If an email is sent from Message Center and bounces, does a flag get added to the Recipient (or whichever relevant) table in the Marketing instance to ensure that that recipient isn't contacted again?Or does Message Center not "speak" to the Marketing instance in this way?ThanksTom

A quick fix from our end could apparently be to download a newer version of the adobe at.js while setting a very short timeout (as it is now 15 seconds) and upload it on our CDN. Because of the long timeout all pages where the at.js is implemented are loading that long.Does it sound relevant? How can we do this? Thanks!

We are trying to fetch data from Hortonwork Hadoop. I created the ODBC data source (Connection test successful) in our windows server and created an external account using the ODBC datasource (there is no database type option for Hadoop) name as the Server. When I go to the Parameters tab of the external account and click on the "Deploy Functions", I am getting a success message. Hi Team,Could you please help me to understand the usage of Error address field in the Email channel section and authorized mask for sender addresses, authorized mask for reply addresses fields in deployment wizard? As I understand from the standard documentation, the authorized masks for sender and reply addresses are for ensuring that no addresses are used that could trigger delivery issues. Delivery addresses must be configured on the delivery server. In such case, could you please let me know what are the addresses that would enrolled in this field under the deployment wizard of instance?And for error addresses, will it be handled in the mid-sourcing server and will there by any configuration settings be made in delivery server? HiHow do I remove people from a simple default program for an event who have filled in a cancellation form for that event? The 1st was sent recently and while we had a v.low engagement score we had a relatively good open rate for a cold-email and want to look at sending different versions of the next newsletter to customers depending on how they engaged with us:If Filled out form X, Send Email 1If Clicked link X, Send Email 2Etc... etcCan anyone recommend a set up?I'm thinking a default program with multiple emails that are sent using one smart campaign based on filtering in the flow step could work but I prefer the reporting from the email program. Hi there - We recently sent out an email with a CTA link wrapped in a token. The URL token itself was set as resources.workato.com/URL (without any http/https), and in the email itself the CTA link was {{my.PageURL-Registration}}.Some people successfully registered for the event, and the links worked fine when we sent the email to ourselves. The strange thing was that we received some complaints that the link didn't work for them. One of them forwarded his email to us and true enough, the link was broken. Here was the behavior on the bad email:- Upon hover: the link shows em.workato.com/(tracking link)- Upon click: https//resources.workato.com/____Can anyone help explain the above behavior? We recently upgraded our tracking link domains with the SSL cert, so I don't think that's the issue. We're also using Unbounce for the landing page.
