We've had an email recipient reply to one of our recent emails stating that they have unsubscribed multiple times but when we checked, the *replying* email wasn't in our database but the email we *delivered* to was in our database.For the email in question: "To:" shows first.last@domain.com But ab123@domain.com was in the auto-added unsubscribe HTML, "This email was sent to ab123@domain.com."In this case would the ab123@domain.com be an alias, forwarding email, or retired email?Is there a workaround to force MKT_TOK to associate unsubscribe action with the delivered email?

Hi All,We're trying to send Delivery information over to our CRM system, but are encountering significant slowness and eventual timeouts. I'm curious if others have experienced the same situation? How do you send email information into CRM?We are trying to send only a few fields -- a mirror page URL link that we used javascript to create (but is just text at the time of being sent), the label, the description, and the Delivery Code.This works perfectly on a small scale, however when put to our actual sending scale, it appears to send only 500 records every 4 minutes -- this results in hours of transmitting data and then the connector activity eventually times out and stops transmitting. Adobe support found at its peak it was sending as many as 51K per hour, but this is still well short of our desired goal.- Customer service needs insights into the email sends right away, because thats when customers call in.So my question is -- what do you send over to CRM? Do you experience latency wh

Besides contact Admin/Dev team or reading the variable map, is there anyway I can know which evar or prop is used for tracking specific dimension?e.g.We do track our user login type, but as a business user, I carefully checked the debugger or from Network Console, cannot find a evar/prop listed containing the value we want.But from AA, I can see e.g. evar101 is used: User Type C101 (evar101): Premium UserThen why it is not displayed in debugger?Is there any method to check any other "Hidden" evar/prop from debugger or any other way?(I ask this is because of the communication gap with Dev team, looooong responding time)Thank you.H

Should I have set something up to track the above behavior that happens prior to a purchase event? If yes what is the recommended method? I have tried a few ways I thought tell me but as of yet no luck.

I encountered lot of deprecated / not found annotation issues too. My main class com.aem.authen.core.OTPBasedAuthenticationHandler always shows in unsatisfied state in OSGi console. This happens due to Has anyone configured custom authentication handler successfully in AEM6.4? We've created a custom asset 40+ field metadata schema in a developer test AEM environment and we wish to share that with other developers so when we develop and install our app's package through the package manager/eclipse.  Eventually will want to push that forward to a QA/STG/PROD environment.  How can you export/import metadata schemas in AEM 6.4+? I'd hate to have to maintain these individually and manually.  Our application utilizes property filter components that map directly to the schema and fail if the schema doesnt match 100%.

Hi there,I'm trying to create an automated monthly report where I can see the Operating System for the top 5 Mobile Devices for a particular segment. However, as new mobile devices are introduced over time, newer devices overtake previous top 5 Mobile Devices and these newer devices don't automatically have Operating Systems drill-down. Is there any way to automate this? The client is using AEM 6.4 SP2. The corporate mail server uses TLS. hence, in the Day CQ Mail Service, the TLS has been enabled. The corporate mail server also requires that the mail sender turn off the hostname verification. Is there any way, the Day CQ Mail Service can turn off the hostname verification?The alternative would be to write a custom "send mail" code that has the hostname verification turned off. Of course, the first preference would be to use the out of of box Day CQ Mail Service instead.Thanks very much for reviewing my question in this post!!

We are using custom multi field(multicompositefield) in page properties which saving the values as child node, able to add the values in dialog and those are saving fine, but when we open the dialog, the values are not getting populated in the dialog. The dialog is working fine when it is added as component dialog, issue happening when only the dialog is part of page properties, please suggest how to resolve this issue in classic UI.

Hi,               I would like to know what is the purpose of platform options in Adobe campaign admin - platform - options hierarchy ? Can we access the platform options in the campaigns / workflows created  ? If they are not used in campaigns / workflows , what purpose do they server. Eg. the default platform options are available and probably used by campaign itself. But, if I as an operator have right to create platform options, then I should be able to use them as well. I did not find any link which explains how we can use them. Configuring Campaign options Kindly help .Regards,Piyush

I was trying to connect the Analytics to sharepoint site to enable site traffic monitoring. While have followed the tutorial JavaScript implementation overview and I am not able to find the variable trackingsecureserver  from the code example. Even after I have included the VisitorAPI.js and AppMeasurement.js, the analytics tracking does not reflect to my sandbox analytics console.I have four questions:1. How to find the trackingsecureserver variable value?2. I can see a GET request to adobesandbox failing to complete from the console. I see net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error. Why is this happening and what is the resolution? I have now used trackingsecureserver and trackingserver variable(which I was able to get from code manager), both of them having same value now, is that an issue?3. Since the site is in sharepoint I was not able to add these  js script files as a part of HEAD tag. It is inside BODY tag. Is this an issue?4. s.t() value is not reaching onto var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)

Hi,I have custom workflow that is launched on asset creation. Though the workflow is completed i could still see it in instances.When i open the history i could see that the workflow is completed.Can you please let me know why is the workflow instance still in running status? Can we overlay the file to our custom path or we have to overlay the file to exact folder structure location as in libs, for example i want to overlay the constants.js(/libs/cq/ui/widgets/source/constants.js) file, in this adobe recommended Copy this file to /apps/cq/ui/widgets/source/constants.js for overlaying, but in my project that folder structure is not there, so i have copied to the custom path in apps folder and tested the changes and overlaying is working fine.

Hello everyone,Could anyone help on this. I have some of the pages which takes time to load and process the user's request. That is why our request performance is showing warning or critical status.When i have checked JMX console for requestsStatus (HealthCheck), it shows This health check looks at the 75th Percentile (ms) in relation to warning and critical thresholds. The warning threshold is at 200 ms and the error threshold is at 500 ms.In our site few pages are takes more than 500ms and we have configured monitoring tool on it, Which is giving continuously alert for warning or critical for the same.Can we increase the threshold value for request performance as we cannot reduce the load for these pages?

When will Launch be upgrading the extension to use at.js 2.0 (or higher)?

I just ran a report on an email I sent and it said 38 Clicks and 20 Unsubscribes. I ran a second report to get a list of those who clicked on the specific link CTA. That said 8.To check I created a smart list that said -Clicked link in email is (The Email)in past  30 daysMember of List (The List)Then looked at the campaign members and go into qualified leads which were 38. Looks good. Then I start to  look at each person's activity log  - Unsubscribes are in there?! I thought they weren't included in clicks?I ended up going through all 38 and there were the 20 unsubscribes included. Im confused!Help!
