Hi all,I am looking for 2 things:1. Does anyone happen to know the internal working of CRM connector. What I am particularly interested in knowing is how the querying is done from the server            database and is there any involvement of "ServiceURL" in this process. 2. Does anyone know where can i find the "ServiceURL" being used in CRM connector ? The reason behind these questions is we have been facing a crmConnector timeout error. And the client is asking for the "ServiceURL" for investigating on their part.Any help on finding the "ServiceURL".Kindly refer the screenshot below for the error.Regards,Jayesh

Our legal team believes we need to treat email preferences per email address, not per person record. This works great for Marketo's system unsubscribe field because of Marketo's Durable Unsubscribe logic. However, I can't think of a way to natively mimic this logic within Marketo for other fields. Unfortunately we have a lot of duplicates, especially at the customer level, which are purposeful.So for example: Person A and Person B have the same email address. Person A unsubscribes from the Newsletter category in our Preference Center. How do I also update the Newsletter field for Person B to keep their preferences in sync? Is there a way we should try to code this outside of Marketo using APIs? 

HiI have a single page application using react js. AA implementation is done using launch. The requirement is to track user behaviour on the site and combine it with offline data. Now i want to populate the Visitor ID into an eVar so that i can link it with the customer ID (hashed email value captured in a different eVar). Can some one please explain how we can pass the visitor ID(its available in querystring parameter as mid) into an evar.

Abode Analytics Javascript Library AppMeasurement.js 2.12  is being used for Adobe Plugin development. We came across an error with 2.12 version of AppMeasurement.js – “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'ac' of undefined". On analysis we could find that, with 2.12.0’s AppMeasurement.js, AppMeasurement instance  doesn’t exist for window object.  This issue could only be resolved by modified the code mentioned as -  “DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE”.We are importing AppMeasurement.js into the JavaScript file. The error mentioned occurs only if we are importing the AppMeasurement.js to our JavaScript file and is not there if we are adding it through a script tag in the html file where the  JavaScript file is used (as suggested in Adobe Analytics sample code). Hi ,We have component dialog using Coral3 multifield(/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield). When we submit dialog it does not close and save content. The  dialog content.xml is similar to  AEM 6.3 Coral3 Nested Multifield - Dialog Submission is not working Any inputs as how I could resolve it.Thanks

I have a functionality where the workflow should be triggered based on the user click event i.e push. I know that workflows are triggered for activate and deactivate but how do I customize the workflow to get triggered when user clicks push. Push icon is being added by us in the UI.Thanks!

Hi All,I am doing the scanning of my application(I am using AEM6.4) on IBM AppScan tool and found issue for "target="-blank" is unsafe. I am using newtab ( target="_blank") while authoring the URL in text content in RTE. And as per the tool recommendation the fix is :- Add the attribute rel = "noopener noreferrer" to each link element with target="_blank".My doubt is do I need to add this fix with all of my target="_blank" on my AEM pages because I never used it. Hi - we have secure marketo landing pages (https) that we added GTM to in order to track pageviews and conversion buttons through floodlight tags with our ad agency. The GTM code is hard-coded on the marketo page and I am getting a page error when testing that says "scripts from unauthenticated sources" and also the two script (screenshot attached) are throwing errors. Any ideas on how to fix this?? Thanks!

so finally I got all the piping done and everything is working as expected. I have my adaptive form that I created from OOTB components and then I submit to a workflow. the workflow takes care of sending an email with the pdf and json file attached. done.now.... I want to start customizing the look of the form and I understand I can do that with the AEM forms designer where I can create a XDP template to work with.so.... I imported a pdf form that I had and it gave me all the fields I need as you can see below it actually named the fields on import FirstName for the highlighted field.so this is good so far I then saved it as an XDP file I went to FORMS and upload it the templateso now I have a template of the pdf just like I wanted it to look …. now I need to create an adaptive form with this template as a base. this is where I have my questions.... I create a form choosing a blank template and I choose the template I created I press enter and then editand now I don't see the template

We are setting some custom values through custom conversion variable (eVar)  programmatically by taking reference of Using s.linkTrackVars and s.linkTrackEvents .Example :   if (!window['s']) {       return;  }  s.linkTrackVars = 'eVar211,eVar212,events';  s.linkTrackEvents = 'event20';  s.eVar211 =  'test1';  s.eVar212 =  'test2';  s.events = 'event20';  s.tl(true, 'o', 'custom link track');Evars are getting reflected on omnibug plugin of chrome browser correctly whereas its not reflecting on omniture tool at path `Reports > custom conversion`. Please help to understand on following points -After what time interval `eVars` gets reflected on omniture tool once its set ? is it possible to reflect it at realtime ?Is there another way to set `eVars` to custom changing values ?

Hi ,We had upgraded from AEM6.1 to AEM6.3 and We find that in standalone  AEM6.3 under /etc/tags there are few properties like  [sling:resourceType ,languages, sling:target]  and which i would need to add under the upgraded version of AEM6.3 else edit tag  in touch ui does not workI am not able to add  new  properties like languages under /etc/tags using crxde .Below is the snapshot for the same.Any inputs as how i could solve the issueThanks

I have a schema of an Object, let's call it cus:object. User can create an Object instance or modify existing one selected in folder using the Form cus:object.There is also another schema - cus:provider - where the data of Providers (external systems) are stored.Object and Provider has no logical links - they are not using each other in real world.So cus:object and cus:provider don't have a link (<element type="link"... />) to each other also.Provider is a piece of information obtained from a CSV file importing to AC on a daily basis - so if it was existing yesterday it might be deleted today and vice versa.What I need right now is a button on the Object's form which will call the SOAP method and pass an array of Providers that user have selected. There is no need to store the combination of "Object-Provider" after.I'm wondering if I can define something like a temporary schema inside cus:object form just to use linkList input, or, what might be better, - if I could create someth

Can I have multiple sender addresses and reply to addresses in my Adobe Campaign instance ?With our business units becoming more focused we will be creating a regional / business unit variable so that each team can manage the sender addresses and the reply to addresses. However recently I watched a webinar on the offer engine & the ability to use AEM assets within the edit area of offer creation.Does anyone know how to make this specific integration availability? The apache mod_dispatcher docs at Installing Dispatcher​ assert that only openssl 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 are supported.  According to the openssl project at https://www.openssl.org/source/ , both 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 are out of support.  Internally we are using mod_dispatcher with openssl 1.0.2 and it seems to work, but 1.0.2 is also going out of support on December 31st, 2019.Will a future version of mod_dispatcher support openssl 1.1.1 ?

Hi,We are using the REST api in our instance to sync lead with their munchkin ID. We have a problem with the "SyncLeads" endpoint. When we are creating leads, for unknown reason, the request comes back "Successful" but the leadId for that user has no value, which causes us problems because we deal with that situation as an error when actually the lead is still being created in the background! Now when we tried to update that lead based on the mail for other purposes, the same email comes back duplcated:  One with the munchkin id and one with without. So I actually have 2 questions regarding this situation:- Why does syncLeads doesn't give us back the lead id everytime, even while it seems to be creating it? I expect an API call such as this one to be idempotent. -  How can we avoid to have duplicates with the same email?

As a part of requirement, i need to run a shell script in Adobe campaign v7. Is it possible to call a shell script placed in server from javascript?? Or please provide any other alternatives. The main function of this shell script is to transpose certain rows of file into column and then pass it to Adobe campaign. So without using Shell script, is there any other way to do transpose of row to column in Adobe campaign??
