I am trying to set "Set children" node a child node for "Title". I will be reusing the link type, director and link container at different places and everywhere i am trying to use them as child elements. Each time I make a small change in some rules, update my library and trigger a build for development I get the warning that the Analytics Extension needs an update and I need to confirm that I want to apply it. I did this now at least 5 times, shouldn't this be saved with the revision of the Analytics Extension?Why do I need to "apply" these changes every time I build the library?

We have locale specific pages and we are using sling:alias property to have language specific page name . But the problem is both the urls are publicly accessible : 1) with sling:alias name 2) with original page name.Example : page is /content/brand/de/home.html           -> This home page node has been set a sling:alias property of "zuhause"Ideally end user should be seeing the page URL : /content/brand/de/zuhause.htmlBut currently both the urls are serving the content : /content/brand/de/home.html  and /content/brand/de/zuhause.htmlHow to block the original page url and serve only the locale specific (with sling:alias) url  ?

I'm just starting to learn Adobe Launch (with the hopes that I can convert our tracking over to it). I've been (mostly) successful in setting up our tracking parameters however, my test site isn't setting any cookies (either from our VisitorAPI service, or from our custom plugins like s.getNewRepeat).I'm not sure what I need to do to get this to work.I know there's a section called cookies in the Analytics Extension, but I can't find anything on what the expected values are, if this is even the piece I'm missing.Thanks.

When a component is added to a page via the Layout Container, you can resize the component and the width will snap to the grid.Similar if the component contains a data-sly-resource referencing to another component.My question is, if is possible to have the same resizing snap to grid for a property added via cq:dialog. For example, a Hero component has a title, text, image, cta added via cq:dialog, I want to author to be able to resize each of the item individually. The reason is because if the title is too long and goes 2 line, 1st line has 6 words and 2nd line only has 2 words, the author could resize the title to be 8 columns to balance the word to 4 words each row without needing to use <br> to force a line break.

I am using a component where there is need of dynamic dropdown. The options are configured in the page properties. But I am unable to get currentPage Object in datasource.html file. Below is the structure of my component.And datasource calling the wcmpojo class. Below in the flow.datasource.html<sly data-sly-use.data="${'apps.myprj.components.content.tabcontent.HtlDatasourceExample'  @ text=currentPage.path}"> </sly> HtlDatasourceExample is getting call and returning correct response if values are hardcoded.Issue is unable to get sling objects in HtlDatasourceExample such as currentPage.Thanks

How does one stay informed when the software versions used by the Adobe product extensions get upgraded? And if an upgrade causes issues, how does one revert to a previous version?This is a more general question about the software versions used by the various Adobe product extensions, but specifically Analytics. In DTM, one had some control over the AppMeasurement version served when using the Adobe managed option. With Launch, you do not have this control.Whenever, the Analytics extension team decides to upgrade the version of AppMeasurement, you get the upgrade, without noticed.This provides no opportunity to conduct regression testing of the new version to ensure that it does not introduce issues. Even more troubling, is the fact that the version of AppMeasurement currently served by the Analytics extension is the unpatched 2.8.0 version. Within DTM there were warnings to upgrade to 2.8.2, because of issues with version 2.8.0. Within DTM, version 2.9.0 is already available.

Hi,so we made our first deployment through and everything looks fine.Then one user deleted an action and clicked save and we decided that we want to get back or revert the changes that user made to Production state.How can we do that?Also is there a way to see what the content was so we can re-create the deleted action in case we can't revert back the changes?

My custom favicon won't display in browser. I went into Admin Settings for landing pages and unticked the box for the default.The .ico file is within the images folder (in Images & Files) - so an absolute link has to be copied and inserted in the lines of code below. (rough example below)In <head> of my LP template (in Design Studio), I have made the correct call following this format below. Hello - I'm wanting to start doing some headline/title testing across our site.  I have some concerns about how this will affect SEO.  Google (or any other search engine) will still pull the Control version of the headline, right?  But the visitor could click and then see a completely different title, right?  Is there any way around this?  Do yo usually take organic search traffic out of tests like this when reporting results?  Thanks!

When configuring internal URL filters, does https:// need to be specified? Hi Everyone, We are using the default templates for workflows and tasks emails located at /etc/workflow/notification/email/default and /etc/workflow/notification/email/tasks. What we are facing issue with is getting the url to our assets being displayed properly so the users can be redirected to them. Our assets have spaces in their names so ${host.prefix}${payload.path.open} returns this for example http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/msi-dam/admin/LPAVNPRAGRE1224 Single F Product Scan.tif. Is there a way we can encode the payload path as url and get it as http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/msi-dam/admin/LPAVNPRAGRE1224%20Single%20F%20Product%20Scan.tif for example?Thank you very much,Bobby
