For Roku. is it possible to implement the lifecycle calls as we do for ios/android devices? Looking through the Roku Heartbeat SDK documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/media-analytics/using/sdk-implement/setup/set-up-roku.html)​ it doesn't explicitly describe if implementing the lifecycle calls is possible or how to implement them for Roku in particular.

I am well aware of the Return Frequency dimension in Workspace.  However I need to get an average Return Frequency that isn't bucketed.  It would be a single number like "1.1 visits per month."  Is it possible to get that single number in Workspace, or even Reports & Analytics?

Hi there,I have created a custom resource which contains a link to the profile resource for each record.I need to insert new records and update existing ones using flat file upload via a workflow.I am able to update all other data fields except the link to the profile resource.Any idea how can we map a profile field in .csv file to the profile link in custom resource.Thanks,Rahul

Hi Team,I firing image beacon using Ensighten built in method as shown below.Bootstrapper.imageRequest("//met2.hp.com/b/ss/hphqglobal,hpi-hphqelite1.0/1/JS-1.4.4/s"+a+"?s.eVar81="+eVar81);I am able to see the image beacon firing on the page as shown in the attachment, but I am not seeing the data in the workspace. Please reply asap.

Is it possible to display the value of <%= delivery.internalName %> in the Tracked-URL Calculation formula?  For example, I have just sent an email with &TC=<%= delivery.internalName %>&DC=<%= delivery.deliveryCode %> in the Tracked-URL Calculation formula.The ‘delivery code’ of the delivery is set to: Test1The delivery ‘Internal name’ is: DM988400 When I send an email delivery, the delivered email that lands in the Inbox contains the following tags in the URL:TC=Mid_1583534&DC=Test1 The Delivery Code tag is correct. The Internal Name tag is not correct: It should display DM988400, but is instead displaying Mid_1583534Is Mid_15xxxxx a mid sourcing number? How can I get the Internal Name stored on the local server instance, in our case a DM number to display in either an email or URL.We do not want the mid sourcing (mid_) number.

We've merged a number of leads with duplicate contacts in Salesforce, and Sales Insights were stored on the lead records. Sales Insights are no longer populated in MSI on the updated contact. Are Sales Insights merged when SFDC lead/contact merge? If not, how can we get the MSI of the lead migrated to the contact?

Hi all, Is it possible to do Adobe Campaign Installation without External Apps like IIS, Tomcat, Email Server Etc? Taking this main approach of installing all these one by one, I am getting into multiple issues and I want to get to Campaign working at the earliest with minimum most installations and time. If I just install AC Server and Client, when I open my AC Client, it is showing "Adobe V6" for connections and it has URL http://localhost:8080. This URL itself is not working because I do not have IIS. Tomcat etc, I believe. On the other hand I have made IIS available by making the checkboxes and URL "http://localhost/" is showing IIS landing page. So, now if I want to create a new Instance, what to do, preferably without IIS and Tomcat? The AC server version I am using is 7.0.8857. Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

Hi so I have been able to now submit my adaptive form invoking a workflow. and it is sending an email with the DOR (pdf of the form) all is good …. now I want to add a step "Invoke Form Data Model Service" which I think can submit the data into Dynamic CRM. or maybe there is a different step to post the data into Dynamics CRM??? if you have more doc or videos on how to accomplish this I will appreciate it.

Hi All,There is a scenario I am facing right now. I have created a Test User and Added him to few groups. Now I have deleted the user but the user's UUID which is referenced to group is not getting removed from property rep:members in Group. I am not able to delete that reference even manually from crx as the delete is disabled. Please help me with this to remove the user reference from group. My Approach : Created SQL2 query to fetch the user using rep:principalName and get the node, from that node get UUID and then using that UUID build another SQL2 query get the Group's user belongs to, then I am trying to remove the user reference. Please suggest me.

