Hi there! We are not seeing any data populating with SFDC with our Marketo Sales Insight. We've checked the activity log in Marketo and the interesting moments, scoring, web visits are there. I have a static list of ~3000 URLs that I need to pull multiple metrics for into Excel (and/or Power BI). I don't want to pull all possible URLs into a tab and then VLOOKUP because there are millions. I am wondering if there's any way to pull in metrics referencing a list of URLs already in Excel, like is possible for referencing dates from cells. Given that there are 3K items I cannot feasibly create a segment and a classification file is not an option. I suspect this is not possible, but would like the experts to please confirm. I would appreciate any suggestions as well.Thank you!

I have a question and maybe someone could help us out. We are looking for a Marketing sdk which gives us back which Marketing channel etc. brings us how many installs for our app. Something like Adjust, AppFlyer etc. Is there something like that Adobe is offering?

Hi,In the last 6.11 build 8947, the French version of the documentation (Adobe Campaign Release Notes ) states that the logonEscalation method used in WebApps or JSSP is deprecated.But it doesn't explain how to manage the authentication right now.Interestingly the English version of the RN doesn't mention it ==> Adobe Campaign Release Notes So, question: how do we manage the authentication or escalation with build 8947 ?Thanks !

I trying to find out from the community what is the best method to move personalization blocks created in a staging environment into a Production environment.  Is it to create a Adobe Campaign Package?  Any other options?

Is there a way to prevent a report from being sent if there are no campaigns that were sent?   I am going to use an Email Performance report to send to the owners on a weekly basis for what was sent out the previous week, but if there was no campaign sent I don't want it to be emailed.   Otherwise they'll be confused as to why there is no data and I'll just be wasting their time. I want to send only useful info not blank report emails.Thanks!

We have been using daily calls to the Adobe reporting API to retrieve session data including segments. However, with some of our larger customers, we are now hitting the 'Low Traffic' issue.We've looked at Data Warehouse requests, but it doesn't appear that they can be scheduled daily - (also they don't write to s3 which is desirable)Data feeds can be scheduled daily (and even hourly) but its not clear that all of the customers segments will be available via the mc_audience field.We only really need to extract an evar and segments that each session falls - Are there options (other than those above) that avoid the 'low traffic' issue?Thanks in advance!

I have gone through the process for creating a custom Metadata Schema that is outlined below: Use the metadata schema form I am able to successfully apply & save custom metadata values within my Author - Assets area.  I have also implemented the Custom Search Facet functionality that is outlined in the following article, which I have been able to get working as expected in the Author - Assets area.  Use custom search facets I have also published the Metadata Schema and Search Facets to Brand Portal as outlined here: Publish presets, schema, and facets to Brand Portal However, when I publish an asset with a value entered into a custom metadata field to our Brand Portal, the custom metadata field & value(s) that are visible in our Author - Assets area are not showing up in the asset properties on Brand Portal.  Please see attached screenshots.  Any ideas on what needs to happen beyond what I've outlined above to get this working as expected?  Source image file 17832 not available

We've had an email recipient reply to one of our recent emails stating that they have unsubscribed multiple times but when we checked, the *replying* email wasn't in our database but the email we *delivered* to was in our database.For the email in question: "To:" shows first.last@domain.com But ab123@domain.com was in the auto-added unsubscribe HTML, "This email was sent to ab123@domain.com."In this case would the ab123@domain.com be an alias, forwarding email, or retired email?Is there a workaround to force MKT_TOK to associate unsubscribe action with the delivered email?

Hi All,We're trying to send Delivery information over to our CRM system, but are encountering significant slowness and eventual timeouts. I'm curious if others have experienced the same situation? How do you send email information into CRM?We are trying to send only a few fields -- a mirror page URL link that we used javascript to create (but is just text at the time of being sent), the label, the description, and the Delivery Code.This works perfectly on a small scale, however when put to our actual sending scale, it appears to send only 500 records every 4 minutes -- this results in hours of transmitting data and then the connector activity eventually times out and stops transmitting. Adobe support found at its peak it was sending as many as 51K per hour, but this is still well short of our desired goal.- Customer service needs insights into the email sends right away, because thats when customers call in.So my question is -- what do you send over to CRM? Besides contact Admin/Dev team or reading the variable map, is there anyway I can know which evar or prop is used for tracking specific dimension?e.g.We do track our user login type, but as a business user, I carefully checked the debugger or from Network Console, cannot find a evar/prop listed containing the value we want.But from AA, I can see e.g. evar101 is used: User Type C101 (evar101): Premium UserThen why it is not displayed in debugger?Is there any method to check any other "Hidden" evar/prop from debugger or any other way?(I ask this is because of the communication gap with Dev team, looooong responding time)Thank you.H

I encountered lot of deprecated / not found annotation issues too. My main class com.aem.authen.core.OTPBasedAuthenticationHandler always shows in unsatisfied state in OSGi console. This happens due to Has anyone configured custom authentication handler successfully in AEM6.4? We've created a custom asset 40+ field metadata schema in a developer test AEM environment and we wish to share that with other developers so when we develop and install our app's package through the package manager/eclipse.  Eventually will want to push that forward to a QA/STG/PROD environment.  How can you export/import metadata schemas in AEM 6.4+? I'd hate to have to maintain these individually and manually.  Our application utilizes property filter components that map directly to the schema and fail if the schema doesnt match 100%.

However, as new mobile devices are introduced over time, newer devices overtake previous top 5 Mobile Devices and these newer devices don't automatically have Operating Systems drill-down. Is there any way to automate this? The client is using AEM 6.4 SP2. The corporate mail server uses TLS. hence, in the Day CQ Mail Service, the TLS has been enabled. The corporate mail server also requires that the mail sender turn off the hostname verification. Is there any way, the Day CQ Mail Service can turn off the hostname verification?The alternative would be to write a custom "send mail" code that has the hostname verification turned off. Of course, the first preference would be to use the out of of box Day CQ Mail Service instead.Thanks very much for reviewing my question in this post!!
