Hello Experts,Would you please let me know: to a specific page, why the activity map page can be "none" although it always have "previous page"?My understanding is: if user click linkB on pageA and lead to pageB, then, pageA is the "previous page" of pageB, also, when I breakdow pageB by "Activity map page", pageA will be the one.But I found activity map page can be "none".RealCase:We are on the way to understand traffic source mix% of a specific page.I tried to make following categories:Page A breakdown by Hit Depth,1. Hit depth = 1, means it's the first page user visited from outside, then breakdown this again by “referrer domain" or  "Traffic Source", e.g. SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Other Referrers2. Hit depth > 1, means it's not the entry page, then breakdown by "Activity Page", so that we can know on which page user is lead.Then I found big counts under "none" in the 2nd situation. HiHow do I remove people from a simple default program for an event who have filled in a cancellation form for that event? I need to remove them from the program as they no longer want to attend.Form Assets:Form 1 - Register for the event Form 2 - Cancel your event registration. Form 1 - has a smart list that is automatically sent to the event manager via a report subscription advising her of everyone that has registered. How do I remove people from Form 1's smart list so the event manager is only sent current registered people for the event via her report subscription?I'm guessing via a smart campaign??? I need to understand how to personalize content shown to a visitor based on his first or repeat visit to their website. Since, we don't know the visitor's identity, I think all we have at this point in time is the visitor's IP address on the server and 1st party cookie storing the online behavior of visitorCan we match this IP address or 1st party cookie to maybe a third party data provider's cookies and extract demographic and behavioral information about that visitor and segment them in a DMP?If the answer to above Q is yes, what are such 3rd party onboarder services and their match rates?What are key considerations that one has to keep in mind in terms of selecting an onboarder?

The 1st was sent recently and while we had a v.low engagement score we had a relatively good open rate for a cold-email and want to look at sending different versions of the next newsletter to customers depending on how they engaged with us:If Filled out form X, Send Email 1If Clicked link X, Send Email 2Etc... etcCan anyone recommend a set up?I'm thinking a default program with multiple emails that are sent using one smart campaign based on filtering in the flow step could work but I prefer the reporting from the email program. Hi there - We recently sent out an email with a CTA link wrapped in a token. The URL token itself was set as resources.workato.com/URL (without any http/https), and in the email itself the CTA link was {{my.PageURL-Registration}}.Some people successfully registered for the event, and the links worked fine when we sent the email to ourselves. The strange thing was that we received some complaints that the link didn't work for them. One of them forwarded his email to us and true enough, the link was broken. Here was the behavior on the bad email:- Upon hover: the link shows em.workato.com/(tracking link)- Upon click: https//resources.workato.com/____Can anyone help explain the above behavior? We recently upgraded our tracking link domains with the SSL cert, so I don't think that's the issue. We're also using Unbounce for the landing page.

Hey,i just wanted to know, if you can use one widget as a "master" widget? Meaning that you can implement this widget on multiple pages with content. And when the content changes, you can adjust the "master" widget, and all instances of it will follow? Can you do this with AEM out of the box, or with little programming effort? Or do you need to programm alot for this?

We currently utilize a third party vendor to translate our AEM content (via Clay Tablet). Recently, we have encountered issues with translated words being very long, causing display issues on our site (specifically with German). Does anyone use a third party vendor to translate content directly in AEM, instead of sending it via XML files? I'm concerned that this process would be very manual and we wouldn't be able to utilize a translation memory (or even know what content is new on a page). The thought behind this is by seeing the content in context, the linguists could avoid using longer words in certain instances that could potentially cause a poor user experience.

I'm looking at a particular segment (two of them have the same problem actually) - When looking at Unique visitors (although this happens with ALL other metrics too, I'm just using UV as it's easier to explain) and select This year, or Last year of data, I get "correct" data or at least some data:However if I select only January, or only February, or only a part of any of these two months back in 2018, I get this:Everything is blank!Any ideas?Thanks,Mariano

Hello there,I just tried to work on exporting .csv file of Smart Lists and Static Lists for use in Power BI. Actually, I do not really understand if the doc is not up to date or if my code is mistaken. So far, I have been only able to use the filter : CreatedAt.