Hi, I've set up a velocity script to sort a currency field of a custom object. We were facing some memory/garbage collection issues on one of our AEM 6.3 publishers. We did a heap dump analysis and the one suspect said:243,406 instances of "org.eclipse.jetty.server.session.HashedSession", loaded by "org.apache.felix.framework.BundleWiringImpl$BundleClassLoaderJava5 @ 0x741a1fee8" occupy 1,421,271,104 (66.52%) bytes. These instances are referenced from one instance of "java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap$Node[]", loaded by "<system class loader>"This lead me to this article: AEM instance crashes with OutOfMemoryError due to Jetty Sessions . (Even though that article was for 6.0 and 6.1, it fit our issue pretty well.) We've had issues with our Jetty sessions before - the Session Timeout was still set to the default 0, so we set it to 20. But when we changed it, the parent setting didn't change; it stayed at the default 0. Has anyone else noticed this anomaly?  In certain situations, a graph that would otherwise display data when mousing over a particular element does not display it as expected.Doesn't work:Works:I've found that by either hiding the side panel or zooming out on the page helps, but this is not necessarily intuitive to the business users we have accessing our Workspaces for regular reporting.  Some users are simply coming to the Workspace to make a cursory review of metrics on a regular basis, and having to provide instructions to change the zoom on their browser or hide the components bar is troublesome for people who are not frequent users of the tool.Wanting to validate if this is an anomaly on my end or if others have a similar issue.  I'm currently using the most recent version of Google Chrome, but this issue has been annoying me for quite a while.  Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I'm trying to install a package in AEM 6.2 and I'm getting "Package parameter is missing" error while uploading the package. Even I tried creating new AEM instances to check and resulted with same error. But when i install the same package on other machines it's working. I see below warning in error.log. I've even tried with curl command but didn't work. Hello,in CQ5.6 it was possible to upload assets with drag & drop from the desktop directly in the siteadmin view'http://localhost:4502/siteadmin#/content/dam'Now, with AEM 6.4 and the classic ui mode enabled it is not working anymore, the browser display the dragged assetinstead of uploading the file to the dam.Is it a bug or i have to enable the drag & drop functionality?Thank you for your help,Thorsten Köhler

However accessing the value in an Activity A/B test via Custom Code Modifications the values aren't deserialized the same.Profile Script (user.testValue)return ['test', 'blue'];orreturn {key1: 1, key2: 2};Within an Activity A/B test modification custom codevar profileValue = "${user.testValue}";console.log(profileValue);The console output will beandBasically for string arrays, the quotes are removed when accessing the value within an Activity and the JS object is returned in a different format. Is there a method of accessing the token values other than ${user.token} that would retrieve the value correctly?I only found this storing an array of strings in a profile attribute  thread with the same issue, but the answer didn't actually address the question.Thanks.

Dear CommunityI was asked to deliver the number of unique customer IDs year to date split by month, and I cannot myself figure out whether it is possible to calculate this number. Example:In January 2019 I had the following customer IDs visiting my website: AB12AC13AD14This give me 3 unique customers that month.In February 2019 I had the following customer IDs visiting my website: AB12BA21This give me 2 unique customers that month.In March 2019 I had the following customer IDs visiting my website: AB12AC13CA31This give me 3 unique customers that month.I am then asked to deliver a table that looks like this:January 2019      3 unique customersFebruary 2019     4 unique customers March 2019          5 unique customersI am using the APPROXIMATE DISTINCT COUNT within Calculated Metrics to find the number of unique customer IDs in total but it does not work with the CUMULATIVE function to split it per month. I've seen articles about ReCaptcha and honeypots, but am not sure that either alone will solve our root issue. I'm hoping there's a combined approach that could solve our issue. We are proactively trying to address our global forms before any potential escalations in spam attack volume.My understanding (please correct me if I'm wrong) is that the ReCaptcha implemenation found here does not prevent leads from entering Marketo. Instead, the data from the ReCaptcha is webhooked into Marketo and appended to the Lead record. You can then use the data to delete spam leads through a flow.My understanding is also that honeypot fields are easy for a dedicated spammer to identify (even if they don't have an obvious name) and bypass.
