When our emails arrive in my client's company gmail email accounts, the company "from email address" that we set in Marketo is ignored and instead gmail displays this:Is the part underlined in red specific to our company? Or does it just mean the real sender is Marketo - or a particular shared Marketo IP? I'm asking because I've seen that same email address reported as spam in bounce/email suspend causes. We're wondering if we should look into getting a dedicated IP address to lessen instances of being interpreted as spam. In other words, if a filter decides that potomac1050.mktomail.com is a spammer is that a response to my client's company or to a Marketo shared IP address?

Hi,We are seeing Adobe Analytics dashboards and report suite manager is not working in chrome. Page loads with dashboards but they are blank and for report suite, we can see all the report suites but I can't select a report suite to make changes. For the past few days and persisting, my dynamic reports do not display Unique Opens or Unique Clicks - only sends, total opens, total clicks, unsubs. I can see uniques in the deliveries directly, but no longer when using dynamic reports (which I rely on). Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi all, Let us say we are migrating content from an external system to AEM. First I would create templates, workflows and components in AEM. Then I migrate the content to AEM JCR. Now, my question is regarding creating AEM pages using the migrated content. Does this have to be done manually necessarily? Or Migration automation script could be extended to create AEM pages using the templates, dropping components on to the pages and configuring them? It is like automation script executing what normally a content author would do manually. Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

I am looking to pull metadata from images in scene7. I'd like to pull the information stored in the description field in scene7 into the alt tag field in Adobe Experience Manager. In looking through some archived documentation for scene7, this is the only information I've found regarding pulling metadata for image assets:  However, I haven't found any reference to a shared secret within Scene7.Where can this shared secret be found? Or is there an alternative method that can be used to pull metadata from Scene7 images?

Is what displayed here only seem when you just send an email in text-only format, or is this also seen if an email recipient chooses to not view the email in html?Thanks!

I have seen a few old threads suggesting this endpoint still exists but the only method of lead creation that Marketo seems to support in the docs is using the javascript library.  We have a version of that working if we have to, but we are hoping that it is still possible to simply post directly to a Marketo endpoint from the HTML form without loading Marketo's javascript library. Does such an endpoint still exist?An older thread led me to believe that a path like: {our-instance}.marketo.com/index.php/leadCapture/save2&formid={our-form-id}&munchkinId={our-munchkin-id}  would be the endpoint we are looking for, but when we try to post a form submission to this endpoint from a form on our site, the request fails and we get this error in console:"Mixed Content: The page was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300'. I pieced this script together from some existing scripts in my instance and from some posts I found here and on blogs, but when I preview the email, the date ends up having a space at the end. Is this an issue with the script? Hi there! We are not seeing any data populating with SFDC with our Marketo Sales Insight. We've checked the activity log in Marketo and the interesting moments, scoring, web visits are there. I have a static list of ~3000 URLs that I need to pull multiple metrics for into Excel (and/or Power BI). I don't want to pull all possible URLs into a tab and then VLOOKUP because there are millions. I am wondering if there's any way to pull in metrics referencing a list of URLs already in Excel, like is possible for referencing dates from cells. Given that there are 3K items I cannot feasibly create a segment and a classification file is not an option. I suspect this is not possible, but would like the experts to please confirm. I would appreciate any suggestions as well.Thank you!

Hi,In the last 6.11 build 8947, the French version of the documentation (Adobe Campaign Release Notes ) states that the logonEscalation method used in WebApps or JSSP is deprecated.But it doesn't explain how to manage the authentication right now.Interestingly the English version of the RN doesn't mention it ==> Adobe Campaign Release Notes So, question: how do we manage the authentication or escalation with build 8947 ?Thanks !

Is there a way to prevent a report from being sent if there are no campaigns that were sent?   I am going to use an Email Performance report to send to the owners on a weekly basis for what was sent out the previous week, but if there was no campaign sent I don't want it to be emailed.   Otherwise they'll be confused as to why there is no data and I'll just be wasting their time. I want to send only useful info not blank report emails.Thanks!

We have been using daily calls to the Adobe reporting API to retrieve session data including segments. However, with some of our larger customers, we are now hitting the 'Low Traffic' issue.We've looked at Data Warehouse requests, but it doesn't appear that they can be scheduled daily - (also they don't write to s3 which is desirable)Data feeds can be scheduled daily (and even hourly) but its not clear that all of the customers segments will be available via the mc_audience field.We only really need to extract an evar and segments that each session falls - Are there options (other than those above) that avoid the 'low traffic' issue?Thanks in advance!

I have gone through the process for creating a custom Metadata Schema that is outlined below: Use the metadata schema form I am able to successfully apply & save custom metadata values within my Author - Assets area.  I have also implemented the Custom Search Facet functionality that is outlined in the following article, which I have been able to get working as expected in the Author - Assets area.  Use custom search facets I have also published the Metadata Schema and Search Facets to Brand Portal as outlined here: Publish presets, schema, and facets to Brand Portal However, when I publish an asset with a value entered into a custom metadata field to our Brand Portal, the custom metadata field & value(s) that are visible in our Author - Assets area are not showing up in the asset properties on Brand Portal.  Please see attached screenshots.  Any ideas on what needs to happen beyond what I've outlined above to get this working as expected?  Source image file 17832 not available
