Hi Team,Could you please explain the significance of the link between recipient schema and the xtkFolder schema in the structure of recipient as it impacts the query performance? Also, it has been noted that many of other schemas doesn't have a link towards xtkFolder schema. Any specific reasons to it?Thanks and Regards,Rajesh.S.S.

Hi,I'm working on a workflow which disables certain group of users. It's pretty simple and works almost as expected with one exception - I can't manage to force logout users who are currently log in to the console. I used this option in 'Access rights' in operators' section but can't enforce it via workflow. Do you have any thoughts how to perform such action?Thanks,Dominik

Hii, after creating a report in the configuration section, and adding a query and a page, all worked correctly and i can see the datas that i want. till here things are going so well. After the export to Excel workbook i start noticing that the datas are wrong, more specifically the dates. the example here is that i wanted take datas from the first of october to the 31, in the reports page of adobe campaign it shows me the field with the date 01/10/2018, after exporting it and opening the excel file, ive the same field with the same datas in it but the date 30/09/2018, i dont know why but all the fields have one day less than the original datas. My question here how i can edit or see the schema of exporting cause i tried all the possibilities with my query but didnt change anything and the problem is with the Export. and here is some screen captures to more understand : 1) Report from Adobe Campaign Reports2) Excel File of the Same ReportThanks.

Hello everyone.We are running Classic UI on AEM 6.3 and have recently sunset some components by marking their componentGroup as .hidden. This allows existing components to continue rendering while ensuring authors don't continue to create new instances of these components. The issue we are running into is this prevents authors from moving the existing components around the page using cut/copy/paste. Is it possible to remove a component from the sidekick while still allowing it to be moved on an existing page?Thank you!

Hi all,I'm hoping someone can enlighten me as to why our ACS instance might produce inaccurate 'total' records.We've experience this in reporting, and other areas of ACS but this particular problem is occurring within our Services section.I was under the impression I could go into a service, and the overall number stated above the records was the total number of records subscribed to that service. Not so. I noticed when I ran a query to export these records the result was around half that number.As a result I went into the service and clicked 'Load more' until it reached the end of the records. That number matched my query. So my question is, what is the second number referring to? Why is only pulling half of the 'total' as is there anyway I can reset this number, so it matches the number of active records that the system actually pulls?

I have multiple organizations and companies tied to my Adobe ID. Within Experience Cloud home I can switch organizations. However, when I try to switch login companies within AA, I get the following prompt: Unable to switch organizations or companies. The switcher will only work for those logged in through the Experience Cloud domain.It doesn't matter where I log in from, I frequently get this prompt and have to try switching repeatedly until it finally works. Hi,we are starting a Marketo implementation project at a B2B medium sized company and I would like to understand better which resources should be involved. From the point of view of development I am assuming 1 front end developer and someone who can develop interfaces. Do we need a solution architect? Which kind of resources from your experience could be necessary to start? Hello Everyone!Just wanted to know how do you guys deploy the Google gtag via DTM to collect the audiences for remarketing lists in DV360 or Google Ads?As instructed by stewarts16448458​ on this thread, I deployed the gtag as a page top rule (Sequential HTML), however the Remarketing lists within the Google Ads  UI weren't populating. When I checked with the Google Ads Support team, they got back to me saying that the setup isn't right as they want the gtag to be injected directly on the page (i.e. not in an iframe and not run server-side). So I tried converting the gtag to JS as shown below and it looks it is working. Hello fellow DTMers,Having an issue where I'm adding some Non-Sequential JS to a click event in DTM.The event fires perfectly fine, but the gtag conversion is being cancelled. I am testing in Chrome, is this the issue?Moreover, if I make gtag conversions tied to specific URL page loads, they fire perfectly fine. Does it have to do with the fact that the AdWords/DCM Universal Tag is implemented using Sequential HTML? Hi,I am working on one of the use-cases, where i need to track the 'Email Click' and 'Open' events based on which the next workflow would proceed ahead. For that, I have enabled the Email Tracking as per the details shared in the link https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/DLV_Tracking_messages_How_to_configure_tracked_links.html , but when I go under Tracking section of the “Email Delivery”, I see nothing under ‘Logs’ tab (see Pic1),   In the ‘URL’ tab I see data related to “Email click”, but data is not changed to “Open”, even though the specific link is clicked and opened in the mail (see Pic2). Hi There,Today is the first day I am logging into the Adobe community. I just had my Adobe sandbox set up yesterday. I was wondering if there is any training material or getting started guide I can refer to in order to learn basics on Adobe Campaign. Also I have been an Avid Marketo User and have been using the same in various areas for about 4 years. So am well versed with the concepts of campaign. My primary motive is to learn how to use the Adobe Campaign Another Question would be - I know very well how to Navigate the Marketo Community, and this looks sort of similar, but given that there are so many products and places for Adobe, I am getting a bit lost as to where to access what. Hi there, We have received a request in order to do a suggestive search service that fetch a list of pages based on a String received in a parameter ( the searched word). The problem came when a pages has a content fragment inside it. The word received needs to be searched into the content fragment inside. I followed the documentations and set up the external accounts as well by entering the relevant fields provided by the sms vendor.I duplicated the default sms template and setup the routing properly.When i create a new delivery and select the sms template, I am not finding any tab to enter the sms content.
