HelloI'm fairly new to AEM, so bear with me if I'm not using the right terminology.Using Dispatcher with Multiple Domains I followed the steps outlined in the link referenced above. I used Approach-1, where AEM rewrites the URLs rather than setting up apache rewrites. Lot of the stuff works. I do see pages being cached, etc. What I'm struggling with are the resource maps that need to be setup for URL shorterning.I'm kind of lost on what exactly needs to be done in /etc/map/http. I tried several things but nothing seems to work completely. My dispatcher renderer is pointing to hostname - "127.0.0.1" & port - "4503".All of the documentation points to creating the maps based on domain name. It is not clear to me how the domain name is passed to the publish instance. The dispatcher is always going to request using the localhost based on the configuration I have above.. I'm missing something basic here. Am I supposed to change the hostname in the dispatcher renderer to whatever host I'm

HelloI've created a workflow that has an output of 10mil records. I created my data extraction object. I am returning on 4 fields and none of them are calculated.As of writing this question on the forums, the data extraction step is at 25minutes.  Is this expected? If not, is there anything I can do to speed this up?

We recently launched a new test and I wanted to check if the customers can enter both A & B experiences. I know in theory the customer should always enter the initial experience, however, I've seen cases where the same customer saw both A and B experiences in our Tealeaf session. Segment1(Hit container): Activity Test = XYZ & Experience = A;   Segment2(Hit container):Activity Test = XYZ & Experience = B;I build a segmentation comparison using these 2 segments and it shows ~400 unique visitors overlap. Does that mean the customers will enter both experiences? If so, what are the scenarios that can contribute to the overlap?

Our programs are built using tokens for several times. This specifically references CTA buttons that use a token; i.e. registration link. When we send test emails the CTA buttons work just fine for me on a pc, but they dont work for those who are using macs. They aren't able to click the link at all. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution other that other than using the true link instead of a token?@jillian

Even after I, submitted all fields with an asterisk are required and clicked on Save button the segment is not showing up under audience list. After I clicked mark button and then saved the segment, but still it's not showing as marked and not available under audience list.Is this any backend temp issue from Adobe? Hi,I have a question about the s.tl() function and how or if it affects bounce rates.* Let say i have a site with a standard s.t() fire to track the page view. * 5 seconds after page load, we'll update some evar variable, then call the s.tl() function to push a custom value for the user.* The user leaves the page.With the above, there will be two beacon fires.  Will that user/page view be considered a bounce?thanks

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help with the following.I've created a folder of snippets that contain very short messages to promote the various products and services of our company.Our nurture program emails promote relevant content but I'd also like to add a randomly assigned snippet to every email that goes out that contains a sales note such as 'Take a look at our upcoming events at...' for example.I understand I will need to use Velocity but have not knowledge/experience of using this.Can anyone advise as to how to add snippets to each nurture program email in a way that will randomly show one of the snippets in every email that is sent/Thanks,Paul

Lot of projects these days are using JS frameworks like angular,react with AEM.How does one pass variable values from sightly/HTL to JS layer?Because including those values in DOM as data- attribute or as hidden element and retrieving with JS DOM traversal wouldn't be good choice if there are too many values to be passed?It would be great if someone could point me to some example!!Thanks in advance.

We have configured CUG for certain pages in our site and configured a login page to which all the unauthenticated requests should be redirected to. After restarting our AEM 6.3  SP2 publish server, the login for CUG protected sites is no longer working.When we hit the secure page, the publish server returns a 404.Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi all,Is there a way of removing the association between a person in Marketo and the IP address? We have a contact in Marketo that Marketo thinks is at our company's IP address (I suspect a sales person filled in a form on behalf of a contact and so it is now tracking the sales person as if they are the contact). Hi,I have an import workflow that loads a file every day from SFTP, I want to create an automated process in my import workflow that transfers the imported file to another 'Archive' folder that I created on SFTP to dump all the old files that were previously successfully loaded. Please let me know if that is possible, and if so how I can do it.

I want to run a small utility java jar inside the campaign workflow. I tried to use DOS Script , tried to set a path and classpath before running java -jar .But this didn't run. Any documentation or sample code on this code will be helpful.Thanks,

So I have set my report suite in the extension configuration as:%rsid%And then my data element is:Javascript variable name: window.aaData.rsidAnd in the bottom of my page's html:var aaData = {    "rsid": "suite1,suite2"}Now when I go to the page I get:[Adobe Analytics] Creating AppMeasurement tracker with these report suites: ""It appears that it initializes appmeasurement before my data layer has loaded.Any ideas on how I could make it wait, or recheck the data layer?

I looked around and didn't see a similar question/answer so apologies if this has been answered before!I have a campaign where I set up a few MyTokens to use in the email template. I also use some in the Create Task step of the flow (in the comments section). However, in a recent batch, I noticed the tokens didn't come through in the comments. Does this not work?

Recently card images seem to load at their proper size and then increase in size getting cropped within the card. It's happening in the two apps I work on, and in the AEM preflight app. I have see in happen in iOS 12 and 11 on an iPhone 5, 6+, and iPads. Did something change? or is this a bug?Quitting and restarting the apps or devices didn't solve the problem. I've attached screen shots of when I open one of the apps, and a few moments later what happens to the card images when they enlarge within their frame.
