I have multiple organizations and companies tied to my Adobe ID. Within Experience Cloud home I can switch organizations. However, when I try to switch login companies within AA, I get the following prompt: Unable to switch organizations or companies. The switcher will only work for those logged in through the Experience Cloud domain.It doesn't matter where I log in from, I frequently get this prompt and have to try switching repeatedly until it finally works. Hi,we are starting a Marketo implementation project at a B2B medium sized company and I would like to understand better which resources should be involved. From the point of view of development I am assuming 1 front end developer and someone who can develop interfaces. Do we need a solution architect? Which kind of resources from your experience could be necessary to start? Hello Everyone!Just wanted to know how do you guys deploy the Google gtag via DTM to collect the audiences for remarketing lists in DV360 or Google Ads?As instructed by stewarts16448458​ on this thread, I deployed the gtag as a page top rule (Sequential HTML), however the Remarketing lists within the Google Ads  UI weren't populating. When I checked with the Google Ads Support team, they got back to me saying that the setup isn't right as they want the gtag to be injected directly on the page (i.e. not in an iframe and not run server-side). So I tried converting the gtag to JS as shown below and it looks it is working. Hello fellow DTMers,Having an issue where I'm adding some Non-Sequential JS to a click event in DTM.The event fires perfectly fine, but the gtag conversion is being cancelled. I am testing in Chrome, is this the issue?Moreover, if I make gtag conversions tied to specific URL page loads, they fire perfectly fine. Does it have to do with the fact that the AdWords/DCM Universal Tag is implemented using Sequential HTML? Hi,I am working on one of the use-cases, where i need to track the 'Email Click' and 'Open' events based on which the next workflow would proceed ahead. For that, I have enabled the Email Tracking as per the details shared in the link https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/DLV_Tracking_messages_How_to_configure_tracked_links.html , but when I go under Tracking section of the “Email Delivery”, I see nothing under ‘Logs’ tab (see Pic1),   In the ‘URL’ tab I see data related to “Email click”, but data is not changed to “Open”, even though the specific link is clicked and opened in the mail (see Pic2). Hi There,Today is the first day I am logging into the Adobe community. I just had my Adobe sandbox set up yesterday. I was wondering if there is any training material or getting started guide I can refer to in order to learn basics on Adobe Campaign. Also I have been an Avid Marketo User and have been using the same in various areas for about 4 years. So am well versed with the concepts of campaign. My primary motive is to learn how to use the Adobe Campaign Another Question would be - I know very well how to Navigate the Marketo Community, and this looks sort of similar, but given that there are so many products and places for Adobe, I am getting a bit lost as to where to access what. Hi there, We have received a request in order to do a suggestive search service that fetch a list of pages based on a String received in a parameter ( the searched word). The problem came when a pages has a content fragment inside it. The word received needs to be searched into the content fragment inside. I followed the documentations and set up the external accounts as well by entering the relevant fields provided by the sms vendor.I duplicated the default sms template and setup the routing properly.When i create a new delivery and select the sms template, I am not finding any tab to enter the sms content. I'm trying to set up OAuth integration for a third-party application, but am running into a similar problem as Creating an oAuth Client - what level of access is required? -- Adobe Analytics can be selected, but the "OAuth integration" option is greyed out:In our case, we don't have our own Adobe Analytics installation, since we would be integrating with our customers' Analytics installations. For that matter, we don't currently have an enterprise organization either, since we don't actually have any Adobe software of our own, so there is no "System Administrator" role that I'm aware of.How can we set up an OAuth integration for a third-party application? Recently we have had a few issue where our Datawarehouse team has claimed updated values in the tables however I am not seeing the same values in Adobe Campaign. Is there any kind of caching or setting that might cause these kinds of synchronization issues?

Hi All,Can someone pls ans below query :During execution of batch campaigns having target population around 10M(For example), it has been observed that deployment of emails does not works as per provided instance throughput(Which is again say 10M per hour ) for delivery running in that hour. We would like to know do we need to develop the custom solution for this like creating a workflow which compare the provided throughput on Adobe licence  with the current throughput? or there is any OOB workflow available which can monitor the slowness of the running campaign on one instance based on the instance throughput  Thanks in advance.

Hello Team, Can content fragment models be created under /apps/<custom path> in AEM 6.4.  I was referring to the link Content Fragment Models  , but following this it gets created under /conf. I dont see an option to have the model created under /apps.Can some one guide if this is possible/Regards,Anand MN 

Hi All,In our project, Classic UI dialogs are not rendering properly in AEM 6.4 which used to work when accessed via editor.html in 6.1.Issues are like, all tabs are coming in 1 instead of separate tabs. Multifield is distorted with no icons coming and all, Richtext editor buttons not showing up.I know support is limited with 6.4 for classic UI, but still should be working as per docs.Can anyone suggest to fix if saw the similar issue?Regards

I am setting up an alert email to our sales team when a customers is primed for contact based on their lead score. I have added the Token {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=Info}} however in the test emails the customer contact information does not get sent. I am not sure how to trouble shoot this issue. Are there any tips on how to get this token to work. Thanks in advance!
