Hello,   After reading about AEM , I figure out that AEM is system for building, managing and deploying commercial websites and related services.My question is can we have web application ( develop using may be spring and deployed on application server ) which will connect to API / services hosted in AEM which will return back dynamic content.So will use AEM to control / maintain some of dynamic data and create and host entire site on AEM.Thanks.

I am trying to get our AEM 6.2 installation to use SAML to authenticate users with G Suite.I am following this guide:https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/saml-demo.htmlWhen I go to localhost:4502 I get redirected to Google and can select my account and then I get an error on GoogleError: app_not_configured_for_user Service is not configured for this user.I think this is because I need to setup the App within my Admin account within this dialog (Service Provider Details) I have to provide "ACS URL" and "Entity ID".Does anyone know what the ACS URL and Entity ID would be for AEM?Examples I have seen of the ACS URL are like: www.example.com/sso/samlThanks!

We are in the Process of setting pipeline in a Production instance (tested and working in DEV). Following all the documentation steps just like Dev, it seems the same does not want to work for Prod. The process starts but then immediately throws the error below:We have followed all steps as described and tried the troubleshooting steps several times but nothing seems to want to work. I currently have some forms set up that are saving to MySQL with the Drafts and Submissions process successfully. For our currently purposes, we are needing to keep these forms available as drafts for users to continually update relating to the progress of varying projects.However, we are also trying to do some reporting based on the data in these form drafts. Is there a way to simultaneously store the forms data to a separate table in the database that we can run reports from? Or is there another way to store and still be able to modify the data from a different table rather than using the drafts option? We previously had some database limitations in-house where we were not able to create our own tables, but that was recently resolved. If necessary, we can potentially change how we're currently managing the forms data with the drafts and submissions if we are able to put and pull the data from the database properly, however with close to 2000 active forms, it might be difficult to mig

I have a requirement to create a listener which should get the list of the files that are being replicated from author to publish ? These list of files should be sent to external application, that application will consume those list of files from the publish instance.

Hi,I've added a flow action to add leads who have filled out a form to sync to a SFDC campaign but when I checked, none of the leads had been synced and I found this error message when I looked at the 'results' section of the Smart campaign.Does anyone know what this error message means and why this flow action has been skipped? The part that's been crossed out was just the name of the SFDC campaign.Any responses would be greatly appreciated thank you!

I am building out an adaptive form and need customers to upload a file. This works as expected but I would like to write a rule that shows a "user details"  form fragment once a file has been successfully chosen from the aforementioned file attachment feature.Is this possible? My question was: does AEM perform the persistance operation asynchronously and should I wait with a EventHandler for these values? Or is it possible to continue without waiting?Thanks in advanceUwe

Good Morning,I installed dispatcher-iis-windows-x64-4.3.2 and AEM 6.2 SP1 on my win10 laptop following Installing Dispatcher .I'm able to access page http://localhost:8000/content/we-retail.html normally. But the problem is that none file is cached.I'm sure I have given write access to  Application Pool User (AEM in my case) for docroot.Based on the log, error is "Unable to open temporary file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aem\content\we-retail.html_PJNAa21612: Permission denied" . Cannot understand what happened to my server. Hi there, I have recently disabled one of our marketing channel, but there's still traffic recorded when i look into 'Last Touch Marketing Channel' report. Am wondering is it possible that there will still be traffic being bucketed into a Marketing Channel which we have disabled in Marketing Channel Manager? Hope to get an answer on this. Thanks!

Hello!I am currently working on first Adobe Analytics implementation project and I am learning on the go... Everything went well so far (using data layer and DTM) but recently I have encountered an issue.I have several props set up through my website but I find it really problematic to break down one by another.For example: I have a prop that saved the name of the page/ the URL when the page is loading. And then, I have another prop that saves the URL of a certain CTA clicked on that page. When I try to see which URL (CTA) have been clicked on a certain page it is just not working, it shows up a number much smaller than it should be. I tried this multiple ways in the workspace but still no clue.I would really appreciate it if someone with experience could guide me through this, maybe I have a faulty understanding and I should use evars instead? or should these props be setup in the same call?Any help is much appreciated!!Thanks,Ioana

For those who attended the Adobe Summit this year, the phrase "Marketo Engage" kept getting thrown around when talking about the platform itself. I was waiting for some kind of introduction to the new nomenclature and why "Engage" was needed, and maybe I missed it, but I eventually asked my CSM in person at Summit. The answer was vague and brushed off as simply synonymous with "Marketo" (when talking about the tool/platform). I haven't heard any lay users actually refer to it this way. My guess is the leadership is trying to get everyone accustomed to the word "engage" so that it won't be as big of a shock when Adobe changes the product to Adobe Engage. Going from Marketo to Adobe Engage is a bigger jolt than going from Marketo Engage to Adobe Engage. Is there more to this that I didn't hear about?

Hello community! I'm trying to figure out how I can remove individuals that we have previously shared a Workspace with that is no longer with our organization. Users that have been removed from our account, which no longer show up within the Admin Console, are still in the Share Projects list. We have a scenario where customers will phone or email our Contact Centre directly and ask to be unsubscribed. Our CC staff do not have access to Marketo and we do not have a CRM to manage this.  They have asked that:When a customer contacts us directly, our CC staff will provide that customer with a URLThe URL will be a Marketo (unsubscribe) landing page, with the email address prefilled.The customer will then go to that landing page, with their email address prefilled, and confirm they wish to be unsubscribed by clicking on the unsubscribe button.My question is, without access to Marketo, is there a way for our CC staff to generate a URL of the unsubscribe landing page, that allows email address prefil?  Something that would simply require them to just update the email address in the URL each time?TIA

Hi all, I have an mp3 podcast file embedded on my landing page using an audio script:audio controls> <source src="https://go.synack.com/rs/738-OEX-476/images/Synack Podcast - Executive Lunch - RSA 2019 - Episode 1 with Intro.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">Your browser does not support the audio element.</audio>I thought I would be able to track when someone plays the podcast using a link click (tracking the mp3 link) but that doesn't work. Does anyone know of anyway to track if someone clicks play on that mp3 file?
