When does Adobe serve delivery images from Adobe mid-source cache instead of outside link?Example:Some images would point to img src="https//:www.clientserver.com/image.jpg"  but Adobe changes URL path from that to something like img src="http://client-mid-prod2-t.adobe-campaign.com/res/img/image.jpg Why does it do that when it should point to client server?

I am using a component where there is need of dynamic dropdown. The options are configured in the page properties. But I am unable to get currentPage Object in datasource.html file. Below is the structure of my component.And datasource calling the wcmpojo class. Below in the flow.datasource.html<sly data-sly-use.data="${'apps.myprj.components.content.tabcontent.HtlDatasourceExample'  @ text=currentPage.path}"> </sly> HtlDatasourceExample is getting call and returning correct response if values are hardcoded.Issue is unable to get sling objects in HtlDatasourceExample such as currentPage.Thanks

How does one stay informed when the software versions used by the Adobe product extensions get upgraded? And if an upgrade causes issues, how does one revert to a previous version?This is a more general question about the software versions used by the various Adobe product extensions, but specifically Analytics. In DTM, one had some control over the AppMeasurement version served when using the Adobe managed option. With Launch, you do not have this control.Whenever, the Analytics extension team decides to upgrade the version of AppMeasurement, you get the upgrade, without noticed.This provides no opportunity to conduct regression testing of the new version to ensure that it does not introduce issues. Even more troubling, is the fact that the version of AppMeasurement currently served by the Analytics extension is the unpatched 2.8.0 version. Within DTM there were warnings to upgrade to 2.8.2, because of issues with version 2.8.0. Within DTM, version 2.9.0 is already available.

I was wondering if it is possible to share data elements and rules between properties? What would be the guideline on choosing when to set up a new property and when to actually manipulate the report suite with some custom code on the same property?

Hi,so we made our first deployment through and everything looks fine.Then one user deleted an action and clicked save and we decided that we want to get back or revert the changes that user made to Production state.How can we do that?Also is there a way to see what the content was so we can re-create the deleted action in case we can't revert back the changes?

My custom favicon won't display in browser. I went into Admin Settings for landing pages and unticked the box for the default.The .ico file is within the images folder (in Images & Files) - so an absolute link has to be copied and inserted in the lines of code below. (rough example below)In <head> of my LP template (in Design Studio), I have made the correct call following this format below. Hello - I'm wanting to start doing some headline/title testing across our site.  I have some concerns about how this will affect SEO.  Google (or any other search engine) will still pull the Control version of the headline, right?  But the visitor could click and then see a completely different title, right?  Is there any way around this?  Do yo usually take organic search traffic out of tests like this when reporting results?  Thanks!

When configuring internal URL filters, does https:// need to be specified? Reason I ask is because the current filter doesn't specify https://, and in the referrers report I'm seeing the domain of the client which should be filtered out and classified as internal.Example filters:fakenewsportal.comwww.fakenewscomPlease advice and thanks in advance!

The report should be sent on 01.01.2019 and look back on the last three months. Hi Everyone, We are using the default templates for workflows and tasks emails located at /etc/workflow/notification/email/default and /etc/workflow/notification/email/tasks. What we are facing issue with is getting the url to our assets being displayed properly so the users can be redirected to them. Our assets have spaces in their names so ${host.prefix}${payload.path.open} returns this for example http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/msi-dam/admin/LPAVNPRAGRE1224 Single F Product Scan.tif. Is there a way we can encode the payload path as url and get it as http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/msi-dam/admin/LPAVNPRAGRE1224%20Single%20F%20Product%20Scan.tif for example?Thank you very much,Bobby

I am having a question due to lifecyle metrics.When reading this documentation: Implement LifeCycle MetricsIt seems like we need to inlcude this code to every hit, right? Plus if we need more infos we are able to use context data within the lifecycle code.My question now: is there a good reason for using context data in life cycle metrics.Plus am I able to include pages in there (standard dimension). Greetings, I have 115 smart lists and i am looking to exclude some of them from specific emails on my drip campaign. it is not practical to add 50 or so filters. is there an easier way to filter out some smart lists by their name?

Hi,I would like to load data from a CSV (list of customers to be targeted in a delivery or activity in Campaign), map this list into the Adobe Campaign Recipients dimension. The CSV contains a field for reconciliation (customerID) which is identical to a field in our Recipient-dimension.I have started with a data loading (file) activity in the workflow - and I am able to load the data from the CSV.  The output from this activity belongs to a on-the-fly dimension temp:fileImport obviously generated by the import-Activity wizard. How do I proceed to pick Recipients in my Campaign database, based on the data in the import data?I'm a campaign noob, so I am not very experienced with data imports, reconciliation acitivies or data dimensions, so I'll need detailed information to succeed.All help greatly appreciated.Kind regards from Norway! :-)

In my design, I have the AEM author instance with its nodestore in MongoDB and its Datastore in NFS. The Publish instance has shares the NFS Datastore and has its own TarMK nodestore. There will be an offloading instance setup to offload some of the works of the Primary Author(like renditions generation etc). As I read from the Adobe docs, for this offloading instance, its Datastore can be the same as the one shared by the Primary Author and Publish instances. However, what about the nodestore? Should this offloading instance connect to the same MongoDB database as the Primary Author or should it have its own TarMK nodestore? If it were to have its own TarMK nodestore will there be any compatibility issues when it is working with Primary Author which has its nodestore in MongoDB?
