I created a report in Ad-Hoc analysis, using list2 as the dimension and event 14 (last touch) as the metric and I got data back.i then tried to recreate this in workspace (because I wanted to see if the data would be the same) so I added list2 as the dimension and used e16 as the event. I then edited e16 to use nnon-default attribution model and set it to last touch - visit. I then got an error saying "ERROR This dimension does not currently support non-default attribution models".Why does it support it in Ad-Hoc but not in Workspace?

The tutorial videos cover some basic principles of the publish workflow, but now that I work with it I have a question. Do I have to create a revision for a Rule, Data Element or Extension when I have a small change in it? Even though the library never got to the approval stage yet?I just rebuild it for development and I was hoping it can be configured to just always take the latest version of all the added pieces each time I rebuild it. But as of now I had to create a few revisions of some Rules for each little change. Is this how this is supposed to work or am I missing something?

Hi Team, I am trying to build one predefined filter for max(value) for each household, same thing I have achieved through QUERY process box, where I am utilising the Aggregate functions and doing group by on Household key. Now when I am trying to achieve the same through predefined filter I am not sure how exactly I can achieve, I am doing something like below but then questions comes for how to do group by.

As the title suggests, how do I limit the number of sends within an email to say, 10,000 emails per hour.In previous tools I've used this was called "Metering", I can't work out what it's called in Adobe Campaign though.ThanksTom

I would like to know whether we can do the followup email campaigns which are sent through message center. For example, after 3 days of email sent, we need to create a technical workflow to send the followup email automatically.

Is there a way to directly import a file (with profile information including email addresses) into Adobe Campaign Standard with Profile data and simply send emails to that list ?This will be a flat file which is already segmented and no need of suppressions or any other business criteria or reconciliation but needs the workflow to pickup the firstname, email addresses and loyalty ID from the file and personalize it in the creative and send to these email addresses. Hello!I have a case where opening delivery template gives me a "BAS-010003 unable to complete the operation in current status" error. I do get this error every time I open the delivery template with Windows 10. Then when opening this with Windows 7, I never receive the same error. What causes this behaviour in Windows 10 operating system? All anti-virus softwares and firewalls etc have been turned off for testing.Error prompts itself many times as it does not load the content (blocks) of publication model.I am running my Windows' (both) with VirtualBox on Macbook Pro. The machine with Windows 10 is equipped with F-Secure security when machine running Windows 7 is running Avast security.

Hi,I am investigating how to use Dynamic Javascript Pages for a project but I have found a problem when it gets to use the 'response object' , which apparently seems to be a HttpServletResponse type of object. I am unable to find any particular documentation, and the generic documentation about this kind of object is not valid, as for example, some methods like addHeader, setHeader and many others do not work.Are you aware of some documentation or some cookbook I can use as a reference?Thanks very much in advanceGuillermo

Hi All,We have integrated AEM with Search and Promote and supporting different countries. Issue is in Japanese website, autocomplete for a character set like シロアリ対策サ is giving result like シロアリ対策サービス but when this is searched we get 0 results.Similar happening for korea website. Rest websites are working fine.Any pointers in this area will help.

I try to understand the difference between those 2 metrics and I got the answer from document:The difference is the denominator in the metric:Average Time Spent on Site uses the sequences that include a dimension item.Time Spent per Visit uses the visit count  As a result, these metrics may yield similar results at a visit level, but will be different at a hit level.But I still how did Average Time Spent on Site calculated. What's the sequences that include a dimension item? Does anyone know?Thanks

Is the only option to auto refresh data by using macro and vbs files etc.?Also my issue is every time I re open the excel it prompts the log in window.

How does Adobe Analytics cope with unauthenticated and authenticated server calls within a session and over different sessions? For this particular case I'd like to know what happens when setting s.visitorID variable (enabling vid parameter) and what Adobe Analytics counts as a unique visitor when s.visitorID cannot be set and Adobe falls back to mid as the identifier. I have configured a bunch of Global Variables in the Analytics Extension, but my page load rule doesn't send them. It only executes the ones set in the custom code section of the Analytics Extension. I don't have any overlays in the "Set Variables" action at the moment it is actually empty. The only thing I see in the tracking call are the props that are set as duplicate frrom the eVars. But even this doesn't work in any other rule on the page, there nothing except the explicitly set eVars and props are sent and nothing from the Global Variables.

We are unable to find which event to trigger to send this data to Adobe. Any idea how should we go about it ?

I'm using DTM to listen for an event-based rule, named "My Custom Rule". The event type is "custom", as I'm using custom events to track actions from a 3rd party widget. This is my configuration below. It's fairly bland, and I have no conditions (yet). The custom event name is "my-widget-loaded".Within my 3rd party widget, I trigger my custom event:document.dispatchEvent(new CustomEvent('my-widget-loaded'));In the console, I see:SATELLITE: detected wtb-load on #documentumentBut it never fires my rule, I never see a message like:SATELLITE: Rule "My Custom Rule" fired.What can I do to make my rule fire? Hi,We're getting ready to start using Zoominfo's Clean product to clean up lead/contact/accounts records in our SFDC instance on a regular basis. We've seen some issues with our sync in the past when updating large amounts of records and want to prevent this if possible. One of the reps mentioned that there might be a way to prevent a record from automatically syncing to Marketo if it's updating from a specific user. Is this possible?

HelloI am trying to create a segment which groups visitors by the number of times they visit a specific page. For example this group of visitors have seen our homepage on 3 separate visits.I have created the below segment but i worry that this is just saying they have seen the homepage at least once and have visited our site once or twice, those visits are not specifically tied to that page.Any suggestion on how i could build that segment?RegardsJoe

I'm not sure if personalization is the right term but is it possible to load certain sections of the form (like form theme, form field values, etc) based on the selector or some attribute of the user? i.e. look and feel will be slightly different based on the user who's viewing it?Thanks in advance for any help.
