Hi All,I have created a workflow step to custom lock a page. I am using below step to lock a page but It always locks with service user - I am able to get the current logged in user but unable to impersonate the current logged in user by service user. Hello,Is there a token or something I can put into the alert email that would link to the lead record in Marketo? I tried using {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} but all of the fields appear to be read only and can't be edited. It would be nice if our lead manager can just click on the link and update the status of the lead record.Sorry if this is something really basic. We just got Marketo and are still learning.Thanks!

I am trying to get the cq:name and dam:relativePath of PDFs found within a dam content folder. I have a few integrations via API and when a new lead is created, I can pull a list of the new leads from the APIs by using Source = Web Service API. However, I also need to pull a list specifically from our Consent Management System api, however, I'm not able to identify those leads. So is there a way to have the Web Service API value be customized to say CMS Web Service API or something?Thanks in advance!

ERROREXTERNAL_API_ERROR: Unable to Create/update AMO search account for imsOrgId = xxxxxxxx@AdobeOrg, globalCompanyKey = xxxxxxx, amo_user_id = xxxx, error code = ACCT002 due to external api error. Error message returned by AMO search account api= 'AMO does not support Manager Account'I receive this error when I try to save a new Advertising Analytics account in Adobe Analytics. Did some research, I do not use an MCC account, it is a normal gmail account.Any ideas? Hi,We are working with a partner in which they need to include GA tracking parameters (utm codes) to our tracking URL, that already includes campaign tracking code. I assumed including "&" to separate the codes would work but I am unsure.See below?cid=nycos_events_fb_f18_us_en_decevents_eventpage_20181116&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=nycgosocial&utm_campaign=events&utm_term=decembereventsThis would be appended to the destination URL, with the Adobe tracking parameter 'cid=' listed first, then the GA parameters listed second, separated by '&'. Hi,How can I convert an AEM asset into a byte[]?I'm using AEM 6.4 for this project and this is something that I'm doing currently.  I checked in debug mode - the param values -'asset' & 'filename' received are good. However, 'asset.getRendition(fileName)' throw's Null Pointer Exception. ;/-Thanks In Advance.

Hi AEM Community,We are facing a very typical issue. On our AEM 6.4 publish instances.Content pages stop loading abruptly. While investigating further over the issue we come to know, anonymous users permissions are vanished.We restored them manually. Again in sometime (@20 to 40 hrs)  we are seeing similar issue and looking further seeing somehow 'everyone' group's access rights are compromised (are removed somehow).On strange note - this issue is happening frequently on random Publish server (we have 4 publish serves in a topology in 2 different zones globally - US & EU D.C.)This issue is preventing us to cutover from AEM 6.2 to 6.4Has anyone come across such issue ?

Hi Team,I have a question regarding campaign tracking. I'm using the ?s_cid=(campaign tag) code at the end of the url that leads to my website from specific campaigns. It works perfectly. But I have a problem with certain pages. Some of them already have ?lpi=13124311241 (some random numbers) or ?p_pubid=1074067692810&gclid=CIyb - It's a CMS thingy :)So my question is how to track those urls (ie. www.abc.de?lpi=1234567) because puting ?c_cid= affter doesn't work. Should I exchange ? with & in such cases?Br.PP

Hello,I'm having a major problem that is messing up my operations and I am stumped, even MKTO support hasn't identified an answer and it's been escalated twice. Trying a post here to see if anyone else has any ideas around this. We use Zoom Webinar integration for our webinars and all of a sudden on the registration forms I keep seeing the Invalid Email Address Fail. I have used our normal setup where it has always worked and it's not working. The interesting thing why I don't think the Webhook is broken, is because the registration actually does get processed in ZOOM. The problem is the unique webinar url doesn't get registered in the person's MKTO record.You can see the Detail in the "Call Webhook" activity type. Also this is just my tests but this also happens to other email types.Activity Details from clicking on the above Activity Type.

Hi all,Take a look at the 'new people' graph I attached below. As you can see there is a huge spike in new leads acquisition that starts around the 13th and it's still rising. This would be great news except we can't figure out where it's coming from. There isn't a corresponding traffic spike in GA and, according to Marketo's source report, the leads came from Google (not a campaign or anything).I'm stumped... As I'm new really new to Marketo - I've only been using it for about 4 months - I have no idea where to dig. So far I've only checked the FT & LT Source reports and it gave me Google. Any other ideas that you guys can share with me?Also, would it be possible that Marketo's reporting lags sometimes, hence the spike?

I created a report in Ad-Hoc analysis, using list2 as the dimension and event 14 (last touch) as the metric and I got data back.i then tried to recreate this in workspace (because I wanted to see if the data would be the same) so I added list2 as the dimension and used e16 as the event. I then edited e16 to use nnon-default attribution model and set it to last touch - visit. I then got an error saying "ERROR This dimension does not currently support non-default attribution models".Why does it support it in Ad-Hoc but not in Workspace?

The tutorial videos cover some basic principles of the publish workflow, but now that I work with it I have a question. Do I have to create a revision for a Rule, Data Element or Extension when I have a small change in it? Even though the library never got to the approval stage yet?I just rebuild it for development and I was hoping it can be configured to just always take the latest version of all the added pieces each time I rebuild it. But as of now I had to create a few revisions of some Rules for each little change. Is this how this is supposed to work or am I missing something?

As the title suggests, how do I limit the number of sends within an email to say, 10,000 emails per hour.In previous tools I've used this was called "Metering", I can't work out what it's called in Adobe Campaign though.ThanksTom

I would like to know whether we can do the followup email campaigns which are sent through message center. For example, after 3 days of email sent, we need to create a technical workflow to send the followup email automatically.

Is there a way to directly import a file (with profile information including email addresses) into Adobe Campaign Standard with Profile data and simply send emails to that list ?This will be a flat file which is already segmented and no need of suppressions or any other business criteria or reconciliation but needs the workflow to pickup the firstname, email addresses and loyalty ID from the file and personalize it in the creative and send to these email addresses. Hello!I have a case where opening delivery template gives me a "BAS-010003 unable to complete the operation in current status" error. I do get this error every time I open the delivery template with Windows 10. Then when opening this with Windows 7, I never receive the same error. What causes this behaviour in Windows 10 operating system? All anti-virus softwares and firewalls etc have been turned off for testing.Error prompts itself many times as it does not load the content (blocks) of publication model.I am running my Windows' (both) with VirtualBox on Macbook Pro. The machine with Windows 10 is equipped with F-Secure security when machine running Windows 7 is running Avast security.

Hi,I am investigating how to use Dynamic Javascript Pages for a project but I have found a problem when it gets to use the 'response object' , which apparently seems to be a HttpServletResponse type of object. I am unable to find any particular documentation, and the generic documentation about this kind of object is not valid, as for example, some methods like addHeader, setHeader and many others do not work.Are you aware of some documentation or some cookbook I can use as a reference?Thanks very much in advanceGuillermo

Hi All,We have integrated AEM with Search and Promote and supporting different countries. Issue is in Japanese website, autocomplete for a character set like シロアリ対策サ is giving result like シロアリ対策サービス but when this is searched we get 0 results.Similar happening for korea website. Rest websites are working fine.Any pointers in this area will help.
