I was wondering exactly what happens when you turn an engagement program back on.  We had a campaign running where the leads received the 1st email, but then they wanted to turn the program off due to some issues that had to be addressed before the 2nd email went out.  Now we are ready to start the program again, so if we turn the program back on, will the leads resume where they were in the stream, or will they receive Email 1 again and start over?  Thanks!

Hello Everyone,I want to know, how to link the on-premise marketing server of Adobe campaign with Mobile SDK for push notification, if only whitelisted IP can connect with op-premise marketing server.  Do I need to use a middle server between mobile app and marketing server or there is any other solution?If I will use middle server between mobile app and server, then what should be the value of below variables in the mobile application. We have written a servlet that allows user to download a .csv file from author. The servlet code is adding a response header "Content-Disposition" : "attachment".When the servlet get request is submitted to author we are able to see the response header -- "Content-Disposition" : "attachment" on the browser.We have  configured a dispatcher in front of author. When the same request is sent to via dispatcher, the response header "Content-Disposition" : "attachment"  is getting removed. We confirmed the missing header by verifying  the response headers on browser.The missing response header is causing the downloaded file not to have any extension. Hence user is unable to open the .csv file on his machine as the extension is missingAm I missing something in dispatcher configuration to allow this response header?Apache version: 2.4Dispatcher version: 4.1.12

Hello,When File Attachment component is added to my adaptive forms,  and the forms with a real file attached is submitted,the attached file is stored in JCR in AEM v6.3 (OSGI) without any problems.However, I get errors when I do the same and submit adaptive form which isbased on xdp, and a real file is attached to the form. Even after 5 minutes of uploading, image is not getting processed. Only after refreshing the page, thumbnails are getting generated for the assets.

Hi all,I'm now having a campaign set up in the "Message Center" using the real-time data type (NmsRtEvent).My question is:If referencing a personalization block in the HTML source of the campaign delivery template,When I make code changes to the personalization block, will the change be applied to the live message immediately?Or, would the changes only take place when I hit the "publish" button on the dashboard?If the personalization changes will only work after I published it via the button on the dashboard. Does that mean the live campaign is sending my customers the message based on a mirror file but not based on the real personalization/delivery template?If so, where does the Adobe Campaign system hold the mirror file (actual live code) before publishing?

To use the @Reference annotation, I need to import org.apache.felix.scr.annotations.Reference in my Java code. Hi Team ,I am working on Integration of Adobe Campaign and Analytics, so that I can pass data captured through Campaign, to Analytics as well. It mentions “ You should also specify the indicators for events to be collected.”, but I am not able to see any events in the Dropdown in my case. PFB the screenshot.I also saw that under Conversion > Success Events few events are present and enabled, but not showing up in the dropdown here. I created a program token, activation_link, that should pull a link from a custom Salesforce object that is synced with Marketo. I think the value exists because it's getting to the 'else' part of the script, but it's just not rendering as expected.What am I doing wrong?

Good Day Experts,May I know how to see ALL events are triggered by using tools like omnibug?I understand a "solution document" or asking the Admin would be the most accurate way, but it would be a long communication journey here.So, I always use Omnibug to try to get information on my best.But, will ALL events triggered can be listed in Omnibug?The real case here is:There is "Search" function on our website, there is "Internal Search - No Result" in Metric List. (no e**** event number).Then, when I try to search a keyword like: !@#$%^&*( and click "Search", on the search result page, I cannot see such event fired.I checked all the listed events like above, none of them represents a "Internal Search - No Result".So, I am not sure whether it's not well tagged or I didn't find the right way.Please help to advise.Thank you.H

Hi,This is my first question in the foro (I feel euphoric)I am working with Adobe Campaign and I would like to know the relation between a delivery and its mirror page used. In my case I would like to create a tipology rule which checks if a specific mirror page is used in the delivery or not.I have been looking for a relation between the schema "Deliveries(nms:delivery)" and the schema "personalization blocks (nms:includeView)" and I have not found any relation. Could you explain me the relation between both schemas?I have also tried to find other relation I could use to determine if a delivery contains one specific mirror page. But I only found the way to determine if a delivery uses mirror page or not, but not a specific one. Could you suggest me a way to achieve this?Thanks,Regards,Diego Izquierdo

I am currently looking at reports for an emails delivery and in the Breakdown of Opens Report there is a section labeled "Default". Why are certain ones being classified as "Default" while others are "Firefox" and "Internet Explorer"?Additionally, the are a large number of observations coming back with no label. I'm hoping this is the right place to ask this question. We have adobe campaign version 6.1.1I've built a workflow that creates a segment for an email. The segment uses an enrichment step to get join some data from another step.This all works fine and when I "Display the target" coming out of the enrichment step I can see the data that I am expecting.When I add this data to an email template and try to preview it, I get the following error:PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: relation "wkf321272887_enrich" does not exist LINE 1: ...The html syntax I have tried is<%= recipient.targetData.field1 %>and<%= targetData.field1 %>I added them using this selector: So this understands that these fields exist upstream, its just when I go to preview that it can't seem to pull them through.
