Good Morning,I installed dispatcher-iis-windows-x64-4.3.2 and AEM 6.2 SP1 on my win10 laptop following Installing Dispatcher .I'm able to access page http://localhost:8000/content/we-retail.html normally. But the problem is that none file is cached.I'm sure I have given write access to  Application Pool User (AEM in my case) for docroot.Based on the log, error is "Unable to open temporary file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aem\content\we-retail.html_PJNAa21612: Permission denied" . Cannot understand what happened to my server. Hi there, I have recently disabled one of our marketing channel, but there's still traffic recorded when i look into 'Last Touch Marketing Channel' report. Am wondering is it possible that there will still be traffic being bucketed into a Marketing Channel which we have disabled in Marketing Channel Manager? Hope to get an answer on this. Thanks!

Hello!I am currently working on first Adobe Analytics implementation project and I am learning on the go... Everything went well so far (using data layer and DTM) but recently I have encountered an issue.I have several props set up through my website but I find it really problematic to break down one by another.For example: I have a prop that saved the name of the page/ the URL when the page is loading. And then, I have another prop that saves the URL of a certain CTA clicked on that page. When I try to see which URL (CTA) have been clicked on a certain page it is just not working, it shows up a number much smaller than it should be. I tried this multiple ways in the workspace but still no clue.I would really appreciate it if someone with experience could guide me through this, maybe I have a faulty understanding and I should use evars instead? or should these props be setup in the same call?Any help is much appreciated!!Thanks,Ioana

For those who attended the Adobe Summit this year, the phrase "Marketo Engage" kept getting thrown around when talking about the platform itself. I was waiting for some kind of introduction to the new nomenclature and why "Engage" was needed, and maybe I missed it, but I eventually asked my CSM in person at Summit. The answer was vague and brushed off as simply synonymous with "Marketo" (when talking about the tool/platform). I haven't heard any lay users actually refer to it this way. My guess is the leadership is trying to get everyone accustomed to the word "engage" so that it won't be as big of a shock when Adobe changes the product to Adobe Engage. Going from Marketo to Adobe Engage is a bigger jolt than going from Marketo Engage to Adobe Engage. Is there more to this that I didn't hear about?

Hello community! I'm trying to figure out how I can remove individuals that we have previously shared a Workspace with that is no longer with our organization. Users that have been removed from our account, which no longer show up within the Admin Console, are still in the Share Projects list. I have not been successful in finding documentation or other conversations on how to do so.Thanks,Erica

We have a scenario where customers will phone or email our Contact Centre directly and ask to be unsubscribed. Our CC staff do not have access to Marketo and we do not have a CRM to manage this.  They have asked that:When a customer contacts us directly, our CC staff will provide that customer with a URLThe URL will be a Marketo (unsubscribe) landing page, with the email address prefilled.The customer will then go to that landing page, with their email address prefilled, and confirm they wish to be unsubscribed by clicking on the unsubscribe button.My question is, without access to Marketo, is there a way for our CC staff to generate a URL of the unsubscribe landing page, that allows email address prefil?  Something that would simply require them to just update the email address in the URL each time?TIA

Does anyone know of anyway to track if someone clicks play on that mp3 file?

Hi, I am trying to retrieve data provided in a report using the Adobe Reporting API. I have a pages report and would like to get top 20 pages containing a specific keyword and sorted by pageviews on a specific date. I see that search clause helps you search by dimension but not sure how to use it in the json response code. Also, is there a way to sort by metric. My dimension is Page and Metric is Pageviews. I am working on AEM 6.4 project. I saw that my core bundles are not installing in "jcrinstall:/apps/etap/install/etap.core-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar" but installing in "inputstream:etap.core-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar".So when i export my project, none of my back end logic is being exported. How to change Bundle location in web console?I tried uninstalling in console and running autoInstallBundle from ecllipse, but it is installing in wrong location only.

Good afternoon guys,I'm having a issue while designing the form that presents the Recipient data.In the Database I've satellite tables that might or not be populated if this recipient has that kind of characteristics, our recipient form is use only as a way to see information about a recipient and I'm designing it around that concept, by hinding the contexts that this recipient does not include, for example he might or not be part of the loyalty program and will only have an entry in the loyalty table if he does belong to it.I can hide the data via the use of containers but ACC tries to load it non the less and throws out an error saying that such data does not exist (it is not suppose to).So my question is how to prevent ACC from loading data about a recipient that it does not have and is not supposed to?How the container is at the moment:The actual error:Kind Regards,Bruno Cotrim

The DW extracts often include a substantial number of records that should have specifically been excluded by the segment applied in the extract.For example, segment container is Hit, and the condition is that eVarX does not equal "Unspecified" (we have also tried it with the condition eVarX exists - same result). And yet, the extract contains tens of thousands or records where eVarX is blank. Checking these records in Workspace produces "Unspecified" as the value for eVarX .The impact is that the extracts are oftentimes bloated x10, they take longer, and require additional cleansing. Any suggestions on how to prevent the extracts from picking up these records?Thank you

Hi, The moment I learned about the Campaign Inspector I was thrilled, but only for a short time...It has been a very useful tool for me for trouble-shooting, since I inherited someone else's instance and I don't know where things are or where changes happen. Campaign Inspector sounded like THE tool to solve this for me. However, I was soon disappointed with the following: I can filter my campaigns by campaigns that contain "Data value changes" or "Change data value" in their filter or flow steps, but, it won't tell me which data (field) is being updated... So the tool is almost fantastic. Has anybody figured out a way of searching for all smart campaigns that affect a specific field? (Other than relying on great and consistent naming conventions and / or cheching each "change data value" campaign in the instance)Thanks!

I've been using @Sanford Whiteman​'s excellent resource on using JSON in Velocity script but am stuck on how I'd go about only displaying certain records from the JSON.For example in the following I only want to list the relevant values where {{lead.email domain}} = allProjects.domain. So anyone with a domain of company01.com would see the first 2 records listed, whereas company02.com would only see the last record (there will be about 50 - 100 records in the JSON eventually). We are building out some instances using S3 as our datastore.  We are now getting to the point where we want to spin up the publish instances and make use of binaryless replication.In the documentation [linked] Configuring node stores and data stores in AEM 6  it mentions a secret value for binaryless replication as part of the config settings in the org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.blob.datastore.S3DataStore.config file.secret: Only to be used if using binaryless replication for shared datastore setup.What should the value of this parameter be set to , or how do we go about getting such a value?Thanks

Hello everyone,we have Adobe campaign v7 classic instance where we have existing recipient records. Till now contact number was added to phone field. We have recently introduced SMS and it is not considering phone field to target SMS deliveries. It requires mobile number field to be populated for the SMS delivery to be sent.In order to make it work either,We need all the contact numbers from phone field copied to mobile fieldor change SMS delivery targeting from mobile number to phone number.Please help me how we can do this.Kind regards,Imran

Hi All,We have migrated to 6.3 and we are facing some issues with link checker. It is disabling some of the links in publish, while allowing some other, but both the links are from same domain only.  We are getting following exception in logs,19.11.2018 13:59:42.865 *ERROR* [sling-default-2278-com.day.cq.rewriter.linkchecker.impl.LinkCheckerTask.7897] com.day.cq.rewriter.linkchecker.impl.LinkCheckerTask Failed to validate URL http://www.abc.com/*******; java.net.UnknownHostException: www.abc.comThis was working fine in 6.1 and link checker is enabled in both 6.1 and 6.3. We also compared the link checker configuration in both version and looks same.Please advise. Thanks in Advance.
