C model. All of our B2B records were loaded in from SFDC and overall, the sync has been great. It's allowed us to do a ton of good work. But, we also have a web services API that loads in our B2C records. We have done a bunch of work to isolate the fields being used by our B2B records and B2C records - to prevent overlap. Unfortunately, there remain a few fundamental fields like name and email address. What we are finding, is that at times, our web services API is loading in/updating B2C records that have an email address matching one of our B2B records - therefore overwriting some key fields in both Marketo and eventually SFDC. Obviously, this has big problem potential. Our gut feeling, is that if we could find a (ideally dev-free) way to tell Marketo we don't want that API to update records that have a SFDC ID - this would squash the problem all together. Anyone have any good ideas?

I'm trying to create a customised report for a dashboard but can't work out how to do this.  I'm fine with creating the kind of reports I need via the workspace and projects but struggling with how to do this for the dashboard and need it to appear on there.  Can anyone direct on how to do this?

Hi,The css on our landing page code all hyperlinks to blue, however the background of the form is blue so when the "not you?" is hyperlinked via a token it is automatically changed to blue.Does anyone know how to customise the colour of tokens which turn into links?Thanks,Bec

We are installing and configuring AEM Forms 6.3 Server with Weblogic 12.2.1.3 and Oracle 12.1.0.2 database in Centos linux. The configuration is performed using non-interactive mode with ConfigurationManager script. The 'initializeLiveCycle' step is failing with following below error. The creation of database is done as specified in documentation and right privileges are granted for the user as well. I ran a JCR query by going to CRXDE Lite and get the results I want. Is there a way to extract or save the result set from the query into  either text or excel file?

Dear all, When looking at page report to have conversions associated with each, conversions data do appear on report while nothing on workspace.I do not have access to admin set up on the Adobe Analytics account. Would you have an explanation for this? Many thanks, Camille

Up until a day ago, editing pages was possible on our author for the users in a specific group with admin (i.e. total) privileges, so that if they went on Sites they would see something like this:  Recently instead (and I cannot figure out what changed), logging in with the same users produces the outcome below: much more limited options... and in particular, the inability to edit pages.  We are running on a 6.5 instance. All the bundles are in Status Active or Fragmented.If I inspect the logs I find no relevant errors. The only thing I can register is that, if I forcefully try to edit a page by going on /editor.html/content/pagepath.html while logged with an admin account, similar errors occur:  The names of custom code are omitted from the images.In terms of permissions, the users of this user group have this level of access: What am I missing? What else is required for these users to be able to edit the pages?Thank you all very much.

New to Community and AEM 🙂 and this feels like 101 question, but have read up an searched but did not find any real info on Project Benefit of using it. (I did find info on how to create, issue etc.)  Our current structure we have numerous sites. Each sites was create by creating a page and then building from there. One of the main issues is that all users can see all the sites, etc so there is risk that marketing person can accidentally change another brand's site. I was wondering if this was something we can solve with Project.  Therefore what is the benefit of creating a site within a Project instead of creating from a page.

There is a enumeration field available to group URL categories. We are able to add URL category after sync up email content.Is there any possibility to add category when the link was added in AEM or through Personlization block.

Hi, I Have an external Micrsoft SQL server database defined in the external account in my ACC. I am able to use the database from the "JavaScript code" activity  in the ACC workflows with no problem. However, when I am trying to query that external database from the "Script" Activity in the ACC web application(for example, by just a simple select sql query or a simple join), in the preview debug window. it shows some errors like below: Cannot load document of type 'External Accounts (nms:extAccount)' satisfying condition '([/@name] = 'MY_EXTERNAL_DATABASE_NAME)'. XSV-350062 Unable to start data source 'nms:extAccount:MY_EXTERNAL_DATABASE_NAME'. Hi,In ACS is it possible to use an own new custom table other than the OOTB Profile table to configure a new Target Mapping. Can this new Target Mapping be used in the new email template along with the new custom table for Target Audience selection from only this custom table and its linked tables.?

Can someone please help me.I need to make an interactive email signature for 40 people. The same template but individualised information. I created the template for each one in Indesign, now I need to export it as a jpg/pdf and import it to Photoshop. In Indesign my file is 650px by 237px, after I export it I check the dimentions and the size is stretched almost 4 times bigger. (which then in the process means the email signature is bigger than the computer screen, which is defeating the purpose) I played around with the PPI- when i export it to 72PPI the dimentions stay the correct size, but then the file is so pixellated that I can't even read what is written on it, and so as I go up with the PPI the dimentions of the file also goes up. I have seen this issue with my Illustrator files aswell... How do I fix it?

Hi All, Is there a way to just copy the component and not its dialog element value ?we have a textfield which we are populating with random number and it should be unique for each authored component. But when I copy paste component, the textfield value is also getting copied. I am trying to find a way if there can be a way to read this event and values are not copied. Thanks in advannce !!!
