Hello everyone, We would like to send offers to recipients via SMS after users interactions on the website. We need to pass interaction data to Adobe Campaign Classic and let the offer engine send (or don't send) the appropriate offer via SMS. And this has to be done in real-time. Simply put, how can be this scenario achieved? I created an offer space for SMS channel, utilize the SOAP web service of the offer space but it just returns the appropriate offers, does not send the SMS. How can i make Campaign classic to send SMS also? I tried a lot but couldnt find an answer Should we use Message Center to achieve this? I could pass the event data to Message Center, add an offer to SMS delivery of MC but I couldn't use the event data on the eligibility rules of the offer. My email link performance report is telling me that I had 30 people click (see image below) on the "mailto:parker@ali-inc" link in the past 12 months. When I build my Smart List so I can see who specifically clicked on the link, and then click View Qualified People, no names/contacts show up. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone explain this for me?

I'm working in a Marketo instance where the Annual Revenue field in Marketo is only on the Lead - not the Account. Since Annual Revenue is an SFDC standard field, I can't map it to the Account version of the field in SFDC setup. Is this something that must have been missed when the integration was first turned on for this instance (years ago in a galaxy far, far away)? Is there any way to fix it?Thanks!Denise

Hi all,I am trying to get the mirror page urls for a large number of records and update the same in a table for reporting purpose. I have tried nms.delivery.GetMirrorURL() and successfully got the urls in a table. But the problem is it takes a lot of time to get the work done (approx. 90 mins. for around 8000 records). Can anyone suggest a more time efficient way to get these urls into the table (using a workflow). Below is the code i tried. Good morning!I'm new to Marketo and have lots to learn and have a question that perhaps our Community can help me with. I'm wondering if I can determine the source of a visitor to my Landing Pages.I've created 2 LPs in Marketo (besides "unsubscribe/confirmation" pages). I use them with several emails within a nurture series. I also use them as links in posts on partner and industry journal websites. I've looked at my Link Performance Report, but do not see a way to see which email or external link was the source of the visitor. Is there a way to get such details -- e.g. as if the page were part of my company's website and my Google Analytics data? Thanks for any advice/insights you can share.Dave Palmer, SImpay

Hi all,We store our customer's training history in a custom object. We use the velocity scripts to pull in the date of upcoming trainings and I am trying to take that script and adjust it to pull the last day they had a specific training but having issues getting it to pull the most recent date. I've read a bunch of articles on here and and around the web but I'm still struggling to get it to work/apply to our specific situation. Our code is a little messy because we pull off the training types (which have changed over the years) and for this specific use case, that the status of training is complete (due to a change in our sync the case changed so I'm accounting for that as well). The actually date I want to pull in is the most recent end date of the training. I am looking for a way to create a live copy out of a workflow using the server API.There are methods to get current live copies, but I don't see anywhere one for creating a new live copy. Is there anyway to programmatically create a live copy?One example how to do it?

Hello All,I am trying to send an email to a group email I.D and it doesn't give any error but we are not receiving the Email. Hi guys,In the Sling documentation, it alludes to using JavaScript instead of Apache SSIs to implement Sling Dynamic Includes (https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/dynamic-includes.html#javascript-include​) but it gives very little detail and no example. Is it possible to include certain components via JavaScript and others via Apache SSI? Is there more documentation/examples that I could see?Thanks!

HelloHere is my issue:I want to show differents offers for targeted members with a list, in this list, my columns will contains emails several offer name (ex: column A(offer1) Column B(offer2) etc..Once imported, I want my campaign workflow run and dispatches the offers for each member targeted according to the information contained in the list.I want to avoid to put if else statement since it can be massive list of  people targeted.what i did:I create offers, and add an enrichemnent  (nms:offer) between the query and the delivery, but i am not sure to how to make the targeted recipient linked to the right offer.any ideas?i am using CLASSIC

What are some of the most useful applications of smart crop?

We are setting up kind of a nurture campaign where if a lead fills out a form, we send them an email with an offer to download another piece of content by filling out a form. If the lead does not fill out this form, another email is sent 7 days later offering a product demonstration. The problem I am having is getting the second email to send correctly within the time frame of 7 days. I currently have a filter for the form if it is not filled out, but only having a filter makes the SL a batch campaign but we want it to be a trigger, but I'm not sure which trigger to use that will send the second email in 7 days if the form from the first email is not filled out. Is it possible to track when content is shared via email or messaging through external apps like smartnews or foxnews?Can this tracking tie back to original source of traffic?

When I send a text version sample email, I notice that the registration button sends users to our corporate home page, rather than the landing page I've assigned. Can someone please point me to the directions on how to remedy this? Thanks!Ranae

Hi Team,I am using AEM 6.3 version. I am trying to create a event from 9 AM -5 PM GMT but somehow when i publish the page, event time is showing incorrectly as 8PM. Please find the below screenshot. The first view is in edit more where you can see i have set the even start time as 9AM but once the site is published the event start time is showing is showing as 8AM.Checked in CRXDE - i could see date is updated as 9 AM -5 PM GMT.Please advice what could be reason for this issue  and next steps to troubleshoot.

Hi All,I am trying to connect AEM 6.4 with Hybris, Steps I've followed :1. I've installed package cq-hybris-content-6.3.2 via package manager, 2. I've added cq:commerceProvider as hybris in my page and component JCR content (example  /content/aemtraining/en/login-page/jcr:content) 3. In the component servlet, I've tried to do req.getResource().adaptTo(HybrisService.class) and req.getResource().adaptTo(HybrisService.class) 4. Hello,I'm new to adobe analytics, and started playing with the attribution windows.I'm finding that some of the visits and revenue columns are changing after a couple of days.this was the data on the first of May.the same data had changed when I looked the next day.When I look at the details for this certain parameter, we see some items get put in the wrong category, but after three days this would get corrected.One of the analytics users checked, and there wasn't any changes in the administrator levels to this certain table that we are using.From what I understand, attribution should correct it self after 24 hours, not 3 days.What might be causing this delay, or the conversion numbers getting changed?
