I have created an anomaly rule for a website with has PageViews > Anamoly is below expected >99.9% threshold.with this set up i was expecting that any dip in my site traffic will be reported. Which din't happen. Everyday the site was getting a PagViews of more than 1 Lakh which came down to 9000 in one fine day and in subsequent days it went further below.Can any body help me on that. Where could be the possible error?

I have 2 components A & B and Parsys allowing both the 2 components.If I drag & drop component A, then the Parsys should only allow component A and should not be allowed for component B.If I drag & drop component B, then the Parsys should only allow component B and should not be allowed for component A.Can I achieve this condition? If so, how can I achieve this?

Simple question. If I create a segment on hit basis with a condition amount > 20 $, then the segment filters out each order with order amt > 20 $ instead of single orders with that amount. How can I segment out the individual order items?

Dear All,I am trying to create a segmentation for Cart Abandonment Customers but based on the Product they have added to the cart.Example : If customer add Apple iPhone to the cart but didn't complete the purchase in the visit, i want to segment them for personalized offer.In Audience Manager, i have created traits individually for Add to Cart Event, Product and Purchase event. In segmentation i have added that (Add to Cart Event and Product) And Not (Purchase).But the segmentation number is not right as it is also calculating the Audience who viewed the Product and added another product to the cart.Example : Customer viewed Apple iPhone (s.products with product view will trigger), then viewed Samsung and added the Samsung to cart but didn't purchase.The above stated customers will also fall back to the segmentation i have created because, Add to Cart Event occurred, Product variable captured (Apple iPhone) but didn't complete the purchase. I am new to AEM Forms 6.3, but I have used LiveCycle ES4.  Under LiveCycle ES4 to create a connection, I added the SQL connection string to the adobe-ds.xml file under the deploy directory.  After restarting JBoss, I could use to connection to create a WSDL.  On AEM Forms 6.3 to add a SQL connection, do I have to use configMgr?  If I have to use it, how do I install it?  Thank you.

Working on a requirement to capture Salesforce Liveagent Chatbot interactions on client website . Captured web analytics data needs to be associated with respective data from salesforce which is stored in Oracle Database . Need help and suggestions to understand how this can be done. Few questions below hoping someone can help me with.Here is an example;I have three profile merge rule 1. First is called "authenticated user" and it is using current authenticated profile plus the device profile. Hi,We have configured alerts from the workspace but the alert which we receive doesn't have enough details for the users. Also the 'Analyze further' link present in the alert takes the users to the Panel workspace which has a trend analysis for visits. Is there a way to customize the e-mail alerts and the panel workspace by adding new metrics/charts like visit trend, pages visited etc. ?Thanks,S Sathish

We have 4-5 company-owned domains using the same Marketo account. It was just brought to my attention today that if a visitor has js disabled (very uncommon) or has a privacy add on to their browser (much more common), then the Marketo scripts are being blocked. This means no forms and no tracking.I came across an article that mentioned changing the <script src="//app-sj01.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script> script and replacing "app-sj01.marketo.com" with our CNAME. I'm not sure how I would do this on multiple domains, however.Which domain's DNS settings would we add the CNAME to?Do we need to do it on each domain?Does it matter?I was chatting with support about this, but apparently the question was too hard because they just pointed me here and left the conversation. Is it possible to set up an event in the Mobile Services UI to fire whenever a specific trackState runs? I know you can do it with the action context variable (e.g., a.action=login), but I'd love to be able to increment an event whenever a specific state/page occurs, and to do this via the UI.Thanks in advance!

Hoping someone might be able to clarify this for me.If we've configured Web/Mobile Apps/Apple TV/Samsung, etc to report into the same report suite:-Are the Adobe Analytics Out-of-the-box key metrics (Page Views, Visits, Uniques) equivalent on Mobile Apps and Web? meaning - if I look at page views that are out of the box, do mobile apps and web look at this metric the same way? Or what is different on mobile app page views for example vs. web? (when implementing using the latest SDK)Many thanks for the help on thisPaulina
