Asked this question to the support team, but they still not finded the solution, so I'm asking it here, you had maybe the same problem by the past .I'm trying to configure an SMS Channel on ACS. I followed the documentation tutorial and created a new SMPP Generic External Account with information gave by my SMS provider. When I Saved, no SMS option appeared. Even in the Homepage with the shortcut "Send an SMS" as you can see:When I'm trying to create a marketing activity (Marketing Activity > Create Button), I don't have the SMS option :It seems that the SMS channel isn't activated (but it is ACTIVATED on the external account...)Do you already saw that issue ? I'm trying to add a field to a form via the REST API (this will eventually be done to hundreds of forms which is why I want to do it via the API) but I get a System Error when I try to set 'fieldType' to 'hidden'. Hi All,I am having trouble calculating 2018 Unique Visitors broken down by return visitors attributable to 2016/2017 and new visitors for 2018.Does someone have a way to calculate this?  My issue is really with breaking down 2018 by return visitors attributable to 2016 and 2017.  AKA how many users in 2018 were also users from 2016 and 2017?Caveats: Unable to use IP address or Visitor ID.Thanks!

Scaffolding content is considered as pageWhen we publish the page from author to publish, two entity(page and scaffolding page) will be replicated to publish instance. Flush agent is configured at publish instance to invalidate both the page and scaffolding page.Mail has to be sent once cache invalidation(not after the successful replication from author to publish) is done for scaffolding page.How to identify the cache invalidation successful event for particular path at publish instance?

Internally in marketing we are just setting things up. Lead scoring is not up and running yet (we are working on it). How ever one thing that the internal marketing leadership likes to see is who is filling out the forms, and we want to take it a step further to clean up the data from the form fills.To do that we are (I should say I am) looking at sending an email with the content on the link. If the link is clicked we know the email is valid. Following that we want an email to be sent internally along with a number of other functions.The way I structured this was to create 2 campaigns. The first was structured like this:Trigger: Anyone who fills out the form on a specific pageFlow: Gets sent centralized emailCampaign 2Trigger: anyone who clicks specific link in centralized email and filter: filled out the form on a specific pageFlow: internal email gets sentFor some reason I can't get campaign 2 to trigger, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Hello,I'm trying to implement Adobe Heartbeat with the Brightcove Media player for video tracking. I'm having some difficulty sifting through the documentation on how to properly implement this player. Brightcove has an implementation guide that seems fairly straight-forward and found on GitHub (https://github.com/BrightcoveOS/videojs-omniture). Adobe also provides documentation that explains a different process and seems more complicated. My question is, do both options work -- is there an advantage of one compared to the other?Also, it's my understanding that there is a difference between the Adobe Tracking server and Heartbeat tracking server...how do I figure out what the Heartbeat tracking server address is?Thanks!

Hi,I periodically scrub our database and delete non-active email addresses or invalid email addresses. Does this affect past email reports? For example, let's say I recently deleted 100 inactive emails. But those 100 email addresses were sent an email in 2017 last year and are part of the data points in calculating open rates, click rates, etc. Now that I've deleted them, will those old 2017 email reports recalculate the metrics, by taking these 100 people out of the equation? (not what i want). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

How does this affect reporting? Will the lead show up as removed from the program?

I have a problem that hopefully someone can assist.We recently created a survey using typeform (www.spartasystems.com/quality-maturity). We would like to be able to:1. See who completed the survey - using a trigger in Marketo. Was thinking "Lead is Created" with a "Source Type=Web Services API" but not sure if that will work with #22. Use UTM tracking so we can place this survey on several media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, website, online advertising)Any help or insight would be great.  Not a developer, so laymen terms would be appreciated.

One solution is using the Util.getQueryParam, but unlike the plug-in, it doesn't support extracting multiple parameters at once. Feeling silly for not being able to figure this one out. What's the best way to identify which forms are being used and how frequently?

I use ReportBuilder every single day to refresh multiple reports. For some reason, It's not working at all today.When refreshing reports, it's stuck between these screens. It goes on like this for hours and never ends. It doesn't matter how complex the query it won't complete.I have tried the following:- Rebooted- Reinstalled RB- Multiple reportsAny thoughts?Ali

I have been having this intermittent problem of the mbox call only returning the sessionId in the network tab instead of the tests associated with the URL. My getOffers call is correct and I have tests live that should be delivered to the page.Sometimes I have this issue when I am implementing at.js other times it just starts happening when after at.js has been working and delivering tests. Does anyone know what this is an indicator of?

I have a form on our website which is belowis there a way to run the same form above but only count the completion as a contact request if the query box is populated at all?Here are the hidden fields we have:and for Account Source its B2B Partnership Enquiry so we know someone used the Enquiry form on the website however the other form we have with similar fields are just called 'Brochure Download'If I was to have Account Source: B2B Partnership Enquiry and Person Source: B2B Partnership Enquiry and then below that Account Source II: Brochure Download and Person Source II: Brochure Download could I then jump in the if statement area and make this happen?

Hi,I am new to Adobe Campaign and my organization has created Event Configurations and Transactional Messages. However, they have typed in the ID for the events incorrectly and ACS doesn't allow the edit of the IDs. I was able to update the ID of the Event configurations and Transactional Messages of one test event using Workflows. I imported a csv file, located the event configuration using the event type and updated its ID.However, I am not sure if that's a good idea or if that's going to break the integrity of the database or leave orphaned data. Is there a good way of doing this as re-creating the events and transactional messages is a lot of work. Thanks!
