Hi ,I am using AEM6.4 and I have created an OSGi service which I'm trying to call from my custom workflow process but getting NullPointerException when calling these service methods. ;/Even when hovering over on the service object declared within my workflow process -it shows null. (refer screenshot below).Also, I have used apache felix scr 'Reference' annotation here. Not sure if that is expected in 6.4?And yes, my bundle is compiled(without any error), installed and active. (refer screenshot below)Any suggestion what I might be doing wrong?

Hello,I wonder if anyone came up with better ideas on having a fixed number of random sample? There are several ideas (e.g. ) and discussions, but nothing seems working very well for me. In general, when you have a big database or list and you need to run it via webhook, or a data management campaign, or some testing, it would be tremendously helpful to be able to throttle and queue it. Thus only fixed number of records will be treated a day. That is what I came up with:I tested flow steps: random sample 10% > action; wait 1 day; random sample 10% > action, wait 1 day, etc. This did NOT work, only the first flow step was executed.I tested recurrent daily smart campaign with random sample in the flow step, so only 10% will be treated every time the campaign runs (there was a reference to exclude those who have been treated). This somewhat worked, but the size of batches varied from zero to several dozen thousands, so it didn't help a lot.Basically, the only consistent way is split

I've got a custom workflow with a "Lock Payload Process" step but it doesn't seem to function as expected. I get the following in the logs:com.day.cq.workflow.impl.process.LockProcess Locking is not currently enabled.  This is a No-OpI've tried setting the "cq.workflow.config.allow.locking" property of the "Adobe Granite Workflow Configuration Service" but that doesn't seem to fix it... Moreover, I'm able to lock the page via Touch UI just fine so locking is working on the repository.Thanks for your help!

I get error reports on this from time to time but all I see is this.  How do I use this information to trouble shoot? What cause the error? Hello,Is there a token or something I can put into the alert email that would link to the lead record in Marketo? I tried using {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} but all of the fields appear to be read only and can't be edited. It would be nice if our lead manager can just click on the link and update the status of the lead record.Sorry if this is something really basic. We just got Marketo and are still learning.Thanks!

I have a few integrations via API and when a new lead is created, I can pull a list of the new leads from the APIs by using Source = Web Service API. However, I also need to pull a list specifically from our Consent Management System api, however, I'm not able to identify those leads. So is there a way to have the Web Service API value be customized to say CMS Web Service API or something?Thanks in advance!

Did some research, I do not use an MCC account, it is a normal gmail account.Any ideas? Hi,We are working with a partner in which they need to include GA tracking parameters (utm codes) to our tracking URL, that already includes campaign tracking code. Hi,How can I convert an AEM asset into a byte[]?I'm using AEM 6.4 for this project and this is something that I'm doing currently.  I checked in debug mode - the param values -'asset' & 'filename' received are good. Hi AEM Community,We are facing a very typical issue. On our AEM 6.4 publish instances.Content pages stop loading abruptly. While investigating further over the issue we come to know, anonymous users permissions are vanished.We restored them manually. Again in sometime (@20 to 40 hrs)  we are seeing similar issue and looking further seeing somehow 'everyone' group's access rights are compromised (are removed somehow).On strange note - this issue is happening frequently on random Publish server (we have 4 publish serves in a topology in 2 different zones globally - US & EU D.C.)This issue is preventing us to cutover from AEM 6.2 to 6.4Has anyone come across such issue ?

Hi Team,I have a question regarding campaign tracking. I'm using the ?s_cid=(campaign tag) code at the end of the url that leads to my website from specific campaigns. It works perfectly. But I have a problem with certain pages. Some of them already have ?lpi=13124311241 (some random numbers) or ?p_pubid=1074067692810&gclid=CIyb - It's a CMS thingy :)So my question is how to track those urls (ie. www.abc.de?lpi=1234567) because puting ?c_cid= affter doesn't work. Should I exchange ? with & in such cases?Br.PP

Hello,I'm having a major problem that is messing up my operations and I am stumped, even MKTO support hasn't identified an answer and it's been escalated twice. Trying a post here to see if anyone else has any ideas around this. We use Zoom Webinar integration for our webinars and all of a sudden on the registration forms I keep seeing the Invalid Email Address Fail. I have used our normal setup where it has always worked and it's not working. The interesting thing why I don't think the Webhook is broken, is because the registration actually does get processed in ZOOM. The problem is the unique webinar url doesn't get registered in the person's MKTO record.You can see the Detail in the "Call Webhook" activity type. Also this is just my tests but this also happens to other email types.Activity Details from clicking on the above Activity Type.

Hi all,Take a look at the 'new people' graph I attached below. As you can see there is a huge spike in new leads acquisition that starts around the 13th and it's still rising. This would be great news except we can't figure out where it's coming from. There isn't a corresponding traffic spike in GA and, according to Marketo's source report, the leads came from Google (not a campaign or anything).I'm stumped... As I'm new really new to Marketo - I've only been using it for about 4 months - I have no idea where to dig. So far I've only checked the FT & LT Source reports and it gave me Google. Any other ideas that you guys can share with me?Also, would it be possible that Marketo's reporting lags sometimes, hence the spike?
