Hello Folks,I am trying to send an file present over server location as an attachment in recurring delivery, but facing an error. Below are the activities that i configured in workflow:Scheduler -> Query (Get Required Information) -> Data Extraction (Extracting to Server Location) -> Delivery Activity (Chosen a delivery template) -> EndI created a template with some content, target population specified and configured an attachment (Calculated Attachment). Provided the same server path where the file resides. But seems like it is not working as expected, do we need to provide some permissions to campaign on the directory. Because this directory has some access restrictions.Please help!Regards,Sri Bhargav

Hi,I am going by this AEM documentation for adding "Dependencies" in HTL Javascript file. HTL JavaScript Use-API .This is how I am trying to access dependent js file. When I add dependency i.e. MyUtils.js file in my javascript I get below error: org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.SightlyException: javax.script.ScriptException: Failure running script /apps/social/samples/components/mainmastertemplate/mainmastertemplate.js: Required script resource could not be located: ./MyUtils.js. The caller is /apps/social/samples/components/mainmastertemplate/mainmastertemplate.jsWhat's the correct way to access "Dependencies" in HTL js file?Regards,Ganesh

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage über die Zuordnung von Referrern zu Last Touch Channeln. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass ein Referrer sowohl dem Channel "Direct" als auch "Other" zugeordnet wurde. Auf den Screenshots sieht man den Referrer (dieser hat einen Redirect auf die Default Page eines Browsers auf mobilen Endgeräten). Wie man sieht laufen für beide genannten Channel Visits für diesen Referrer auf. Vielleicht kann uns jemand helfen und weiß woran das liegt? Viele Grüße und Danke im Voraus!

Hi,I have a question about the assignment of a referrer to last touch channels. We identified that one of the referrers was shown for the last touch channels direct and other.Here you can see screenshots of the problem. The referrer, which is marked black (the referrer has a redirect to the default page of a browser on mobile devices) in the picture, has visits for both, "direct" and "other".Does anyone know why?Thanks a lot!

Hi,We are using Adobe Campaign Classic - v6.1.  I am trying to understand what happens to out of office type replies that are sent in response to emails sent through the platform.  I have looked at the Non-deliverables Management section on our live environment - and see there is an Auto-replies rule that looks as though it would cover this - but it is not enabled on our platform.  Please can you advise what would therefore happen to any out of office replies received?  Would they be sent directly to the mailbox that is set as the reply address on the specific email delivery or are there any other settings to look at?Thanks in advance for any pointers/advice.

My team is having problems regarding the color picker (/libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/form/colorpicker) using AEM 6.1 in the touch ui.We can't add properties: editMode and freestylePallete.The jsp rendering the the colorpicker sends the settings in an object called "modes", but the js file uses a variable called "pickerModes".Is there a fix for this?

Hello, If there are RTE fields being used in multiple components and they all need to have the same plugin configuration, do you have to define all the rteplugin nodes for each of them or is there a way to define the plugin nodes in one place and reuse them in all the other places where rte dialog fields are used? So that duplicate nodes can be avoided.Sort of like the slingscriptinclude xtype used for rte in classic UI - Dynamic RTE Configuration Thanks.

I am trying to implement a custom Authentication handler in AEM 6.4 by following the helpx document Adobe Experience Manager Help | Creating a Custom Authentication Handler for Adobe Experience Manager 6.4   After following the document,I have built and deployed the package successfully.The Bundle is active.The services are available and active in system/console/components.I have whitelisted the bundle symbolic name as mentioned in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2355506.Still, I am unable to see the entry for the Custom Authentication Handler at http://localhost:4502/system/console/slingauth Also, no errors as such noticed in the logs.Has someone the same in AEM 6.4?  I there something I might be missing?Can someone help me out with the right steps with implementation example.

I have created an anomaly rule for a website with has PageViews > Anamoly is below expected >99.9% threshold.with this set up i was expecting that any dip in my site traffic will be reported. Which din't happen. Everyday the site was getting a PagViews of more than 1 Lakh which came down to 9000 in one fine day and in subsequent days it went further below.Can any body help me on that. I have 2 components A & B and Parsys allowing both the 2 components.If I drag & drop component A, then the Parsys should only allow component A and should not be allowed for component B.If I drag & drop component B, then the Parsys should only allow component B and should not be allowed for component A.Can I achieve this condition? Dear All,I am trying to create a segmentation for Cart Abandonment Customers but based on the Product they have added to the cart.Example : If customer add Apple iPhone to the cart but didn't complete the purchase in the visit, i want to segment them for personalized offer.In Audience Manager, i have created traits individually for Add to Cart Event, Product and Purchase event. In segmentation i have added that (Add to Cart Event and Product) And Not (Purchase).But the segmentation number is not right as it is also calculating the Audience who viewed the Product and added another product to the cart.Example : Customer viewed Apple iPhone (s.products with product view will trigger), then viewed Samsung and added the Samsung to cart but didn't purchase.The above stated customers will also fall back to the segmentation i have created because, Add to Cart Event occurred, Product variable captured (Apple iPhone) but didn't complete the purchase. I am new to AEM Forms 6.3, but I have used LiveCycle ES4.  Under LiveCycle ES4 to create a connection, I added the SQL connection string to the adobe-ds.xml file under the deploy directory.  After restarting JBoss, I could use to connection to create a WSDL.  On AEM Forms 6.3 to add a SQL connection, do I have to use configMgr?  If I have to use it, how do I install it?  Thank you.

Working on a requirement to capture Salesforce Liveagent Chatbot interactions on client website . Captured web analytics data needs to be associated with respective data from salesforce which is stored in Oracle Database . Need help and suggestions to understand how this can be done. Given that I'm able to capture "UniqueChatID" in adobe analytics which can be used as a primary key to link AA data with Oracle DB tables.Thanks,Aditya
